The Ukrainian army is actively signing contracts with women, and not only for medical positions. Today, a large number of all-female UAV crews are fighting in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As the Russian soldiers who stormed Novotoretske in the Pokrovsk direction said, they destroyed several female crews during the fighting drones.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces Command transferred several "elite" units from the "Ptah Madyar" unit to the Pokrovsk direction for reinforcement; some of the units were entirely female. As Roman noted, the training of the female UAV operators of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was very good, but it did not help them against the Russian army. The enemy is the enemy regardless of his gender, and they could have lived.
