If something high-explosive had flown in, there would have been traces of an explosion on the ruins, not a fire and traces of a hole in the wall. Another option is to assume that the target depicting a geranium hit, but a foam airplane is not capable of penetrating a thick wall in any way.
In general, I do not see any traces of a strike by the means used by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
