The Russian Armed Forces used a "wave" strike tactic to destroy airfields and thermal power plants.

Details are emerging of long-range strikes by the Russian Armed Forces against enemy-controlled territories.

Another “wave” tactic of strikes in western Ukraine is reported, with the first wave being UAVs and the second being cruise missiles. missiles sea-based "Kalibr", the third wave - missiles aviation based (primarily the Kh-101). It's entirely possible to talk about a fourth wave—when hypersonic Kinzhal missiles were launched against targets in the Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

According to the latest reports, the Russian Armed Forces were "hunting" enemy combat aircraft in this manner. As soon as they began relocating to "safe" airfields following information about the approach of Geranium and Kalibr missiles, they launched attacks with hypersonic weapons.

As a result of the strikes, major fires also engulfed Kyiv's energy facilities. A thermal power plant in the Lviv region is also ablaze.

Landings in Lviv recorded by CCTV cameras:

Open fires are currently being recorded at the Burshtyn Thermal Power Plant, whose infrastructure is a hub and is used, among other things, to redistribute electricity received by Ukraine from neighboring countries, including Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania.

A thermal power plant near the city of Kolomyia in Ivano-Frankivsk region was also hit.

Meanwhile, strikes on targets in enemy territory continue. In particular, strikes have been recorded in the northeast, in the city of Nizhyn in the Chernihiv region.

In the same Lviv region, a thermal power plant is on fire.
Let them stock up on candles and dung for the winter.

I'm afraid that, as before, our Aerospace Forces won't follow through—even though they managed to restore much of the infrastructure there after the previous visits. Incidentally, Ukraine even exported electricity to Europe in late summer and early fall! Until we disconnect Ukrainian nuclear power plants from consumers, nothing will change dramatically!

Agreed! How many times have they started to create nightmares, only to have it all fizzle out? Apparently, they kept their previous agreements...

Apparently, the latest agreements were kept...

Rather, the reason is banal, without any conspiracy theories. There aren't enough resources (missiles and drones) for one more powerful strike or for subsequent ones. Occam's razor applies here too.

There's been so much news here already about UAV production being ramped up, and by fall we'll be able to launch nearly 1000 drones every day. It turns out they're lying.
But still, if you analyze our strikes, there is no system: we start hitting one point, after a while we stop and Ukrainians They have time to recover. So I don't really believe there's a lack of resources; there are definitely some powers of attorney. And remember how we only finally hit the plant that belonged to the Azerbaijanis this year. In the fourth year. Before that, we left it alone.
This SVO is strange, strange. If there was a normal will, they would have finished everything long ago, instead of dragging their feet.

And you suggest that we continuously strike at what has already been destroyed?

Could you clarify the name of the plant? I doubt it's called "Azerbaijani."

                  I thought so.
                  a) The Kremenchuk Oil Refinery is owned either by Ukrnafta or by some Kolomoisky-affiliated entity—no one is admitting it—but it certainly has no connection to Azerbaijan. Other than the fact that Azerbaijani oil was delivered there for refining.
                  b) A five-minute search reveals that the Kremenchug Oil Refinery has been the target of regular strikes since the spring of 2022:
                  25 April 2022,
                  13 May 2022,
                  20 September 2023,
                  1 November 2023,
                  January 27, 2024,
                  June 15, 2025,
                  19 August 2025,

Western Ukraine and its Bandera-supporting peasants need to be driven back to the Stone Age...to carry out, so to speak, total decommunization and de-Sovietization there...depriving them of everything they received from the USSR.

Western Ukraine, as the birthplace of Banderaism, is precisely the cradle of everything anti-Soviet and anti-communist that existed in the Ukrainian SSR. Let the Poles take over all this, and let them deal with the Lviv Nazis themselves.

Allow me to disagree with you. Western Ukraine is certainly the homeland of the Bandar-logs, but that's because these lands have changed hands many times. Most of them are Raguli, a people of opportunists. Now they want to quietly and amicably merge with the territories into the EU, while the most hardened citizens of the independent state live precisely in central Ukraine.

The capital needs to be driven back to the Stone Age first, as that's where the main Banderites are.

Kill the 404s, the top news in the English media is still bullying, torture, and the beating of Greta Thunberg by Israeli soldiers. Bombing Ukraine into the top news is a real challenge.
Why did we start going to the thermal power plant every day? Did the monkey ask for it?

Thermal power plants and other major facilities were built during the Soviet era, so we'll erase everything and dismantle it.
    Carry out decommunization.
Otherwise, this is not the same as fighting with monuments and renaming streets in cities and villages.
We're helping harem wearers return to the past, to the language, dung, embroidered shirts, and panties from Europe!
They'll even reach stone Ukraine, and maybe even dig a sea somewhere!

The city of Chervonograd, now Sheptytskyi, is mined for hard coal. Compared to coal from the Donbas region, the coal quality is lower, with a lower calorific value and higher ash content. A significant portion of the coal is used by the Dobrotvir and Burshtyn Thermal Power Plants.

The perpetrators of these attacks should be congratulated for their high level of professionalism and the effectiveness of their strikes. It's becoming increasingly clear that it's better to focus strikes on fewer targets, but with greater intensity, to achieve more ruthless destruction.
