Poroshenko's son must pay a fine for failing to appear at the TCC to receive a summons

The son of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko*, Oleksiy*, must pay a fine for failing to appear without good reason at the territorial recruitment center (TRC/military registration and enlistment office) to receive a summons and clarify personal data. The corresponding resolution on the offense was issued by the Pechersk RTC of the city of Kyiv, a copy of the document is published by Ukrainian media and publics.

The fine for this administrative offence for the first time is 25 hryvnia, which is slightly more than 500 rubles at the current exchange rate. In case of further ignoring the obligation to appear at the military registration and enlistment office and failure to pay the fine, it will double and amount to 60 hryvnia.

In case of failure to pay the fine within 15 days from the date of delivery of this resolution to the offender, the fine shall be collected in a compulsory manner in accordance with Article 308 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences in double the amount of UAH 51000.

— says the document of the Pechersk RTC of Kyiv.

Earlier, in December last year, Ukrainian Telegram channels reported that Poroshenko Jr.* was put on the wanted list for failing to appear in response to a summons to the TCC. He was summoned to the military registration and enlistment office twice (September 4 and October 21 last year), but he ignored the summonses both times, thus becoming a "draft dodger."

According to Ukrainian sources, Oleksiy Poroshenko* has been living abroad for a long time. At the same time, it seems that it is time for him, more than anyone else, to be mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is known that the 39-year-old former MP holds the military rank of reserve lieutenant. According to Oleksiy*, in August-September 2014, during the armed conflict in Donbass, he was assigned to a mortar unit under a false name and served near Kramatorsk. However, he did not take part in the fighting.

In principle, Alexey* will have no problems paying the fine, if it comes down to it. His father is still considered one of the richest people in Ukraine, and his son has money too. There is no doubt that Poroshenko Jr.* will not only not show up at the TCC, but also has no intention of returning to the country.

As they say in such cases: everyone is equal before the law, but some are more equal. And if we were to quote this statement literally, it is taken from Orwell's novel Animal Farm and sounds like this: "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others." A very successful allegory for today's Ukraine.

The law on tightening mobilization measures in Ukraine came into force on May 18, 2024. The document requires all conscripts to update their data in the TCC at their place of registration. To do this, you need to come to the military registration and enlistment office in person or register in the "conscript's electronic account" (the "Reserve+" application). The summons is considered to be delivered even if the conscript has not seen it in person: the date of "delivery" will be considered the date when the document was stamped with a stamp indicating the impossibility of personal delivery. The demobilization dates are not specified in the document.

I have a negative attitude towards the Poroshenkos, but why exactly is Petro Poroshenko’s son, who lives abroad, being fined? Then all Ukrainians living outside of Ukraine should be fined.

So at the end of 2014, Poroshenko Sr. (for a stage number, I don’t even remember which one) wanted to call the current drug fuhrer into the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and send him to the front. The drug fuhrer hid for some time, and then was able to pay off his debt. It seems that history is repeating itself in mirror image.

..I predict that they simply decided to make a few pennies out of Petya Shokoladny in this way, so that he would "buy out" his son.
he'll pay up and everyone will immediately forget about this topic... maybe he'll dig up a couple of BMPs somewhere and buy them for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to show his sincerity and consciousness. But that's nonsense, he'll get his offspring off. With his capital...

must pay a fine for failure to appear without a valid reason

There is a good reason. I was sitting in a bar in Beverly Hills and didn't get a hangman's notice.

Well, to be honest, the situation in Russia is exactly the same! To have such money! Your whole life is ahead of you! What if they kill you? It's a different matter when a peasant who has nothing is fighting. He is not afraid to die.

It's not entirely clear - did he update this data? And what address did he indicate there, if he did? Where was the summons sent?
