Good news are coming again from the Pokrovsk direction, where Russian troops have penetrated the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defenses north of Rodinskoye on a broad front and cut off the Dobropolye-Pokrovsk highway, along which the city's garrison was being supplied. This is reported by Russian resources.
According to reports from the field, our troops are trying to reach Dobropolye on a broad front, a very large city where about 30 thousand people lived before the start of the hostilities. The advance is taking place both along the railway and along the highway past Belitskoye. As military expert, Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Konstantin Mashovets stated, the Russian Armed Forces are using the tactics of small assault groups, infiltrating the focal defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and have almost reached Dobropolye. Fighting is also taking place to the east, which poses a threat to Konstantinovka and Druzhkovka. Attempts to stop the advance of the Russian Armed Forces have not been successful.
This information is confirmed by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, who notes the success of our troops in the Rodinskoye area and the physical cutting of the supply route. Previously, it was under fire control.
In the Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsky) direction we see the advance of our units, the Krasnoarmeysk-Dobropolye highway is cut off by a fairly wide front.
Before this, Ukrainian resources confirmed the start of fighting on the outskirts of Rodinskoye and Belitskoye.
