How stickyArtificial inflation destroys Russia.

Inflation, like locusts, devours the life forces of the Russian population. Increases and handouts of the authorities in the form of social benefits and benefits cover almost a third of what is needed. In order to cope with price increases, families in our country today spend the last, and the masses of poor people, not only losing food and shelter, are plunged into poverty and simply die.

How to stop this pernicious process, completely falling under the definition of genocide? And who can stop him? Apparently, the Government of the Russian Federation cannot and does not want to do this. He has no certainty, not only in deeds, but even in intentions and decisions.

More proof of this - adopted at the end of January with. the decree "On the subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation", in which the ends do not meet: the law itself, the numbers themselves, everything else - by itself. And the question is not how such a confused resolution could come into being. The question is how his Government is going to carry out. It seems that the current ruling circles of Russia do not even bother to answer such questions. The main thing for them is to shine with good intentions. Which, as has long been known, is paved, the road to hell. Or, in the words of the late Viktor Chernomyrdin, "they wanted the best, but it turned out, as always" ...

What is actually inflation in Russia today? With this question, the editors of the newspaper "Tomorrow" turned to well-known domestic scientists and economists. Their response, supported by concrete figures, we bring to the attention of our readers.
With inflation, our situation is like in a chess zugzwang: it is getting worse with every move and every year. Scientists - as therapists: they know everything, but they do not know how, and the unlearned people - like surgeons: they can do everything, but know nothing. As a result, politicians and oligarchs thrive in Russia, and the common people live and die.

The information leapfrog in Russia goes beyond all imaginable limits. To understand what is actually happening, no one can. What is happening can only be remembered. The only thing that can be understood is the slogan: "Inflationary benefits, as is the case when fishing in troubled waters, are for us, those in power. And inflationary deficiencies and losses, for you, humiliated and insulted."

Yes, indeed, inflation in Russia is the biggest payment that people have to pay daily for unchecked growth of production costs and prices, losses and losses, ruble depreciation, corruption and other disgraces that are happening on a chronic basis in our country as a result of talentless management . Unlike all other fixed tax payments, no one knows who and how much will have to pay next time for inflationary lawlessness. To stabilize the socio-economic situation and expect with such a leapfrog not only an increase in income and living standards, but also a reduction in production costs, bank rates, tax burdens, etc. - not necessary. Inflation today has got everyone, turned into a scourge for the people.

And above all, because there is no measurement of inflation (and further - measurements of the standard of living, as well as everything else requiring exact parameters) in Russia, there are no restrictions on the growth of inflation. Under these conditions, the inflation mafia feels best with impunity, whose tool is the inflationary tape measure.
Who is its owner and the dealer - is known. And as long as he sets the rates, not the people, there will be no order in the country. Meanwhile, inflation in such an ugly form is not only a scourge, but the first and last sign of an impending disaster. Do we need it? The question today in Russia is that way. They ask it all, no one knows the answer.

At the end of January 2013, the government of the Russian Federation adopted a document on the new approach to the formation of the consumer basket, vividly resembling the old truth: the new is a well forgotten old one. This document, like thousands of others, would have gone unnoticed if it had not intrusively set new sophisticated rules for further artificially lowering real inflation in Russia. That very inflation, as a result of which the poor in Russia, despite all the scrupulous efforts of Russian officials, are destined to become even poorer, and rich, to the supposedly unexpected bureaucratic horror, even richer.

As a result of such efforts, core inflation (the one for which pensions, benefits for the poor, etc.) are indexed in 2012 was officially fixed at 5,7%, whereas in fact it exceeded 18%. According to other estimates (see "AIF" for 12.12.2012) - 31%. It is on 18% and higher in 2012 that consumer prices increased for 150 groups of the most important consumer goods and services (including 40,5% for drugs, 25,5% for cigarettes, including 34% for domestic, on 23,1% - for vodka, on 18,7% - for energy tariffs and utility services, on 19,5% - prices for cheap new housing and rent, on 33,3% - fines and penalties, on 37,5% - paid educational, medical, transportation , financial, entertainment and mediation services). Education in public universities (including textbooks) has risen in price for the year by 20,7%, and paid health care by 28,4%. In 2012, even food prices surpassed any conceivable norms: wheat flour went up by 28,3%, cereals - by 28,5%, vegetables by 19,8% (including cabbage by 49,9% and garlic by 22,5%), chicken - by 19,8 %, bread, for which it would be necessary to lower prices per year by at least 10%, and the price went up by 14,3%, and the catering - by all 32,3%. Almost all positions increased prices for imported goods.

We point out that in 2012 in general, prices for more than 400 from 700 observed and published consumer goods and services groups grew faster than the fixed core inflation index, and only 35 of them dropped, including 25% - only 2% . Below 5% in 2012, prices in Russia have dropped by just 5 titles, including 3 types of croup, diazolin and flash cards. And only for one service (re-receiving a stamped document at the registry office) the price (about a miracle!) Has remained unchanged. Even according to the same Rosstat, without goods and services included in the calculation of the basic consumer price index, real inflation in Russia in 2012 (exceeded December by December) exceeded 9,9% (in the proper annual average, it is 11,3%). If at the same time you know that the point primary data of Rosstat fix the minimum, rather than average, marks of price growth and do not take into account the unobservable shadow economy, within which mediation and speculative prices grow clearly (usually - multiple) faster, the fact of unacceptable inflation measurement in Russia becomes obvious for each.

