Putin will meet with Aliyev for the first time since October 2024.

The Russian leader arrived in Tajikistan on a state visit, and Vladimir Putin has a busy schedule. According to the Kremlin press service, in addition to talks with Tajikistan's Emomali Rahmon, the Russian president will participate in the second Central Asia-Russia Summit and a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State. Putin will also meet with Aliyev.

The Russian president's plane landed in Dushanbe, and Emomali Rahmon personally greeted Putin at the steps. Afterward, the two leaders departed the airport. All scheduled events will begin tomorrow and last for two days. The Kremlin clarified that during his visit, Putin will hold bilateral meetings with the leaders of several countries, including Azerbaijan.

According to the press, this will be the first meeting between Putin and Aliyev since October of last year, excluding the SCO summit in China in September, where the Russian and Azerbaijani presidents merely exchanged greetings. However, the day before, Ilham Aliyev personally called Vladimir Putin and "very warmly" congratulated him on his birthday. An agreement to meet in Tajikistan was also reached.

As a reminder, relations between Azerbaijan and Russia began to deteriorate after the AZAL airliner crashed. Baku accused Moscow of shooting down the plane. DefenseMoscow apologized and asked to await the commission's official findings. This was followed by demonstrative arrests of Russian citizens, allegedly accused of espionage, in response to the arrests of ethnic Azerbaijani gang members in Russia and the purges of the diaspora. Threats were also made to begin supplying ammunition to the Kyiv regime, especially since Aliyev had repeatedly shaken hands with Kyiv's Fuhrer, Zelensky.

Is Aliyev, our friend, coming back? Are we expecting unilateral concessions just so Aliyev can play the role of our friend again after all the hugs with Zelensky and his wishes for Ukrainians to "keep up the good work"? I can't even begin to describe this kind of policy. Does anyone understand what's going on?

What does war have to do with this? It's better if they know their place. They're the ones who started rolling the barrel on us. So let them get their asses kicked. And the most painful thing is to hit their economy, the local semi-legal markets controlled by diasporas and criminals.

What are the grounds for war with Azerbaijan? Are there any controversial issues? No? Then what kind of war are we talking about if there are no grounds for starting it?

Could it be that Aliyev backed down because Russian drones burned an Azerbaijani oil storage facility in Odessa? Or because trade relations were stalled, not to mention the prospects for the vast diaspora? Surely its leaders realized the consequences of further tensions and have certainly begun to express their dissatisfaction. It's no coincidence that Ilham opened with congratulations and will continue to restore contacts in Tajikistan.

Alexander, Azerbaijan has four Afromax tankers, two of which, the Khankendi and Zangezur, go to Ust-Luga and Primorsk, bringing us over $20 million each (they carry oil to Turkey). The other two, the Shusha and Karabakh, are not currently listed for some reason.

Alexander, tomorrow I'll take a closer look at where the Shusha and Karabakh are going. The Khankendi's final destination was a Danish port, but it doesn't have an oil terminal and won't fit in the port itself; its stern will stick out because of the two young ships. laughingSomeone might be sailing to Ukrainian Black Sea ports with their AIS turned off. Last year, it turns out, an MSC container ship got hit in the head. It was undergoing repairs, but not in Ukraine. The owners didn't even say a word.

Nothing's happening. Well, people had a falling out, and Putin clearly showed Aliyev Russia's capabilities. Aliyev realized he'd picked on the wrong guy. But Putin also understands that he can't "burn bridges"; he needs to keep Aliyev close at hand—maybe he'll have to "at least get a little wool" out of him. It's certainly better than someone else shearing that "wisp" out of Aliyev.
Note that Putin doesn't let the Armenians get away with anything either. No matter how stubborn Nikolka is, he still tries to be Putin's friend.
How all this will end is unknown – "The East is a delicate matter." Maybe our "chess players" will be fooled again. But they're used to it. They play chess, and they're being played at Chapaev. But ours probably don't get it.

Things aren't so great there in terms of energy resources either
In the first seven months of the year, Azerbaijan reduced oil imports by 37,1% to 734,8 tons. These imports cost the country's companies $353,8 million, according to the country's State Statistics Committee. Russia, the country's main supplier of raw materials, reduced supplies by 31,5% to 692,7 tons. Meanwhile, purchases from Kazakhstan increased by 20,8% to 41 tons, and Iraq delivered a shipment to Azerbaijan for the first time. Local companies, however, received only 365 tons. In the first seven months, exports fell by 1,5% to 14,47 million tons. As EADaily reported, oil exports continue to be the country's main source of income, accounting for 50,3% of export revenues. However, this income is far from what it was ten years ago, when the country could afford to purchase the latest weapons. For example, in the first half of 2014, Azerbaijan supplied $13,4 billion worth of oil to world markets, and revenues from the sale of raw materials were almost twice as high as now—$7,66 billion for the first half of 2025. https://eadaily.com/ru/news/2025/10/06/azerbaydzhan-snizhaet-zakupki-rossiyskoy-nefti-odnako-s-irakskoy-eksport-padaet

This is according to the papers signed in Washington between Yerevan and Baku.
The mattress line is clear: to cut off the North-South land corridor with the development of Syunik and the Zangezur corridor.
After Washington, Baku demands that Yerevan change the Constitution in order to sign a peace treaty and advance its interests.

