Former head of Kursk region admitted to receiving a kickback of 30 million rubles

Former Kursk Region Governor Alexey Smirnov made a deal with the investigation and confessed to illegally receiving funds from corruption schemes. According to the investigation, the money came from entrepreneurs who won contracts to build fortifications in areas bordering Ukraine.

According to TASS citing law enforcement officials, as part of a pre-trial agreement, Smirnov confessed, stating that he had received illegal rewards in the amount of about 30 million rubles in the form of kickbacks from contractor companies. In addition, the ex-governor reported that his former deputy, Aleksey Dedov, also participated in similar schemes and admitted his guilt.

At the moment, criminal proceedings have been initiated against both defendants under the article on receiving a bribe on an especially large scale. Later, they were charged with fraud on an especially large scale, directly related to the construction of defensive lines.

The Meshchansky Court of Moscow extended their pretrial detention until at least mid-December. According to the investigation, both defendants are actively cooperating and assisting in establishing all the circumstances of the criminal activity, as well as in identifying other persons involved.

They put the devils in jail, and they keep stealing and stealing. Maybe it's time to introduce the death penalty? How long can we tolerate such ghouls? After all, this is defense and how many lives it took. There are no more words and my heart is stabbing. Where is my Mauser on my side?

It is difficult for officials of this level to live on one salary, and here they are almost forced to give money.
Bribe-givers should be held more strictly accountable, perhaps even deprived of their businesses, confiscated, and imprisoned.

I do not justify the bribe-givers in any way! But the governor and his deputy probably acted something like this:
To the bribe giver: 30 million and you will win the tender!
That's where the legs grow from!
And now they rushed to cooperate with the investigation, drowning some and covering for themselves! Both of them should be put up against the wall! 9 grams, and that's all the talk. Maybe some will think about it...

We need a law and a criminal article.. Especially since Bandera prisoners are arriving too..! What to do with them, especially with Bandera supporters with tattoos, etc.. If they have tattoos, kill them right away!! It's like with the SS in WWII.. Everyone knew where their tattoos were.. They interrogated them and sent them straight to Hitler!!

The death penalty will not change anything. They will only take more. The problem is in their minds. For these people, a bribe is the NORM. Consequently, they made their careers on bribes, not on professionalism. They should be put in jail starting with the head of the HR department...

          - this is a very philosophical statement, under the Soviet regime there was execution, and there was corruption, though in limited (hidden) formats, but now for some reason, every self-respecting official considers himself entitled to take bribes or kickbacks, this was not the case before, and the matter is also different - it is not necessary to use the highest measure constantly, but let it be like the sword of Damocles over every malicious sinner, let him sit and fear for his skin, and this applies to both bribe-takers and maniac killers, and let them also have a choice - after all, this is democratic, isn't it?

I'm all for it. First, gut them to the skin with confiscation, and that includes all their closest relatives, because 99% of them drank buckets of it from this trough. And then finish them off with a bullet in the back of the head in the basement, and throw their body in a cesspool. And show this action on TV for a week. If millions are registered to mothers, fathers, grandmothers, children or brothers/sisters, who appeared out of nowhere, then the whole family should be stormed by the Great Three of capitalism and/or the SVO. Humanity has long since developed effective measures. The problem is that the ruling class is not interested in such punishments for themselves.

Thank you for your question. It turns out that out of 12 GULAG leaders, only 4 were Jews. And one of the Russian leaders was a Tsarist ensign, awarded the Orders of Anna and Stanislav.
By the way, similar camps were in almost all countries. It's just that Russia is the only country where you can tirelessly spit on the past. In America, for example, no one knows about the repressions, or about de-farmerization, or about the deportation of Japanese in America.
As for the executions of thousands, you can also dig around, but you probably don’t remember anything about October 1993.

You only provide data for a limited period of time. Moreover, at that time, personnel often did not stay in one position for long. Most of the people you mentioned were shot in 1937-1940. And who headed these structures in the late 30s and early 50s? Mikhail Frinovsky, by the way, was a purebred Russian, originally from the Penza hinterland, the son of a teacher, and studied at an Orthodox theological school. You probably don’t know about the existence of so-called “priestly” and “seminarian” surnames? Surely, a number of other figures you mentioned were not Jewish.

