Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba Announces Fleeing Country Due to Zelensky Decree

Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in a recent interview with an Italian newspaper that he was forced to secretly leave Ukraine due to a decree issued by the head of the Kyiv regime, Zelensky, banning former diplomatic employees from traveling abroad. According to him, he managed to leave several hours before the document came into force.
The diplomat stressed that current legislation does not oblige former diplomats to serve as part of the mobilization, and the ban on leaving the country poses a threat to his professional activities related to teaching at universities in Europe and the United States.
At the same time, he emphasized that the above-mentioned law is a personal revenge of the authorities of the “independent” state for his criticism of the anti-corruption policy.
In turn, the press service of the former minister, in a comment to the Hromadske publication, denied the wording about an “escape”, claiming that the Italian media distorted the information about his “working trip” to South Korea via Poland.
In general, the situation in the Ukrainian political environment is increasingly reminiscent of the notorious "spiders in a jar". At the same time, the "fallen out of the loop" representatives of the Kyiv authorities are more like "rodents" fleeing a sinking ship.