Add that the index of production costs and producer prices due to excessive growth in prices for raw materials, energy and food, as well as a fold increase in populist spending and losses associated with the presidential elections in 2012, increased by almost 25% against 15,4% in 2011. . and 16,7% in 2010, with consumer inflation of 6,3% in 2011 and 8,8% in 2012, respectively. Here it is necessary to add that inflation, according to the new document regulating its calculation, is also diminished due to the fact that the share of food products, prices for which grow more slowly, is artificially overestimated, and the share of services and housing, prices for which grow in 1,5- 2 times faster, artificially lowered. We also point out that if earlier the ratio of these shares was 40 to 35, now it has been reduced to 50 to 25.
It turns out that the Russian government does not calculate inflation, but simply, at its discretion, appoints. Such a leapfrog in the estimates of inflation does not know any country in the world.

To get rid of this uniform disgrace, inflation in Russia, as the only point of some contractual regulation of relations between the government and the people, should be determined not by an obedient bureaucracy, but by an independent expert community appointed by the popularly elected State Duma. Or, at the very least, at least by the same Public Chamber with the participation of representatives of the confederation of Russian trade unions. This is exactly what the parliaments of the leading countries of the world have been doing for a long time. But certainly not the current government officials, who by such unsightly inflation measurements disgrace the Russian authorities for the whole world, including and above all, the State Duma itself.

In 2006, during his tenure as director of the State Statistics Committee of the Goskomstat, one of the authors of these lines set forth proposals formulated in the form of a draft law “On Social Inflation in the Russian Federation”, spoke at hearings in the State Duma, which echoes in the press to this day. But the report of the case then ended. Shouldn't you come back to it today? Or will the State Duma, blindly following the Government of the Russian Federation, wait for a social explosion? If so (and everything indicates that everything is just like that), the Duma will accelerate this explosion.

To remedy the situation, the Government of the Russian Federation should index 18% on average instead of 5,7% (in fact, the authorities are all indexing 5,2%), to make additional payments to forty million pensioners and twenty million other low-paid people ( with incomes below the subsistence minimum) for a total amount exceeding a trillion rubles or thirty-three billion US dollars. That same amount, which represents the annual bleeding cash income deficit that was not paid to the poor in 2012. Then, not likening to the Russian fiscal authorities, who forgive a person nothing and charge every penny of underpayment for previous years, could have been forgotten.

The decision made by the Russian Government about a meager increase in the subsistence minimum for an adult to 7,5 thousand rubles per month actually reinforces the further growth of the monetary deficit of the poor, acts as a tool for the further inflation race and, accordingly, is not a boon, but another sting for the poorest. Monthly minimum will increase by hundreds of rubles, and inflation will continue to eat them thousands.

The question is, is it possible to index at least the miserable incomes of these, the poorest sections of the population of our country, out of fairness? Isn't it embarrassing for the government of Russia to so shamelessly deceive orphans and beggars? Or it can not act without strangulation? Indeed, at the level of the high cost that prevails in Russia, the minimum subsistence minimum should be at least twice as high, and with the unbridled price increase, which is inspired by Russian officials and oligarchic structures, should increase on a monthly basis. Otherwise, in Russia, everyone except for thieves and their hangers-on, is facing social and economic genocide.

The State Duma is invited to go to the President of Russia and fix it without chatter in 2013 at least this outrageous mess. Where to get money? Return the loot corrupt. The country is still operating more than 2,2 millions of one-day firms with turnovers that are tens of times more than the funds needed to pay off debts to poor citizens.

The state finds billions of dollars to pay them to foreign corporations and every Friedman Avenue for illegally and virtually free of charge privatized state-owned assets in 90-s, and stripping its own citizens like a sticky one.

In conclusion, we present a list of 90 types of goods and services, the increase in consumer prices for which in 2012, according to the data of the same Rosstat, has been many times higher than the actually applied inflation adjustment index. On other lists of such goods and services, with a share exceeding two thirds of total consumption in 2012, there were from two to five hundred items. We emphasize that the rise in prices for all these goods and services according to the rules for calculating the subsistence minimum, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation No. 56 from 29.01.2013, is not taken into account when calculating the basic inflation index. All of these lists, without further ado, confirm the same conclusion: the authorities with inflation, like, perhaps, with nothing else, lied to ugliness. In general, according to the analyzed data, the consumer price index in 2012 increased by 18,1% versus practically used 5,2%, including for the group of food products, which accounted for 2012% of total consumption in the 40,5 year, - by 15,7% ; for the group of non-food products with a share of 20,3% of total consumption (excluding prices and tariffs for energy resources) - by 9,6%; and the share of services comprising 36,3%, including transport, utilities, medicines, but excluding education, health care and a huge variety of intermediary services — this group index increased by 32,4%. There is no doubt that the reduced list of Rosstat with its even more impressive data, drawn from its own daily experience, can be supplemented by every reader of the newspaper “Tomorrow”.

