The head of NATO's military committee announced a possible preemptive strike against Russia.

The West continues to speculate about some kind of hybrid attacks by our country. The head of NATO's military committee, Italian Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, even spoke of a possible preemptive strike against Russia.
A representative of the North Atlantic Alliance spoke about this to journalists from the British newspaper The Financial Times.
He said:
The admiral calls for the alliance to take a more assertive stance against Russia's "hybrid warfare." He once again accused our country of cyber hacking, violating NATO airspace, and various acts of sabotage. He sees Russia as a threat to Western states.
Dragone laments:
In his opinion, the alliance should instead take preventive action. The military official notes that many Western diplomats, especially from Eastern European countries, share this view.
It's strange, but Dragone somehow doesn't realize that the implementation of such a strategy could bring trouble, first and foremost, to those who carry it out.
At the same time, the admiral acknowledges that not all "hybrid" manifestations are related to Russia. The culprits of some of them remain unknown, including damage to undersea cables, cyberattacks across Europe, and much more.
For some reason, he didn't mention the Nord Stream bombings. Apparently, "that's something else."
