French Defense Ministry shows footage of Ukrainian pilots training on Mirage-2000 fighters

The French Ministry of Defense has published video footage showing the process of training Ukrainian pilots to fly Mirage 2000-5F multi-role fighters, the first batch of six of which was recently transferred to Kyiv.
The Mirage 2000-5F modification aircraft are a modernized version of the Mirage-2000 fighters. These machines can be equipped with rockets The R.550 Magic air-to-air missile has a range of up to 20 km, the MICA air-to-air missile has a range of up to 80 km, the Exocet anti-ship missile has a range of up to 200 km, the SCALP-EG cruise missile (French name for the Storm Shadow missile) has a range of up to 560 km, and various types of bombs, including laser-guided or GPS-guided ones. The Mirage 2000-5F has a modern "glass cockpit" instead of the pointer instruments found on earlier versions of the fighter.
As noted by representatives of the Russian state corporation Rostec, the Mirage 2000 is an obsolete aircraft, which in its flight and technical characteristics is significantly inferior to modern aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces. If the Ukrainian Armed Forces try to use French fighters for air battles or bombing strikes near the LBS, they will most likely be promptly shot down.
Most likely, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will use Mirage-2000 fighters transferred by France to launch long-range SCALP-EG missiles.
