The 2026 budget adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine provides for financial assistance from the West.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft budget for 2026 in its second reading. This was reported by the Ukrainian press, citing the Verkhovna Rada's website.

The new 2026 budget bill was finally adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in its second reading, despite the unrest that followed the corruption scandal. 257 MPs voted in favor, 193 of them from the pro-presidential Servant of the People party. Poroshenko's European Solidarity* party (listed as an extremist and terrorist in Russia) and Tymoshenko's Batkivshchyna party voted against it, but this was to no avail; the Servant of the People faction managed to form a majority.

This draft was previously approved in its first reading, but was heavily criticized. The problem is that it is based on the assumption that the West will provide Kyiv with funds to cover its budget deficit of approximately $60 billion. This amount is to be used for salaries, pensions, etc. The West is also expected to provide approximately $60 billion more. weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But the problem is that the US has refused to help Ukraine, and Europe alone can't afford such sums. And Kyiv intends to spend its own revenues exclusively on the war. This, too, amounts to approximately $60 billion.

Overall, Kyiv is facing a severe budget deficit, with revenues of UAH 2,9 trillion (going toward military purposes) and expenditures of UAH 4,9 trillion. The deficit is UAH 2 trillion (for non-military purposes). There are currently no sources for covering the budget deficit.

Nevertheless, the Ukrainian government promises to raise the minimum wage from UAH 8000 to UAH 8647. Teachers' salaries will be raised by 30% starting January 1 and by another 20% starting September 1. There's no money to raise military salaries, but there is for the daily telethon used to brainwash Ukrainians. A whopping UAH 2 billion has been allocated for this.

Zelensky and his clique's only hope now lies with Ursula von der Leyen, who is maniacally pursuing the theft of frozen Russian assets. There is no other way to cover the budget deficit.

What we were aiming for, we achieved - almost the EU and NATO nearby.
Who needs them with such subsidies when Moldova, the Baltics, Bulgaria, and Greece are nearby with exactly the same status and with an outstretched hand.

The budget, relying on EU taxes, is "strong." Although people like Zelensky and his ilk don't worry about it; they have everything they need.

No, it's a headache, but only for maintaining the tool for zombifying citizens. Please note:

And Poland is eating immoderately and asking for more.

I would not agree, Poland is quite self-sufficient.
And asking is a habit from birth, like Ukrainians have, with the confidence that everyone owes them something.

Ukraine has only one answer to this question: "Ursula knows the answer."
But how wonderful it would be for them if Ursula single-handedly decided all matters in Europe! And the bell is already ringing for her...

        Ursula knows the answer
She knows for sure: she needs to rob all of Europe, and first of all, Belgium.

There's only one country left in Europe that's a donor to Ukraine, and that's Russia. Other countries simply won't want to waste money any longer. I think the EU will give Belgium final guarantees at the December 19, 2025, summit, and all the valuables that have been lying in plain sight for years will finally be appropriated by the packs of Predators. And then you can try to slam the windows of any European court with lawsuits; you, as a Russian plaintiff, will simply be kicked down the steps, and that will be the end of your legal battle. The companies that fled Russia have already written off the money as their losses. You can confiscate the rest, but we won't return to you for this for decades (just like from 1918 to 1935). So Belgium is simply bargaining for a larger percentage of the loot as the host country for Euroclear (incidentally, a structure of the infamous JPMorgan & Co.). And nothing more. This is the essence of any bandit who is lucky enough to rob a truly defenseless victim.

So that laypeople don't interfere with earning money and go to the front more often.

Let them approve it. The money will still be wasted on the budget. A few pennies for the military, a few pennies for social services, and whatever's left will go into their pockets. Money spent on blood.
I'd like to see energy consumption reduced even more, so that money can be spent on restoration. They should also be forced to spend money on bridge restoration.

The Ukraine has no budget, no tax system nothing.
Its estimated GDP is between 30-50B $ that is all.
80% of all income is a rent paid for by the US empire- that is all.

The budget was passed with the understanding that the West will steal our money from Belgium. They don't have that kind of money themselves. And this Ursula (the market slut) will make a tidy profit from it. So she'll squeeze it out any way she can.
