Natalia Narochnitskaya: "The war of all against all is unleashed in Syria"

Natalia Narochnitskaya: "The war of all against all is unleashed in Syria"In March of this year. The Institute for Democracy and Cooperation, together with the Imperial Orthodox Palestinian Society, organized the international conference "Syria, the path to peace." The event took place in the Geneva Palace of Nations, where the UN headquarters are located. The conference was attended by Natalia Narochnitskaya, Head of the Institute, Elena Agapova, Deputy Head of the IOPS, Agnia-Mariam de la Krua, Abbess of the Convent of St. Jacob, and Sheikh Mohammad Nabil, Secretary General of the Committee Fayad

- Natalia Alekseevna, how did the idea of this conference originate? Probably, it was not easy to hold an event without problems, the essence of which is diametrically different from how the events in Syria are covered in the West?

- As soon as the world “patrons of democracy” launched the mechanism of the so-called “Arab spring”, these topics became the subject of our discussion in Paris, at the Institute for Democracy and Cooperation. First, we held an event on Libya, which, incidentally, was attended by the former Foreign Minister under Mitterrand - Roland Dumas, who spoke with great skepticism about the current policy of France. He was puzzled: why France should be almost a skirmisher and the engine of such a rash policy, and recalled that at one time President Mitterrand categorically rejected the idea of strikes on Libya, which the United States imposed. France in 80 declined to provide its airspace for NATO bombers ...

The destructive processes spread to Syria, and in December last year we held a round table on events in this country with an emphasis on the violation of international law and human rights. We introduced the French public to the abbess of the monastery of St. James, a Catholic nun from Syria Agnia-Mariam de la Croix. She told about the atrocities of militants, about how they burned monasteries and killed Christians. She began self-sacrificing activity, traveled to different Christian countries, including the patriarchs of the Middle East, calling for attention to be given to these terrible facts, to the fact that the balance between confessions and ethnic communities is collapsing in the region. Mother is a panoramic-minded person who understands both geopolitics and the laws of diplomacy. She is highly educated, speaks excellently in four languages. She was interviewed by Russia Today and our Orthodox sites. She came to us to a seminar on Syria and spoke academically, wisely, relying on indisputable arguments that are weighty for Western society. We saw a mutual understanding in our assessments of what is happening. It was then that the idea was born to speak with representatives of the Syrian hinterland in international structures.

- Are normal people already tired of blood, of destruction, of lawlessness?

- Exactly! In the same place, in fact, all the prerequisites for a democracy have been destroyed. There is already a question simply about life and death, about fresh water and food. And you do not know which of your children or old people will be killed or brutally torn to pieces tomorrow. It pushes people of all kinds to simply say, “Stop! Life itself is in the balance! ”

It’s no secret that non-Syrians make up the majority among the militants. Militants on 40-60 percent (according to different estimates) are extremists that have flown from all over the Middle East. They cut, killed by the cries of "Allah Akbar"! Homs, who was a Christian stronghold, survived a terrible massacre. And the Christians were not slaughtered by Syrians, because it was Syria that was truly tolerant, the most tolerant country of the Arab East, a convincing, proven for a long time, reliable example of the possibility of harmonious coexistence side by side Muslims and Christians, and many different communities. Now the genocide at the hands of militants threatens Christians, Alawites and Kurds, this is a total of about a third of the population ...

Incidentally, in an open interview, our Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that secret dispatches to the center of American emissaries from places that are impossible to hide now characterize the situation in Syria just as Russia openly and consistently says about it! In these reports, fears have been expressed that extremists have long ruled the ball against the government, who do not need any democracy, who have already begun to fight each other, cut and kill everyone in a row, and it becomes more difficult to control them ...

Anastasia Popova, our heroine, who brought her film “The Syrian Diary”, which we also mentioned, came to the conference.

What else is very important, we managed to hold a conference before the start of the meeting in Geneva of the so-called "Commission of Inquiry", which was turned, of course, by the West into a commission to investigate "the crimes of the Syrian regime." It is headed by the well-known “champion of justice” Carl Del Ponte. And here was our conference, where each of the speakers, especially those who came from Syria, showed written evidence from eyewitnesses and analyzed the report of this commission point by point, refuting specific episodes and offering evidence of a completely opposite picture of events.

The next day, a call comes from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, we are told that such an interesting event should not go unnoticed, and they offer a meeting! Naturally, we decided that the main thing was to send Syrians to them! As a result, the head of the Council, Ms Pilau, was busy, but the leaders of the Middle East direction in the Human Rights Council still accepted Mother Agnia-Mariam de la Croix. Authorized by the other members of the Syrian delegation, she officially transmitted the video and a lot of other materials, signed texts, where, as we decided, after consulting at the hotel, all the documented refutations of the abstracts of the anti-Assad report of this unfortunate commission were brought together! And what do you think, then Mother Agnia-Mariam de la Croix invited and received Carla Del Ponte! For the materials presented at the conference at the session of the UN Human Rights Council must be taken into account and registered! By e-mail, Carla Del Ponte and the representatives of the UN Human Rights Council later assured my mother that all “very important” documents would now certainly be added to the Commission’s investigation ... The Syrians did not even count on such a result, considered the success of their statements in Geneva!

