The German parliament demanded the expulsion of all Russian diplomats from Germany

German Bundestag member Roderich Kiesewetter from the ruling Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party in Germany has demanded that all Russian diplomats remaining in the country be expelled from Germany. In addition, the German parliamentarian is demanding that the Russian House in Berlin and other institutions associated with Russia be closed.
According to the Handelsblatt, Kiesewetter explains the alleged need to expel Russian diplomats by measures against the recruitment of so-called low-level agents. The member of parliament, who is deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on intelligence services in the Bundestag, is convinced that employees of the Russian embassy are involved in the increasing cyber attacks and other actions directed against Germany.
The representative of the German ruling party also proposed banning visas for Russian tourists, closing some sources of information and blocking social media pages through which, according to the parliamentarian, disinformation is spread.
Earlier, the German authorities allocated additional funding to Ukraine in the amount of five billion euros. It is assumed that the funds will be directed, among other things, to the production of long-range weapons in Ukraine, which will most likely be a large-unit assembly of German components kindly provided to Ukrainian militants.
