According to the Ukrainian energy consulting company Enkorr, the country's security agencies have ordered laboratory testing of all batches of diesel fuel imported from India for traces of Russian components. It is not specified whether fuel purchased in European countries actively purchasing diesel from India will be tested in a similar manner.

At the same time, according to the Ukrainian company, last month Kyiv imported 119 thousand tons of Indian diesel fuel, which amounted to about 18% of the total volume.