Usually, the citizens of Russia memorize very badly. They cannot hold two numbers in their head at the same time. Even when it comes to what they really care about in life, it’s about price increases. Here the nuances of the Russian character decide: it’s not so much what was concerned, but what will be.

The fact that prices have increased in 2012, and everyone overpaid for the same, people care, but not very much. But the fact that in 2013, housing and utilities rates (albeit from the second half of the year) will increase again on average by at least 15%, including for heat - by 12,2% and for electricity - by 15 5% (and for bread and alcohol - at all on 25% and 30%, respectively), - this man in the street is sadly upset. True, communal tariffs will not rise from January 1, but from July 1, and at the same time the prices of some elite goods (expensive cigarettes, gasoline, housing), purchased mostly by the rich, will increase, and the civilian majority even comforts them.

The bureaucratic calculation is simple. Knowing that the Russian inhabitant is more afraid of price increases and remembers poorly, the official keeps on raising prices. Then the consumer not only pays twice for the same thing, but, fearing further price increases, buys for the future twice as much. Such is the psychology of the Russian inhabitant.

The commented decision did not even have time for the ink to dry out, as the Government of the Russian Federation adopted new documents on a substantial increase in the property tax of citizens and raised the bar for operational costs for housing to the skies. This alone overthrows the whole effect of raising the subsistence minimum. And so every time. Do not leave, stay with the Government of the Russian Federation! To be continued. Then everything will be even more expensive.

ON THE PICTURE: How nice it is to feel like a true representative of the "chosen people", to walk on the desert with the "roads of Moses" in chitons and sandals, asking Yahweh for new favors for themselves and their co-religionists. Especially if billions of dollars from the Russian state treasury for TNK-BP have already been received and distributed according to agreements.

Do not wet in the toilet! In the toilet, only criminals and bandits are wet, those who are afraid of publicity, those who are afraid that the people will know.
Well, how does it not reach you that only a TESTIMONIAL COURT, according to the law of the Russian Federation or the USSR, with a clear announcement of what actions the defendant has been punished and with the execution of the sentence (preferably publicly) will show the mass of the people that you should never do this! What will not get away with it!
And there’s no sense in soaking in toilets, every day they’re wetting someone in Ingushetia (they say about the terrorists in the news), but what's the point? Houses in Russia are still exploding, with Sayano-Shushenskaya also incomprehensible.
Enough to repeat the slogans of a petty St. Petersburg swindler! And if it is only possible to wet a criminal in a toilet, then we live in a country occupied by criminals! Only then you need to soak in the toilet like partisans in the occupied territory!

              Greetings, Alexander.
Let me remind you an excerpt from an article by V. Surkov, including one published on our website.
What is called the “Russian mafia” and “oligarchs” in the mass consciousness is, in fact, an instrument of Russian politics in the conditions after the 1991 year. Not every country, not every people is allowed to have its own ethnic "mafia", not every country is able to own such technology.

Here it is. One of the ideologists of the regime is proud that we are allowed to have our own ethnic mafia. This mafia is a tool of politics. To this we can add the statement of Putin's nightingale M. Leontyev that corruption is a system of government. That is, crime of a higher order is the power in our country.
Put out the light, drain the water. Probably really have to partisan.
Very, ... really would not want to.

Yes, not about that, to share. The thing is that this money should go to the development of the country - roads, schools, transport, housing and communal services ... her mother. And they leave a hundred of the elect, and settle in Israel, Britain, etc. That is, this money is not for the country. You don’t have to earn them, anyway they won’t come to the country and nobody will buy anything for them. So for me, a simple fryer, it’s monopenisual how much oil or gas costs on exchanges. This is not my income, and not my country of income. And by the way, if oil drops tomorrow at auction to 20 dollars - guess what numbers at gas stations we will see in the morning, yesterday or in 5 times reduced? I’m sure that they can even increase it to compensate for the costs.

As for schools, we will not. How many have appeared in the last year? Maybe in Moscow a couple of them, and in other regions more often close.

As for the roads in general ... it’s cheaper to send a bulldozer to Mars than to build 14 kilometers of roads in Sochi - is that normal? The director of the company told me that from 30% - rollback upon receipt of the order. And not a local pullback, but to the very top. So again, this money is not for the good, because nobody built roads for kickbacks, more often villas abroad.

Well, now - the opinion that this is money from gas and oil. Misconception. Money from gas and oil goes into surplus, and is stored in the stabilization fund. And the roads and everything else is for our taxes. So ... easier ... on the corners brings.

