The "hide-and-seek" game with the Aerospace Forces didn't go well: FAB-3000 missile strike on Ukrainian Armed Forces in Myrnohrad is shown.

The Russian army continues the systematic destruction of the remnants of the Ukrainian garrison within the city of Myrnohrad. There, as a reminder, the Ukrainian battalions found themselves in a full-fledged encirclement, the lid of which slammed shut several weeks ago.

Now, unable to leave Myrnohrad (Dimitrov), the remnants of the Ukrainian forces are forced primarily to hide from the Russian army's grip. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have traditional hiding spots—basements of multi-story buildings, industrial hangars, factory floors, and the like.

However, this “hide-and-seek game” clearly didn’t work out for the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the Russian Aerospace Forces. aviation rains down aerial bombs of various calibers on the heads of the enemy in Mirnograd.

A video has surfaced online showing a three-ton FAB rocket landing on a block where Ukrainian troops had taken up positions and were attempting to fire. The powerful explosion and shock wave left virtually no chance for the enemy, who had assumed the walls of the prefabricated apartment buildings would protect them.

And, judging by the "landscape," this isn't the first time this Dimitrov (Myrnohrad) neighborhood has been hit. This suggests that no "extractions" are planned for the encircled Ukrainians.

They won't take the world. And rightly so. There's no point. Restoring and rebuilding the FABs certainly isn't cheaper than the lives of our boys. And we'll have to get it through to these beasts that no one's expecting them to be captured. That won't work now.

It doesn't matter. Transforming one of the most ineffective weapons of WWII into a precision weapon. In a nutshell, in this case:

It won't work against a potential adversary - the United States.
Too much new aviation, modern avionics, lots of missiles, AWACS.
And so, it is possible to bomb a third-rate country

Yes, it will be a completely different war, a nuclear one. And the first thing that will be destroyed in space with nuclear weapons will be the US satellite constellation. And the US military cannot fight without satellite guidance and communications.

The US has a different weapon. Any war with NATO, even a local one, would escalate into a nuclear war, and Yars, Poseidons, and the like would be used. Smart guys are now making weapons specifically for fighting second-rate adversaries. Fourth-generation aircraft are still in use, and weapons that are cheaper and plentiful are gaining ground. You have an overly high opinion of modern avionics, electronics, and AWACS. It turns out all that modern crap isn't all that powerful, but the FAB is superb. Incidentally, the US has glide bombs, and they don't consider them obsolete.

It is possible and necessary, and then we’ll see who is third-class and who is of a different class.
There is no direct war with America yet, and if there is, it will be nuclear, and then conventional bombs will have no meaning.

For this purpose, simple unmanned bomb-carrying drones are simply needed. Their task is to carry as many bombs as possible, take off, fly to a designated area, set a predetermined course, accelerate, release their contents at a designated point, turn around, and return to base for a new batch of bombs and a new flight mission. Perhaps this could be successfully achieved by converting old, decommissioned civilian cargo/passenger aircraft into similar units, provided, of course, the payload capacity and speed capabilities allow.

According to rumors from the Donbass Operational Telegram channel, the FAB-5000NG was used in Konstantinovka.

Earlier, Lebedev reported, a hidden and heavily fortified stronghold was destroyed in Kostiantynivka—an object that clearly served as a local command center. According to preliminary reports, approximately 10 Ukrainian officers were killed. Among them were three SBU officers who had arrived "from above" to check the unit's morale and verify the actual personnel count:
Intelligence sources are leaking that the reason for this inspection was rumors of some service members intending to surrender. There's also a more extreme theory: the dot was planted by their own troops—either due to internal conflicts or attempts to conceal real losses and the situation. But the most interesting thing is what exactly landed. For the first time in three years, monitoring reports indicate, we deployed FAB-5000 missiles. Apparently, we haven't used them since Mariupol, in part because it was difficult to install correction modules on them.

Why did you decide that's everyone? There are those who surrender. There are those who couldn't retreat. And we hand over the bodies of the dead regularly. The Skakusy recently received another 1000 bodies. So everything is fine there. We send 1200-1500 Skakusy to Bandera every day.

The house was pulverized; what's there to bury after that? By the time they get there to clean up the mess, there won't be much left of the bodies.
It's a terrible thing, of course. Those at the epicenter simply "switched off." And those in the neighboring houses can live with the thought, "I'm next!" That's probably the worst thing. I heard somewhere that fear is the anticipation of pain. I'm sure it's exhausting, day after day. No one will come out of there normal.

The Russian army continues the systematic destruction of the remnants of the Ukrainian garrison within the city limits of Myrnohrad.

Notes on a frequently asked question here: I don't understand why you can't just surround someone and then destroy everything. Why do you need these stupid frontal assaults?
Well, Pokrovsk and Mirnohrad were surrounded for a couple of months, and now they've been hammering away for a month, including storming the ruins and simultaneously fending off breakthrough attempts from both inside and outside, and they're not done yet. That is, in reality, encirclement and finishing are much more difficult and time-consuming than in the fantasies of armchair strategists, where quick and easy encirclements occur, after which the enemy immediately collapses and is trampled.