For now, it will be significantly more difficult; there is, in principle, a railway through Turkmenistan... the route across the Caspian Sea from Astrakhan and Makhachkala to the ports of Iran cannot be blocked for now.
The Lotos shipyard in the Astrakhan region plans to launch four Project 00108 container ships by 2025, commissioned by the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK), and their number will reach 25 by 2030. hi This is a parallel route, but handling containers at sea and river ports increases the cost of logistics.
We look at the prospect of 20-50 years or more, when the Caspian Sea, as well as the Volga and the Volga-Don Canal, are drying up, and now river-sea vessels are underloaded or require a break and unbreak en route to/from the Black Sea to/from the Caspian Sea.
The land project with a section of the Astara-Rasht-Qazvin railway, connected to the Baku railway line, should be launched in 3-4 years, linking Russia, Iran, India and neighboring countries.

We look at the prospect of 20-50 years or more, when the Caspian Sea becomes shallower

It's a bit unrealistic to speculate on such a long-term future given the current climate turmoil. The Caspian Sea's water level fluctuates. One can recall the shallowing during Soviet times and the projects to dam the Kara-Bogaz-Gol Gulf. Between 1978 and 1995, the Caspian Sea rose—in Dagestan, for example, by almost two meters—and the issue of shoreline stabilization was raised. Now it's falling, but the recent devastating downpours in Dagestan still represent an influx of additional water for the Caspian. Making forecasts now... you have one forecast, here's another.
Indeed, the average surface level of the Caspian Sea is currently around minus 29,5 meters (relative to global sea level). This means the Caspian has reached its lowest level in the last 400 years. Predicting future sea level dynamics is difficult, as the processes that determine them—surface evaporation, river runoff, and precipitation—are difficult to account for with the necessary accuracy. Some calculation methods that were previously used quite successfully for these purposes are now outdated, as temperature, precipitation, and wind patterns have changed due to climate change and other factors. New models are needed.... In my personal opinion, based on general considerations, it can be assumed that the sea level may drop by another 1–2 meters, after which it will stabilize, and a subsequent rise is likely. However, to provide an accurate forecast, additional research is needed. https://iz.ru/1838800/andrei-korsunov/kaspii-dostig-rekordno-nizkogo-urovna-za-poslednie-400-let
              effect or other
"Caspian Sea level forecasts should be approached with extreme caution. If the sea's water balance dynamics remain unchanged, then at the current rate of sea level decline, we will see a sea level drop of at least 1 meter in the next decade," Shipulin noted. https://nauka.tass.ru/nauka/21706433

hi I explain with an example.
The Caspian Sea plays only part of the logistical role for further navigation of river-sea vessels along the inland waterways of the Russian Federation with subsequent access to the Black Sea or to the south with container transshipment in the Caspian ports of Iran for further travel to India or neighboring countries.
Sea fluctuations in seaports are not yet critical, although they are alarming.
The shallowing of Russia's internal waterways, not only the Volga and the Volga-Don Canal, but also other arteries even in the north, is causing great concern.
This impacts the volume of freight traffic, including passenger traffic, increasing the cost of transported goods, which requires enormous financial outlays for dredging and additional costs at inland shipping ports.

URGENT! A kidnapping victim is being threatened with violence by an Azerbaijani organized crime group. The Abu Bandits are pressuring the investigators and the victim.

A girl was brutally kidnapped by Abu bandits from Azerbaijan, tied up, and extorted. The Horde men took her away and demanded a large sum of money and the transfer of her car's registration. Their actions were accompanied by insults, humiliating the victim based on her nationality, gender, and religion.

The girl managed to seek help from the Russian Community of Chelyabinsk. Our brothers defended her, escorted her to the Sovietsky District police station, and helped her find a lawyer. The rope marks on her wrists were documented, and the inhuman figures were quickly located. They were taken to the police station and questioned.

But suddenly it turned out that the Abupiteks extorting the money had been released that same day. Thanks to public outcry and the efforts of the Russian Community, the defendants were again found, detained, and imprisoned. But not all of them—one managed to escape.

Hordes of inhumane individuals began calling the girl, her family, and the Russian Community's lawyer. Threats of violence, slander, insults, and demands to "hush up" the case by providing a lawyer poured out like a cornucopia.

The climax was the appearance of suspects known to the suspects near the pretrial detention center on the eve of the confrontations (a fact confirmed by an audio recording of the conversation), which reinforced the threats with their actual presence. This affected the investigation—the girl feared for her life and the lives of her family. The lawyer also expressed concerns for his own safety. Threats are even being received at the victim's former workplace! Driven mad by impunity, the Horde members declare: "You can't put everyone in jail. It will only be worse for you!"