          - and now we think how it will end. See the people in white on the SABGE? With incomprehensible surnames? You see ... In the course, what is their total capital, with which they robbed Russia? It exceeds the budget of Russia. Let's continue. Russians are dissatisfied with the results of privatization and ask to reconsider it. It is understandable - as a result of this so-called "privatization" all Russian goods turned out to be in these goats in white, which is on the SABZH in the photo. Putin heard his people. But he knows what the threat is. Than? Let me explain. With the funds that these people have in white + support of the world Zionists + support of the State Department in the form of information warfare and political chatter, or even military power can make such a Swamp in Russia that will not seem like a little !!!!! With a good bloody mix. Trucks full of alcohol, shots of incomprehensible snipers at the riot policemen and at the raging audience that just came to cut up some cabbage - and the angry sides rushed at each other, multiplying the victims at times! Then the grief-stricken and angry relatives of those killed join in and the soul rushed to heaven! Syria will seem like paradise today !!!!! You seriously want this. Here's the VAF set up - down with Poo! Down with Poo! With all due respect, down with Poo, well, let's remove Pu. And then either the henchman of these goats in white, or the one who breaks such firewood, which I described a little higher. Do you want this? For God's sake.
Putin tried to find a "Solomon" solution. Remember? Like, hey, you, in white! Let’s go for money, specific money, and close the topic of privatization. It did not pass. These in white, which in the photo in the SABGE, according to their age-old habit, would rather strangle themselves than loose themselves (remember Berezovsky laughing A vivid example), but the people don’t need candy wrappers, they need assets earned by their fathers, which, by misunderstanding, were in the hands of these goats in white, which is pictured in the subject. DEAD END!.
Offer a way out! I think the Syrian option cannot be avoided! More precisely, take the risk of "squeezing" the assets from these goats in white, but use the FSB as efficiently as possible to prevent riots and further along the chain. Although it is unlikely to give a ride - for sure, the FSB also have purchased items, sabotage and so on ...
Then first do the cleaning with honest Chekists in the relevant authorities, and this takes a long time (((((((. In short, a dead end

Where inflation is greater: in the West, where the rate is 1% or ours, where the rate is 8,5%? We have more inflation. Why? Because our money is more expensive. And the more expensive the credit money, from which any economic process BEGINS, will be, the more inflation will be. And not vice versa. And who regulates credit policy in the country? TSB RF. and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is completely dependent on the dollar, through the sale of which the Americans transfer their dollar surplus to other countries, getting rid of inflation at home and shifting it on our shoulders.

In economics, there is a certain equality — the mass of goods (the quantity of goods multiplied by its price) must correspond to the money supply. More money - inflation (overflow of channels of commodity-money circulation with money supply), less money - deflation (withdrawal of funds from circulation). Before Gaidar’s price liberalization, there was enough money to buy everything that was produced. What happened after it? According to the former Chairman of the Central Bank V. Gerashchenko, prices increased 30 times, and only 2,2 times more money was printed. They began to be sorely missed - barter did not save the country either. The "Gaudars" and "Chubais" were diagnosed with "dystrophic" obesity and began to treat dystrophic with hunger - a reduction in the money supply.
The mass media of that time were filled with cries of "Livshites" that we had inflation, that it was impossible to start the printing press, etc. Scientist Igor Nit countered them with a calm correct diagnosis: “We are dealing with the continuation of a deflationary policy that destroys the production potential of Russia.” and blood to overseas "geshefters") I. Nit, a prominent economist, died suddenly soon after the publication of his findings. Vladimir Cherednik, who mathematically substantiated I. Nita's conclusions, also died after the publication of his article "There is no inflation in Russia."
Why was the substitution of the concepts of "inflation - deflation" made? Solely in order to satisfy the money hunger created in the country with dollars and put Russia on the needle of foreign borrowing at interest.

All right! But prices are rising. IMHO is growing, not because of the too rapidly growing money supply, but primarily because of the high level of monopolization of the market for increasing excise taxes on fuels and lubricants, the growth of transport tariffs, tariffs for gas, electricity, etc.

This is not our inflation, this is external, dollar inflation, which for some reason we all pay out of our pocket. Bucks cost about 10 rubles 30 years ago, so it costs about the same.
According to statistics, the ruble depreciates every year by about 5-8%. In fact, the dollar is really depreciating at these 5-8% per year (apparently, all the media naively and stupidly forbidden to talk about it), the ruble put into circulation by the Russian Central Bank is tightly tied to the dollar, respectively, due to dollar inflation it is depreciating and he, plus a very small (1 - 2%) already domestic Russian ruble inflation can be added. That's about the picture I have.

In general, while the Central Bank of Russia is outside of Russian jurisdiction (the issue of the ruble is tightly tied to the purchase of dollars on foreign exchange exchanges), the situation will definitely not change for the better. Well, for the worse, it can even ...

In fact, Russia now faces only ONE question. One question from which development will begin: is the nationalization of the ruble by untying it from the dollar. What does this mean: the central bank of Russia prints rubles, but they enter the Russian economy only after buying a dollar on them.

Therefore, it is ONLY therefore that our economy has a raw material orientation.
Why? Because the Americans decided so.