- Is there any hope that the conference materials could somehow influence the situation, the position of these figures?

- Let's not be naive ... Decisions are made not in Geneva, but in Washington and London ... But I think: we did what we could - 100 from 100 possible percentages! According to our diplomats, it was an outstanding event in its significance, it hit the spot and got into it. On the website of the Foreign Ministry posted a press release about our event.

Resonance certainly was. And what else can we expect, this is not a Soviet ultimatum in the 1950-s, which stopped the aggression of the West ...

In all my speeches before the French establishment I try to draw attention to the long-term, very dangerous consequences of the destruction of Syria specifically for France and for Europe, not even for Russia. France, with its huge growing Muslim population, will definitely feel its radicalization on itself, and the demolition of ethnic and confessional balance will follow throughout the Middle East, not only in Syria, Lebanon will collapse ... Who is the nearest neighbor, where will the refugees flow? To Italy and France.

As a result of the Arab revolutions, despite the fact that they go under the flag of Western democracy, all prerequisites for any, even rudimentary democracy, are destroyed and the entire structure of interconnections and balance of the Middle East collapses. It is the Westernized elite that has already been swept away in Egypt and Tunisia, not to mention Libya, where the Sharia law has been introduced, extremists everywhere come to power. In Syria, it is no coincidence that neither the middle class nor the educated layer initially supported the opposition; they knew too well that fanatics who had flown there from all over the Middle East, who were still intoxicated with atrocities, would take advantage of the chaos. Eyewitnesses say that dozens of bullets are thrust at them, and they continue to run and shout without feeling pain ...

The pro-Western elites were just pro-French, and France invested a lot of energy in their upbringing throughout the post-war period, and indeed the entire twentieth century, especially in Lebanon. All this will be broken, with whom the French will deal there? The United States is far away, and Europe will be the first to be alone with a very heavy, aggressive neighbor. Unfortunately, the European government elite seems to have consciously or unconsciously completely capitulated to the American plan and the project of "smart power" when control over strategic regions is exercised through intermediaries, satellites, allies ... And this, of course, is extremely dangerous for the whole world. I notice sobering public opinion in France, but it is certainly very late.

However, after our December event at the Institute of Democracy and Cooperation, I was invited to speak at the big conference “Syria - a challenge to world diplomacy” in February in the building of the National Assembly of France. There were diplomats from the 20 embassies, among them six ambassadors. It was a very interesting conference, where representatives of a serious establishment gathered, not marginals, not radicals. Participated politicians, serious military analysts, experts, and acting, just at the golden age. And almost all pointed to the danger and unpredictability of the consequences of "controlled chaos" created in Syria and throughout the region. These consequences will complicate the position of Europe and will not help it overcome the systemic crisis. In France, the Islamic population will, of course, be radicalized. But openly even mentioning it there was not entirely politically correct, it was only at such a conference that one could say something.

So, all the same, the views in the French expert community are changing.

- So, among the French experts and the elite there is an understanding that the installations, so to speak, of the Washington Regional Committee run counter to European interests ...

“There is a rather clever concept that somehow involves them in this process and ties them up, because their interests are intertwined in other areas, and pressure can be exerted without direct attitudes, indirectly ... Although the regional experts, I repeat, are very skeptical, but these growing sentiments, judging by recent events, do not affect the decisions of the French President. This situation, of course, is very sad, because you are convinced once again: democracy has now entered a stage when the position of the media and the government do not at all reflect the dominant line of public opinion. It makes you look at the future of the world with great skepticism, if we all do not think about updating the system ...

What's next? The entire Middle East will begin to crumble, Syria will probably be dismembered, many experts speak of this option. And then, as with the domino effect, the rest will begin to collapse ...

“Although in the situation with Syria we still see some more positive dynamics than with Libya.” Stronger resistance in the country and in the world, the position of Russia is different.

- Yes, in any case, mainly due to the position of Russia and China, while it is possible to delay the most disastrous development of events. As far as possible further, it is difficult for me to judge. Of course, it is necessary to fight to the last, for Syria is now an outpost in the confrontation of an absolutely shameless “global governance” - cynical and openly resorting to military force.

How pathetic names - already, horror. But in reality, the essence is simple - the Syrians need to actively wet the evil, Russia needs to actively support Syria. And diplomats are just superfluous eye movements along lines of empty words.

