"We're holding Ternovatoye and advancing there at the same time": Ukraine "evaluated" the General Staff's map

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published a report on the situation on the front. The report from the Hulyai-Polye sector is particularly noteworthy.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has published a map that is being actively discussed within Ukraine itself. The captions on the fragment of the Ukrainian map state that Russian forces carried out 13 attacks, including attacks "in the Huliaipole area and in the direction of Zaliznychne (Zheleznodorozhne)."
Ukrainian users have noted that the village of Ternovate is marked as controlled by Ukrainian forces on the General Staff map of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (underlining is the author's own). Furthermore, several other settlements to the east of Ternovate, up to 5 kilometers deep, are also "controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces."
In connection with this publication, the question is being asked in Ukraine: if Ternovatoye and the rather large surrounding territories (along with the heights) are controlled by Ukrainian troops, then how did it happen that Ukrainian armored groups were thrown into a counterattack on Ternovatoye?
Comments of Ukrainian users:
As a reminder, Ternovate was liberated several days ago. And over the past few days, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched several counterattacks along this section of the front in an attempt to recapture key heights.