Our oil and gas companies sell raw materials for dollars, and then exchange dollars for rubles here in Russia (to pay their workers) .After that, dollars settle in gold and foreign exchange reserves and depreciate the dollar inflation rate in them. At the same time, it is NOT possible to withdraw dollars from these supposed reserves in order to spend them on the needs of the country. It is written in law.

This is called the Federal RESERVE SYSTEM, which works like this all over the world.

The only problem is how to nationalize ruble output in order to boost its economy? This is a question since for such a case, the Americans have a war machine that has been working on this system for hell already knows how many decades! I'm not talking about the administrative resource of the occupation regime in the country itself, which will prevent the nationalization of the ruble.

"Usually, Russian citizens remember something very badly. They cannot keep two numbers in their heads at the same time. Inflation is the flip side of the economic model of capitalism. This model was imposed on Russia by the West as the only true economic model in a democracy. It is clear that freedom always begets those who want to be higher. As in nature, the strong devour the weak. However, humanity is considered to be civilized, and ideally, I think there should be a different system, more distributive, that would be enough for everyone. And to play the world by its own rules makes only 4% of the world's population, the largest of them the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds. Well, Moscow decided Russia for us in the August putsch that wants to live in the western way, so we live. And the president is only a very smart politician, an economist who is trying his best to play this game with a win for Russia. And as for the oligarchs, others will not come. Such is the model of survival.

Please, give examples of our "guarantor's" "wins"? He is the same "misdirected Cossack", like the humpbacked one with EBN. And when he completes his "mission", he too will be drained like used oil from an engine. In addition to golimy piz..zha with a smart look for 13 years there was nothing. And all these 13 years he was not promoted in a childish way. He drove a submarine, then an airplane. Now he teaches birds to fly. And what: for our b.d.l. and such cheap tricks will do. So everything will continue as before: similar articles will be published; people will swear in kitchens and forums, Abramovichs will buy more yachts, and VVP will teach fish to swim. Until one "fine" moment the grub disappears in the storage facilities of Moscow and St. Petersburg (as it was in October 1917) and the "grateful" people take the Putinids out of the Kremlin to hell.

Interesting story. It may even be that true. But it’s not clear why nothing is known about this feat? How Putin puts out fires - TV report. How he flies on airplanes diving with scuba gear, controls a combine and viburnum - a series of reports. And then silence and silence. Strange, isn't it? Do not use such material to your advantage? Not like the Kremlin masters of PR and propaganda.
Or maybe it wasn’t much like Karaulov tells us? Maybe these same 5000 people in Dresden do not allow this case to be used since it would be beneficial for Putin? Maybe it is precisely because this beer story will be told in every beer house (and it is quite possible that it’s not at all like Karaulov) and materials were not published.
Karaulov is a well-known master of whipping up, exaggerating and "tearing the soul". If you believe at least 10% percent of his plots, then you can safely hang yourself - that's really who shouted most of all: "all prospolipolymers!" The alleged weapons are not yet mass-produced (but already in service with KGB residents, and abroad of the USSR). Moreover, there is no reliable information that these weapons were developed in the indicated period of time.

Under such conditions, it is very difficult to determine when a particular sample was actually developed. I do not exclude that the sample that was then lit up was in a single copy at that time as an exhibition sample. The only thing I can add by PMM is that in some divisions of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of St. Petersburg he appeared in '93 and I haven’t heard a single kind word about him hi

You see here, what a case! The author drives the blizzard shamelessly! The radish is rare! Article -
One of the most important, and the main in volume, component of our inflation is WHAT?
And here! The thing is that the ruble is firmly tied to the dollar.
It would seem that the ruble exchange rate has been stable for many years !!! BUT!
BUT is the dollar stable ???
Fuck with two! They print trillions of paper and hundreds of trillions on a computer keyboard. The dollar, in the struggle of currencies, is rapidly becoming cheaper, its specific content is catastrophically falling. And the ruble is pegged to the dollar, as you recall.
If you are tied to a brick, and the brick falls into the abyss, then ... then you fall into the abyss with the brick!
They print dollars to cover their needs, and we pay for it with you, and all other countries of the world .....
    UV ... finished ...

PS And the leadership of our country is only trying to tack in the conditions that are in fact. What blame them, the whole world is flying to hell !!!

The article is disgusting. From the beginning, only emotions and panic that enable supporters of the authorities to ridicule the article during the discussion.
Then, as an example of a blatant increase in prices, such goods as vodka and tobacco are indicated. The following is a proposal to create an authority (with a thought?) That will calculate inflation. The Duma we have on the contents of the presidential administration, that is, the keep woman and hope. that its structure does not get very fast, just naive.
In addition, the presentation style itself is so difficult to understand the meaning of the text that in some places I had to re-read three 3-4 times.
And here is the result: an urgent topic concerning each of us is talked about, confused, discredited and ridiculed. The effect is enhanced by the efforts of the highest rated commentator by stuffing info about Gorbi.
But inflation is really much higher than the values that power structures give us. Indeed, information about real inflation is hushed up or distorted. Prices really rise and rise very significantly for those goods and services without which no how. It is true that the government daily pockets in every citizen of the country. The authorities take money by lying about inflation and publicize their handouts that do not cover even a small fraction of the stolen. Today today they again announced an increase in pensions by 3% by as much as 3 PERCENT !!. That is, to retire at 8000r. add 240 rubles!
No matter how "the poorest" strata of the population are "robbed". On the other hand, there will be a lot of noise and enthusiasm from the paths. But this is just a compensation for monthly inflation. Do we raise pensions every month?
In the general article minus. Objectively, the article plays into the hands of the authorities, although the authors pretend that they are opposed to the current state of affairs.

