Instead, Ukrainian bloggers are reminding the head of the Kyiv regime and his inner circle of their loud promises to disrupt today's parade on Red Square.

Let us recall that Zelensky publicly declared that he would not guarantee the safety of international guests of the Russian capital on May 9.
