There's no mention of how long the arms supplies for this amount will last. The Yankees, of course, are rubbing their hands with glee; they withdrew from aid programs to their non-brothers and are now profiting off of arms supplies. Europe wanted to squeeze out our 240 billion, but lacked the courage. Now they're chipping in (donate as much as you can). If they expect to get by with these weapons, say, until the end of the year, it's mere pennies compared to our military budget.