I, for example, am not an economist at all. But! I remembered a TV advertisement about the sale of townhouses near St. Petersburg - "only 1,5 million rubles." And in December in the same video there was "only 1,2 million rubles." Calculate the percentage - it turns out a bit too much. Nobody can tell - is it inflation or what?

I do not argue, there is inflation in Russia, as in any country in the world. All reports can be viewed and read on the RUSSIA 24 or RBC channel .. here we are not interested in what inflation is in other countries, well, just for the sake of interest and comparison, but it’s necessary for prevention!
I detect inflation when I look at price tags in stores and remember how much the goods cost about 1 year ago or 2 years ago. I can say for a discount for my region of Tatarstan - bread rose 0.5-1 ruble per year, milk did not go up, ruble cigarettes cost 2 -3 went up in price, housing and communal services .. oh yes housing and communal services as without this))) well, I paid 86 rubles for gas, began to pay 98 rubles, only 13 rubles more))) I'm sure and pensioners 13 rubles did not notice 100%. Light on rubles 50 more a month comes out, water is the same, etc., household appliances cost as they are, they can even become cheaper if the goods are not bought for a long time, gasoline has grown by 1-2 rubles a lot ??? for 100 liters you overpay 100-200 rubles just! there are even pensioners on foreign cars, I personally saw wassat and now, judging by this, I believe in inflation in 6-8% because I really pack myself up and pay off, but what all sorts of trololo write about hidden 20-30% inflation I don’t believe them, why I already wrote above.

In general, the article is, of course, unclear ... In the style: "Do you know that in a brothel women are given for money ???". The problem is that in Russia capitalism takes on particularly vile forms. If the West tries once again not to anger the plebeians unnecessarily, then the Russian "businessmen" do not care ...: cut the dough to the maximum, and then there is even a flood. More precisely, the next capture of the "Winter". So the whole question is, when will the "cover" be ripped off?

Given the natural resources, not the latest science in the world and the unprecedented patience of the people, Russia simply needs to be doomed to prosperity (complete, not individual citizens). But to prevent everything from being done through Zh ... It still seems to me that our kukovodstvo fulfills some secret obligations to the West that were accepted in the 90s. For example, what is the STABFUND for? Maybe to archive bucks to avoid depreciation of the dollar? It turns out that Russia voluntarily refuses to use oil for all 100% of the hidden money in the STABFUND? We get money for real goods (oil), so why can’t we use them to the full. For example, build roads. If I am not mistaken, large-scale road construction has helped the United States emerge from the great depression. Why should we adjust domestic energy prices to world prices? After all, the West is unlikely to drive the length of our roads and the average monthly temperature to the average in Europe? And why the hell do we sell oil and gas for bucks and euros? Maybe in order to provide this paper, but not our own (ruble), we have almost a monopoly on gas, and we do not use it to our advantage except to blackmail the fraternal Ukrainian people. T
You just do not need to set as an example all sorts of projects of the different Nordic and Southern flows. This is just a way to pump out more of our resources.
I am Russian, a citizen of Russia, one of the richest people in the world based on national wealth per capita, like the rest of the citizens of my country. THEM (wealth of the country) was protected by my grandfathers, one came to Berlin, the other died near Rzhev.
BUT I pay for a kindergarten to feed my child, I buy gasoline at prices close to world prices, I pay for a communal apartment as a gold service and much more.

Why should we adjust domestic energy prices to world prices?

otherwise, manufacturing companies are more profitable to let resources over the hill than inside the country

now they are kept on a leash, but the budget does not gain very large amounts for this leash - if you remove the leash, the domestic market will be empty

So they have to raise prices, I even think in the end they will become much more than behind the hill - so that part of the resources is guaranteed to go to the domestic market without any reason

Without cigarettes and vodka, prices are rising, and very noticeable. Two years ago, a loaf of black bread in a shop next to me cost 22 rubles. , and now 30 with a simultaneous decrease in quality, although it has long been no longer black, but pale gray. What is the article about? That the author did not read the classics. They stole, they will steal, and they will steal the land of Russia. And inflation, crappy democratization, and other, nations, have learned all this from the crafty new word and let's hide behind them. And the fact that prices are rising, but where they are not rising? What do they want to sell gas to us at world prices? So, the average salary is considered at 22000 rubles, but few people see it like that. In short, everything is like the last 10-15 years. Has our native state. So this is not news, people are accustomed to it. But calmly, we almost do not fight. Stores will be filled with steel with domestic goods. So we are working. All sorts of teachings are taking place. And I told her so - of course, everything is very bad. Here's the current. You are a single mother, live in a 4-room apartment, drive a foreign car, have 3 computers at home (for 2 people), rest every year over a hill, etc. - Apparently, the authorities are to blame for this?

