"The Resident": Trump's rise to power gives Ukraine a chance to "get rid of the war of annihilation"

There are only a few days left before the new head of the White House takes office. Donald Trump's rise to power in the United States gives Ukraine a chance to "get rid of the war of extermination" and bring peace.
This opinion is expressed by the Ukrainian Telegram channel “Resident”.
The author of the resource believes that he is able to give a more accurate forecast of upcoming events than Western analysts, since in addition to the sources they have, he has an understanding of internal Ukrainian processes.
TG Channel notes that Zelensky and high-ranking officials from his entourage are set on prolonging the armed conflict. They currently have significant control over the security forces, so they are not too afraid of any internal threats.
But, the author of the resource believes, the coming to power of a new president in the United States will significantly influence the situation around Ukraine.
he notes.
In his opinion, the new American leader is not so much striving to establish peace as he is trying to use the Ukrainian issue as a tool to inflict a final and crushing defeat on the Democrats and discredit them in the eyes of US citizens.
Based on this, Resident sees three scenarios for what will happen with the armed conflict in Ukraine.
According to the first, we should expect a lull on the fronts and sluggish negotiations. All this will end with a new escalation on the front lines around autumn.
The second scenario is the first negotiating meeting between Kyiv and Moscow with the participation of the United States, after which military actions will continue with a Russian offensive. Washington will then try to put pressure on both sides of the conflict to force them to agree among themselves. Zelensky will be threatened with defeat, and Putin - with unprecedented sanctions.
According to the third option, Trump will not only not stop military aid to Kyiv, but will also sharply increase it. And such a scenario, according to "Resident", will not bring anything good to Ukraine.