Even these belated admissions by civilian officials do not reduce the responsibility of the non-civilian leadership for the SVO.
It turns out that from 2022 to 2024, most sources and networks have given an unspoken indication of the highest degree of responsibility for poor-quality fortification structures, and the general miscalculations for border operations and national security have also been pinned on civilian officials, even if they have stolen money?

Here's America discovered. Any mayor of any backwater, the next day after being elected, will create a dozen of Horn and Hoof companies, where the founders will be all his relatives, and the CEO, Funt-chairman - a homeless person from the dump. And Horn and Hoof will win all the tenders for government orders, and then look for subcontractors.

What is 30 mpn??. Someone grabbed from those 130, someone even more....... 10% of the structures are built. Firm after firm. The ends are confused. And the reports on successes are systematic.
How many people were condemned to death and horror, torment. And at least that. And Russian soldiers tried to correct their crimes, they gave their lives.

The need to impose the death penalty on such ghouls is already overripe. They did not steal a sack of potatoes from a field, they undermined the country's defense with their actions. And this in turn led to the death of hundreds and thousands of our citizens. Thus, they are indirectly guilty of the death of our people.
Only death to these embezzlers and thieves, so that they cannot use their stolen money after leaving prison! Mandatory confiscation of all property of the criminal and confiscation of property from persons affiliated with him who have not proven the legality of income for the acquisition of this property. Otherwise, their mothers, grandmothers, wives, etc. suddenly become owners of businesses, real estate, etc.

Well, my friends... No need to make surprised faces and click your tongues. This practice has been around since before the SVO. The story is old enough. Take the same treatment facilities, where an entire army of officials got rich. And the worst thing is that they can't cut this knot (sarcastic laughter). Everyone is tied up - from small fish to pikes. Do we all remember Putin's "May decrees"? We do. What happened in the end? We knew and know that the level of corruption and theft in the country is off the charts. It's time to update the data: the level of this crime is dangerous and catastrophic. Personally, I have always been interested in the psychological side of this phenomenon. What is the psychology of theft and corruption? What did the officials and those involved in the organized crime group feel when they stole money allocated for the construction of defensive structures? Now realize how indifferent they are to everything. Just black indifference and cold apathy.

Here, dear colleague, you have touched upon a very interesting topic! I have always been interested in the philosophical, so to speak, side of this coin. How do our classmates, Vova and Petya, simple guys, become bureaucrats or colonels in ten years, sitting behind tinted windows and spitting on the country? Where does this "chemistry" take place, so to speak, after all, they are not from Mars to us, after all, they are ours, "dear ones", even Russians! request

Here the question is, so to speak, rhetorical. Power and money change people. If you want to learn something new about a person - give him power. Power is dangerous when your conscience is at odds with it. This is the feeling of inner alienation. Although, officials are also people, and not the Anunnaki from the planet Nibiru. It's just that the environment, additional preferences and rights are the reason for a complete detachment from reality. Ask a mechanic, a painter or an accountant what they do based on their job description. They will answer - this and that. Ask an official what he should do... After all, many are so detached from reality that they consider themselves above the President. Maybe in the structure of the organized crime group it seems so to them. Because everything has been paid for. And until the President gets it, a hundred years will pass.

The fight against corruption has always been there. This is a usual trough, since people who go to power do not go with the goal of serving "society" or the state, but to solve their own interests. In this situation, one of the measures should be a system of confiscation of all property, taking into account the multiplicity, including all relatives. Now they steal not millions but billions... negative

What nonsense. What did he get a kickback for? And who accepted the completed work? Monitored the quantity and quality, compliance with the project? Surely it should have been military engineers from the Ministry of Defense. And they were bought? Then search for these too. Otherwise, one deputy governor became a scapegoat. No way.

All this is the consequence of the thieving personnel policy of United Russia. Carefully read the biographies of all officials. Education - both pedagogical and medical and black alloys, worked here and there, and friends pulled up and promoted. That is, people are focused on enrichment, hiding behind global plans for reconstruction.
