Command and staff exercises of the Russian Pacific Fleet have started in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean

Pacific fleet Russia has begun large-scale command and staff exercises in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean. The maneuvers, conducted under the leadership of the fleet commander, Admiral Viktor Liina, are aimed at practicing tasks on the protection and defense of sea communications, the command press service said in a statement.

More than ten surface ships and boats are reported to be involved in the exercises, aviation units, as well as several nuclear submarines. In addition, combat crews of coastal missile Bastion complexes, which significantly enhances the anti-ship potential of the group.

It is worth recalling that in parallel with the Pacific exercises, joint land strategic maneuvers of the Armed Forces of Russia and Belarus "Zapad-2025" were launched. As part of these exercises, the allied forces are practicing interaction to neutralize potential threats and stabilize the situation on the western borders of the Union State.

According to experts, the simultaneous conduct of two large-scale exercises demonstrates the increased level of operational training of the Russian Armed Forces in various strategic areas.

At the same time, the West reacts rather "nervously" to our exercises. In particular, Poland announced a complete closure of the border with Belarus for the duration of our countries' maneuvers "West-2025".

By the way, it has begun to dawn on the Norwegians - if Rosrybolovstvo closes the Russian economic zone for Norwegian and EU fisheries, then both sides will suffer multi-million dollar losses. So it will be interesting in November when we suspend the intergovernmental agreement on Norway-Russia fisheries. And they have become too arrogant. We will only let fish "spawn" into Norway, but we may not let them in - this happened in the USSR. The catch has actually fallen both in the USSR and in Norway.

The catch has indeed fallen both in the USSR and in Norway.

Combines and harvesters are too expensive. And the fish can be caught at the stop you passed. Plus the state subsidies of 37% for the fishing fleet are no longer paid. Fish cannot be cheap initially, too much expense. And under the USSR with subsidies to fleets, we flushed everything down the toilet, due to the lack of a real price from + 1 to 2 rubles to the price per kilogram.

Russia's Pacific Fleet has begun to large command and staff exercises in the northern Pacific Ocean.
this is like all four nuclear-powered cruisers and all three large anti-submarine ships were sent out to sea...?! winked
...more than ten surface ships and boats are involved in the exercises
and diluted with 20380 corvettes and sea tugs?!
They'll scare the crap out of crabs and jellyfish until the Japanese (like the Ukrainian Armed Forces) drive drones into bases.
And where does such a passion for show-off come from?
    major
there will soon be no first-rank ships left (running). "Varyag", for how many years now without major repairs and modernization, is working to the point of wear and tear of its engine resource?... what