These "bacilli" are more dangerous than "swamp" ones, because those who work out their thirty pieces of silver openly, and these, try to undermine society from the inside! Add to the above ...
Have such plans been with us under Stalin?

In 1952 it was planned ... to reduce the working day to 6, and then to 5 hours. This is necessary so that members of the society receive enough free time to receive a comprehensive education. For this, it is necessary, further, to introduce compulsory polytechnical education (Japan is only now approaching this - ed.), Necessary so that members of society have the opportunity to freely choose a profession and not be confined for life to one profession. For this, it is necessary, further, to radically improve housing conditions and raise the real salary of workers and employees at least twice, if not more, both by directly raising the cash salary and, especially, by further systematically lowering the prices of consumer goods.

These are the basic conditions for preparing the transition to communism ... (Stalin, "Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR").
The greatness of Stalin's affairs against the background of the outrage created is more and more clearly recognized by the majority of the robbed and humiliated people. It becomes obvious that our salvation is completely not with those who destroy the state day after day and strangle their people.
The path of enlightenment will be difficult for us - we will have plenty of suffering and humiliation, but the time will come when someone will diligently deduce on their school boards: We are not slaves, we are not slaves ...

Maybe the unclear economic policy of our state is due to the lack of professionals in the field of economics? Or maybe there is too much lobbying for someone’s individual interests.
I’ll give you a simple example, try to understand it if you’re interested:
Currently, the Russian Pension Fund has a deficit of approximately 1,5 trillion. rub. The insurance premiums that the employer pays for the employee are divided into an insurance and savings part. Money for the insurance and savings part is taken into account in the personal account of a particular employee and will affect the future pension. But the money that came in to pay the insurance part of the pension goes directly to paying the pensions of today’s pensioners. And those who came to the cumulative ATTENTION! go into private hands. Even if you have not entered into an agreement with the NPF, the state (PFR) will still send them to a private management company (hereinafter referred to as the management company). Private management companies trade them in securities, play on the stock exchange, etc. Due to this, the plan is to increase the size of the funded part of each citizen’s pension. Management companies receive their percentage from this. But the most important thing is that the management companies receive this profit now, and this money will be paid to you only after retirement over many years in installments. That is, it turns out something like an interest-free loan for management companies with a long deferred payment.
The funded part of the pension makes up one third of all insurance contributions to the Pension Fund and is currently equal to about 1.4 trillion rubles throughout the Russian Federation. That is, almost equal to the Pension Fund deficit. This deficit is plugged with budget money that could be used to develop the economy, as well as considerable contributions to the PRF from employers. Now the country’s leadership has come to its senses and is trying to reduce the amount going to the funded part, but this is in relation to future payments. But the shortage problem can be solved at once. The entire funded part of the pension that has accumulated should be recognized as the insurance part and used to pay pensions, and in one year the deficit of the Pension Fund will be closed; the state will not have to cover it and colossal money will be freed up that can be spent on economic development. At the same time, ordinary citizens will not suffer, since for them the funded part of the pension, becoming insurance, will still be protected when their future pension is assigned. But there is one BUT... private management companies will suffer because they will lose money that is circulated through offshore companies. But apparently the interests of private management companies are more important.

P.S. By the way, private management companies do not invest a penny of the funds of the funded part of citizens’ pensions in the real sector, this is 100% because they are not interested in long-term investments, they need to make money right now.

By the way, I’m clarifying the information about the money in the funded part of the pension that is circulating in the hands of private management companies: not 1.4 trillion, but 3 trillion rubles. That's what they say in the Russian newspaper
    http://www.rg.ru/2013/02/01/pensiya-site.html
And by the way, legally these funds are considered state funds. And as I already said, these funds do not go to pay the pensions of today’s pensioners and do not in any way participate in the development of our economy.

The article is pure nonsense. Until the 20th century, inflation rates were measured in one way - the ability of paper to be exchanged for gold. If we discard those false methods that modern economists have imposed on us and turn to the assessment of the purchasing power of the ruble using the traditional method until the 20th century, then it is easy to see that the author’s statement of the article is based on the fact that inflation
“gets worse with every move and every year” is a lie. On the contrary, inflation has slowed recently. Any person born no later than the 19th century could easily notice this if he were transported to the present time. Unfortunately, for a modern person, understanding the valuation of money has become an almost impossible task, since he has not seen anything other than paper currency. If you “foisted paper” on a person of an earlier era, you can be sure that he would have gotten rid of it very quickly, preferring something more solid, ringing and shiny.
To prove the truth that inflation has not changed significantly over the past year, I attach a graph of the price of one gram of gold in Russian rubles for the period from March last year to March this year (exactly 1 year). So, the graph shows that the purchasing power of the ruble has changed little over this period and is hovering at the same levels as a year ago (about 1600 rubles per 1 gram of gold). And if we take a six-month period for consideration, we will see that the purchasing power of the ruble during this period, on the contrary, increased slightly (due to the fall in the price of gold from 1787 rubles to 1595 rubles per gram), which does not allow us to consider the author’s conclusions that inflation has recently accelerated due to objective