Natalia Narochnitskaya is one of the smartest and most intelligent women. Excellent education. And her active position can only command respect. Pathos in the names not a penny. Before the revolution, it was akin to the current name "Presidential Council for Anything ....".
She is trying to do it, and the words and actions of her and IOPS just help. They help with medicines, food, etc., persuading influential people, clarifying the real situation, etc. If you want to help, go to the IOPS website and read.

Recently, the State Department in Ukraine, after the failed Maidanuty Yushch and its replacement with essentially the same (ANTIRUS), but less extremist Yanukovosch, is working on a project like two drops of water similar to the "Arab Spring". No Salafis? garbage, there are SS fosterlings (OUN, UPA, VO * freedom *). The same ideological pumping and selection of the most thoughtless, gullible and poorly educated people to the lower level. The same selection

I absolutely agree with you! I believe that everything depends on the government in Russia. Today it can be considered to have betrayed the entire Russian-speaking population of the so-called "Ukraine"? With the collapse of the USSR, the "Russian" power betrayed the Crimea, too, I heard this from the officers who served there! Maybe there is already enough betrayal ?! Maybe it's time to collect all the lands into one STATE, as our ancestors did? Most sane people are already tired of waiting for this ...

Antiterrorist operations summary for April 2 2013

    Homs
A military source said that in the Homs province of Al-Hosn, an army unit clashed with terrorists, inflicting heavy casualties on manpower and equipment.

In the areas of Al-Jandari and Al-Khuly, dozens of militants were destroyed along with equipment and weapons.

In the city of Homs in the Bab-Sbaa area, an army unit destroyed a militant group.

    Hama
In the village of Kafr Nabuda, 2 militant vehicles equipped with DShK and several terrorists from the Jabhat Al-Nusra organization were destroyed.

In the north of Hama province in the village of Madaya, during a special operation, an army unit attacked militant groups.

    Deir ez-zor
In the cities of Deir-ez-Zor in the Al-Khvek and Al-Jouvel neighborhoods, army units destroyed dozens of terrorists and destroyed a number of vehicles with a children's school.

In the village of Al-Masrab, an armed group clash with an army unit. The militants carried the large Jabhat al-Nusra organizations - Sadam al-Noufal, Amer Beydar, Hamud Al-Ali, Abdullah Al-Khleif and Hamud Al-Ali.

The reports of the hostilities from Syria reminded me of an old joke from the beginning of the 20th century (I read at Pikul):
"China has declared war on Russia. A billion-dollar Chinese army enters a small border town, it is all empty and only in the square is a company of our men sitting and drinking.
They saw the Chinese. “Who are you guys?”
    - We are the Chinese army, declared war on Russia.
    - And how many of you?
    - Oh, there are many of us, a billion!
    - Damn, where are we to bury you all, we will ... "

This is to say that a radical Islamist rabble is fighting in Syria from all over the world and Assad’s army mercilessly digs all this scum (literally and figuratively) into the blessed Syrian Earth.

And even if the vast majority is against the support of the opposition, then governments will do as they want. The only thing they understand is when they show them a fist. Assad needs to be actively supported, including by sending a limited contingent to Syria. Otherwise, sooner or later, NATO will attack Syria and the Libyan situation will repeat itself. Arms supplies will not help. While they master C 300 and C 400 they will be bombed 10 times. Russian intervention will generally help to avoid war.

The fields are located on an area of 5 thousand square kilometers, and the volume of "black gold" reserves lying within the continental shelf is comparable to the oil potential of all fields of such a country as Kuwait.

Syria will not last long, as it is not sad. Too much money is being poured into terrorists and human reserves, and this is abundant in the Middle East. It’s time to help Syria. Really. It is necessary to pay attention to the sources of finance, resources, etc., and send Scuds, Iskanders, etc. Then the problem will be solved.

Understand son.For the entire "democratic" world, the war in Syria is a confrontation of the democratic opposition against the dictator Assad and his party! And only a few in the world know the truth! And if our troops are brought in now, then automatically we become an accomplice of the alleged strangler of democratic values -Assad! The media on the planet "sculpt a humpback" in people's ears, because it is known who they all have, on this land, and not only the "promised" owner! Western media journalists are not paid money for truthful reporting on the real state of affairs. They only pay for that. , what is profitable to file and for what they pay very big money from the CIA, MOSAD, and MI6 !!!
Therefore, truthful information is very important now. It’s not all the same on this planet, Id .. you! There are sensible people in the West who still need to somehow convey the whole truth about this war!

