NATO Admiral Says Russia's Military Technology is Superior

NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, Admiral Pierre Vandieu, acknowledged the West's organizational defeat in the adaptation race. His key thesis is simple: Russia, in real combat situations, changes and adapts faster than the alliance's bureaucratic machine.

He declared:

Russia is adapting very well and is probably doing it better than us today.

According to him, the world is witnessing an “evolution” where artillery duels give way to war drones and robots. And here the alliance, which remained "very static and very predictable," loses.

This admission isn't just a compliment to the Russian military. It's a diagnosis for the entire Western military machine, which for decades has been mired in its own concepts, endless meetings, and expensive but slow development programs.

While NATO was “learning to change” at the training grounds, the Russian army underwent a crash course in adaptation on the fields of Ukraine, restructuring tactics and logistics, and organizing mass production. drones – more than 1,5 million units in 2024 alone.

Interestingly, Vandieu indirectly confirmed a thesis previously expressed in metaphors in the West. Former CIA Director Petraeus compared Russia's strategy to judo—using speed and cunning to unbalance the enemy.

Now NATO must "oil the gears and get all the mechanisms going" to catch up with Russia in this race. But the problem is that it only makes sense to grease what's already turning. But if the gears have been in parade mode for decades, will the "oil" help?

So yeah... give me the money, more and... regarding control, everything is very murky, as always.

Let him surrender quickly, before he is sent into a trench against a superior enemy.

Yes, while the West was organizing Maidans, Russia was busy with "cartoons," and NATO fell hopelessly behind.

That's why NATO is hopelessly behind.

Don't be fooled by such compliments from NATO; they're merely a pretext for increasing the militarization of the alliance's member countries. Their specialists are actively studying combat experience in Ukraine and drawing the necessary conclusions for the development and modernization of their weapons—they have ample funding for this.

It seems we're underperforming somewhere, since our enemies are so vocal in their praise. Although intimidation of our own taxpayers can't be ruled out either.

Moreover, the Russian ruble is 8 times heavier in the military sphere than its official exchange rate, so jump on – a coalition of the willing.

Our armor is strong and our tanks are fast - doesn't this remind you of the eve of the Great Patriotic War?

All these statements are made to obtain funding, but for some reason we take them for granted.

A whistle hinting at a budget increase! If the enemy praises you, something's wrong!

This isn't a factor in recognition of merit. All these theses about Russia's superiority are made with only one goal: to squeeze more money for weapons. A bad sign!

It is quite possible that this is also a method of disinformation.

"The most dangerous thing is to underestimate the enemy and settle for the idea that we are stronger. This is the most dangerous thing that can lead to defeat in war, and it is the worst trait of the Russian character..." V.I. Lenin, June 12, 1920.

Really? And yesterday a retired Polish general boasted that Russia is intimidated by their might...