Of course, if we take a period longer than the last year, for example the last 5, 10 or 20 years, then we will see a clear depreciation of the ruble. In the post above, I do not argue with the fact that the Russian ruble is subject to inflation. The inflating ruble is an indisputable fact. In the post above, I express my doubts about the reason for panic that the article inspires. I have presented arguments indicating that there is no reason to panic. The ruble has been behaving decently for the last year. In any case, more worthy than, for example, during the 2008 crisis, a crisis which, by the way, Russia went through quite mildly (compared to other countries, if anyone is interested, I can post graphs).

Gentlemen. Representatives of our Motherland, There is no need to swear. As the Honored Teacher of the USSR said, back in 1936. poisoned the husband of a diplomat in Mongolia and raised her children alone. The answer was simple to the point of disgrace and therefore memorable for the rest of my life: Yura, if you want to be rich, spend a little less than you get!
May the truth prevail in our brains, Cyprus is resting, did you remember our contributions and material values earned by our great-grandfathers, who were valued at 2 bottles of vodka? And in order to avoid inflation, you need to work, and not shift this responsibility to the Chinese, who, however, turned out to be much smarter than the Germans and the USA, who went to earn money there for free. As long as the dollar is in use in Russia, we will be forced to eat American inflation. It’s the same story with the euro. By selling resources for unsecured paper, buying the currencies of other countries, we fight inflation in those countries, by transferring it to us, we devolve our currency and, through our labors and our resources, we support countries that make money from selling colored paper . They won’t say thank you to us, believe me; moreover, they will do their best to hinder attempts to get rid of banking slavery. so they are on all popular resources :) by the way, they are easy to calculate - by the date of creation of accounts and IP address, because they are somehow too lazy to replace the second, and it turns out that most of the haters, for some reason, are sitting over the hill, but write on behalf of the residents of Russia

Yes, all this is nonsense! Inflation is an artificial term that has nothing to do with real life. Sort of like “exponent” in mathematics. Imagine if all the troubles were blamed on the notorious exhibitor!
Inflation is a common concept from economic theory.

In fact, what we are presented with as “terrible inflation” is called differently. The real name of this phenomenon is “cartel agreement” or “speculation”.
In fact, there is a systematic increase in prices for all essential goods from food, vodka and cigarettes to gasoline and housing and communal services. It’s as easy as shelling pears to explain everything with a mythical monster called “inflation.”
But inflation also has a presence here. Only, not as a cause, but as... a consequence and consequences.
Here's the thing. Rising prices (note that prices for real estate, cars, office equipment, household appliances, representative clothing, and luxury items are not rising!). But they also “grow”! The rise in their prices is included in the “loan interest” of the bank loan for its purchase.
And TPN (essential goods) are bought for cash and for wages! The state has nowhere to go and is constantly increasing salaries and pensions, which causes.... the notorious inflation!

And speculators, citing her dear one, are again raising prices for TPN.

To improve the situation, the Government of the Russian Federation should, by way of compensation, index by an average of 18%, and not by 5,7%
A more stupid proposal to overcome inflation cannot be imagined. It seems that the author does not know not only economics, but also mathematics. If you index it by 18%, then this money instantly hits the market, which leads to another round of inflation, but this time by 20%, and so on ad infinitum. We went through all this in the 90s with 100% inflation. The authors look like scandalous losers.

Inflation in Russia is driven by three factors:
    1. Natural monopolies
    2. Corruption.
    3. Anti-market nature of the economy.

If with monopolies it is more or less clear how much they want to charge for their goods and services - that’s what they will do, then with corruption everything is much more complicated: firstly, the price of absolutely any product includes a corruption component (CC), which is why the price sometimes increases up to 100% above real prices.
Secondly, money received in the form of kickbacks, bribes, etc. puts pressure on the market, since turning around according to the formula M-T-D or T-M-T, it does not create surplus value, but enters the market in the form of effective demand, therefore they artificially inflate prices, making many goods inaccessible to other, “non-buying” categories of citizens. At the same time, the CS in the cost of a product significantly reduces the amount of remuneration received by a real worker who creates surplus value in this product and reduces the reproduction and quality of the workforce, destroys incentive functions to increase productivity and labor efficiency.
    3. The anti-market nature of the economy - everything is clear here too. If a businessman does not extract resources, is not engaged in a monopoly industry, does not master the budget under the wing of his father, uncle, father-in-law - doing business
becomes an extremely unprofitable business, subject to systemic risks, the main one of which is the risk of liquidation by order of government agencies or capture by security forces. There are other types of risks, but they are somehow surmountable, but these two are not.
Add our taxation to this story and everything falls into place.