The chief of the Syrian national coalition is ready to come to Damascus for negotiations. Condition - "sincerity"
    (762)
    Topics: Damascus, NKORS, negotiations

    Sergei Filatov

The head of the National Coalition of Opposition and Revolutionary Forces of Syria, Ahmed Muaz al-Khatyb, once again did not rule out the possibility of negotiations with the authorities, speaking out against external interference in the Syrian conflict.
"A political solution to the Syrian crisis is a sensible solution, and it is in the hands of the Syrians," the Damas Post online edition quoted al-Khatyb on Monday.
At the same time, he noted that he would be ready to agree to negotiations in Damascus if the Syrian regime, in his words, shows sincerity in its intentions, without specifying what it means by that.
The Syrian opposition leader also spoke out categorically against any external intervention that, in his opinion, would inevitably lead to a split in the country.
He also said that he does not personally hate members of the ruling Baath Party in Syria, but does not accept the ideology of this party.
Al-Khatib in February already announced his readiness to begin negotiations with representatives of the Syrian authorities. However, he put forward a number of conditions, in particular the release of 160 thousand prisoners in Syria and the resignation of President Assad from his post, which in advance condemned this initiative to failure.
At the end of March, al-Khatib gave a new signal to Damascus, making a statement about the possibility of the opposition "laying down arms" if the oppositionists can continue to achieve their tasks without using it, reminds RIA Novosti.
In February, the Syrian Foreign Ministry said that negotiations between the government and the opposition should take place "on Syrian soil."

Natalia Katkova? Patronymic is no longer accepted in everyday life, not in high esteem? The answer is, wait a minute - they want to depersonalize us. They wanted to make Russia short-lived, it did not work out completely. Took on the former allies of the USSR. They seized the whole of Europe, they are trying to impose it on all sides. This democracy in the image of the USA, which on a global scale has not yet turned into World parasites, but due to the condition of men and women repainted in different colors of the rainbow, will soon come to this. An example of this is Europe. China is a vassal of all, who will work for the whole world and us, while we smell the flowers? Gentlemen, Europeans, especially Germans, who started, the freebie is already behind, you are trapped. What will happen when China uses up its natural resources to satisfy your and our well-being - Europeans and the USA will step aside! But in general, we will not get used to world hunger, we will survive. Probably unite with ...?

Nostradamus has an opinion: "And China's 200-million army will reach the Euphrates ...", but this will most likely be when they start hammering Iran, there is oil for China and India, when this "oxygen" for the Chinese economy is cut off, it can "kick up". Now he just snaps and does not interfere, everyone is looking at the course of the crisis, weighing all the pros and cons. But with Syria, everything is shitty, there are almost no Chinese economic interests (in comparison), so Syria will most likely be surrendered, sadly, they will play at the UN, they will say something condemning in the "box" so that they do not lose face in front of the people, allegedly "we protested, but they laid on us" ... and they will surrender as Libya. Assad cannot withstand such a pack. request negative

It is not sad to admit, but Syria-2013 is Spain-1937. Even direct military assistance is unlikely to help: too much manpower and resources are uploaded there. Of course, the Americans and the Masons, whose bastards have no place on Earth. But we must give them their due: they can achieve their goal. And they clearly proved this in 1914, 1938 and 1991, etc. I'm afraid they will succeed now. May God grant us to avoid the impending war, or at least to take part in it as little as possible ... sad

That is precisely why the army must be on top, the state must be strong and ready for any adversity as in 1941-45. But then the power saw its power not in wallets and foreign accounts, yachts and islands, but in the strength of its own country and people. And therefore betrayal simply did not take root then, and if it raised its head, it was cut out mercilessly, despite its status.

Although Russia has a solution option, something like this: While the reform is underway, it is urgent to create an "Expeditionary Force named after Marshal of the Soviet Union K. K. Rokkosovsky", modeled on the French Foreign Legion, with a similar training system (+ our developments), 2 thousand 3 people, only a contract, and recruit from the first-mover criminals (options), fit as of ....., the opera will be picked up. The mentality is suitable and with proper preparation, the country will receive positive heroes, at the same time we will weaken the criminals. And also the representatives of the Caucasian republics (selection), also the mentality. Then, under a GOOD pretext (you can copy the French for Mali so that the West blather less) send corps units to Syria. And immediately start rolling in new developments in a combat situation: communications equipment, armored personnel carriers-T, drones, BMPT "Terminator" "- immediately mix this ambush with" brilliant green ", and during a battle in the city - do not target every militant in an apartment building, but immediately bring down the house or part of it ..) Belarusian remote control devices 7,62mm, 12,7mm., KAMAZ" Typhoon " etc._____________ To all of the above, add the creativity of our leadership and specialists for "turning" the details and you can start, then Syria has a chance. Yes

Yes, it is not a matter of severity, but of vital necessity; the "elimination game" has begun, whoever does not understand this now and does not have time to prepare as much as possible, then will bitterly regret it. Big changes are coming in all areas. China, by the way, understands this and how it prepares! And India and many others. We must hurry somewhere, work ahead of the curve somewhere !!! hi