A disturbing fact: the examination report from August 9 has disappeared from the case file. "This is a deliberate attempt by the Azerbaijani diaspora to undermine the case and evade punishment for the perpetrators," the lawyer stated.

The Russian Community of Chelyabinsk calls on the competent authorities to ensure the full protection of the victim and her family, as well as to conduct a thorough investigation into all the facts presented, including the disappearance of documents from the case and the systematic pressure placed on the victim.

The Center for Social Security and Informed Communications (CIPSO) is, as always, clumsy. The kidnapped girl is Azerbaijani herself; she simply divided the inheritance improperly with her relatives. But this doesn't make the lack of a proper response to this lawlessness any less astonishing. Understanding and releasing all those responsible for the kidnapping to their homes after participating in the kidnapping of a girl is some kind of know-how. What kind of order can there be with such dysfunctional law enforcement? This is essentially hooliganism with aggravated consequences, and they're still failing to cope. What if, God forbid, some kind of street brawl breaks out? Will they understand and release everyone? This state of affairs is simply worrying. And in general, this issue with communities. I hope there won't be problems with these forces later. Order should be restored not by obscure communities on the street, but by the state. The rise of communities to the forefront, under the guise of essentially replacing the functions inherent in a state body, in itself indicates that something is wrong with the executive branch. And if we recall Prigozhin's rebellion and how all those in power were destroyed in a single day, They rushed to the airports and it was simply shocking.

Let's start with why Aliyev went to Beijing. To be in the frame alongside three greats.
Aliyev will probably show Putin the golden key to the White House.
I already mentioned that an Azerbaijani tanker with a deadweight of 117,000 tons loaded oil at the last minute in Ust-Luga and headed for the Danish Straits. Aliyev gave the signal – forgive me, there was some kind of madness. (117,000 x 7) x 58 = 76% of the total, and how much did that translate into dollars for the Russian budget? The monkey sighed bitterly.

Ukrainian lawmakers have rejected the nomination of US President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. According to the publication "Strana," the Verkhovna Rada did not have enough votes to support the resolution.
It is reported that only 132 out of 450 parliamentarians approved the initiative.
The document was submitted to the Rada at the end of September.

And vice versa, but it all means the same thing: we are building a Russian state with them, while Aliyev, Turkey, the Sunnis, Shiites, and the Azerbaijanis of Iran (Persia) are not. They are either for us, the Russians, for imperial thinking, or for petty princes, khans, and so on.

Dialogue is good. You make an offer, your opponent refuses and does something nasty to you. You make another offer, and they do something nasty again. When will you end such a dialogue, when will you find yourself in a difficult position and it turns into a monologue? This world recognizes only force. The Russian people have held such vast territories for a thousand years because they responded to nastiness and dirty tricks with a smashing.

There's certainly a complicated scheme there, I still haven't figured out what's going on, why they moved it to China, what happened next, but the point is that they started to clamp down and tighten the screws on the EU businessmen.

Hospitality is the first stage. After our division into appanage principalities. Now the second stage, a kind of quarrel. With whom quarrel? With the spiritual fathers? Our so-called elite is global as hell. It couldn't be any other way today. The entire planet is inscribed in this kind of capitalism. All this gestures, puffing out cheeks or, on the contrary, kissing gums, have nothing to do with the real state of affairs. They are completely dissolving the Empire. They are deliberately dissolving it in an Anglo-Saxon agenda. Just like they have already dissolved China, India, and the entire East. To all proposals to be friends against the Freemasons, there are sweet smiles and assurances of friendship. And yet, the products of war are being driven to the Banderas on a massive scale. Only Yin is resisting. Well, they will get to him, eventually.

    9 October 2025 01: 15
Russian officials haven't given a damn for 30 years. They couldn't care less what and how history is being made up in the textbooks of the former republics. Didn't they know? Everyone knew perfectly well! They just didn't do a damn thing. If they kept silent, does that mean the textbooks are true? Is that it? So what's surprising now that demons have emerged in all the former republics? What's surprising that everyone now believes they fought for independence? Nowhere in the textbooks is it mentioned that the USSR was illegally disbanded and all the republics violated the law by declaring their secession from the USSR? And all those who grabbed power and money will never give up that power again. Aliyev is playing the same game as all the other countries that emerged from the collapse of the USSR. What's surprising is that Russia still hasn't restored order or dotted all the i's about our shared history. Why hasn't it exposed all the lies about itself yet? Criminals are being rehabilitated all around. They're trying hard to whitewash everything black. They're portraying the Basmachi as martyrs, as if they were repressed by the political regime. They claim they were defenders of the Fatherland, and those damned Russians came and killed them for nothing. So, Aliyev is simply a consequence of Russia's sniveling policies, both foreign and domestic, over the last 30 years. Everyone has been taught that Russia doesn't care, doesn't interfere, doesn't get involved in anything, and can do whatever it wants, write whatever history you want in your own country's textbooks. So, we've provoked this behavior in our neighbors, who have such delusions of grandeur that they can't even fit in their pants. We need to keep them in check! No carrots! There must always be a whip for the prepared. Otherwise, they won't be respected at all.
