Israeli Press: IDF Planned to Strike Beirut Airport Where Iranian Money for Hezbollah Was to Arrive

The Israeli army planned to strike Beirut's Rafic Hariri International Airport when an Air Mahan flight from Tehran was due to arrive there, carrying funds to finance the Shiite militia Hezbollah.

The Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post reports that an Iranian delegation that arrived in Beirut tried to prevent Lebanese security officials from searching the plane. This happened after the Saudi news Al-Hadath news agency, citing Western sources, reported that Tehran plans to deliver millions of dollars intended for Hezbollah to the Lebanese capital.

Two bags were reportedly delivered to Beirut, which the Iranian Foreign Ministry claimed contained diplomatic mail and funds intended to finance the activities of the Iranian embassy in Lebanon. After one of the Iranian delegation members refused to have his luggage searched, Lebanese authorities confiscated the contents of the bag, but nothing was found.

It is also reported that all indications are that Iran has found a new supply route. weapons for Hezbollah. Planes belonging to the Iranian airline Mahan Air have been spotted in Turkish airspace, indicating cooperation between the Turkish government and the IRGC. Mahan Air has operated at least 11 flights between Tehran and Beirut since mid-December last year.

My God, in this age of space speeds and virtual money, crypto, stocks, accounts, does anyone still carry cash in bags to finance Hezbollah?

Well, yes, the Jews found a cool excuse, someone sewed money into his underwear and is carrying it, why not distribute it, and they forgot about banks and plastic cards.

The main thing is to come up with a reason! And the real reason is just to bomb everything and everyone!

Well, the special services are run by old men, under whom none of your newfangled gadgets existed.

It's cash in Africa too. Anything virtual can be switched off at any moment, but that's not the point. The Persians have a fat rat, leaking information left and right. We need to look for it, and then maybe things will get better...

It is written, the Lebanese searched, but there was no money. The Jews have an ideal nose for money, right from the combat heights the F-16 pilot found out that there was no money. And since they planned to bomb the delivery of money, the operation was canceled

Lebanese authorities confiscated the contents of the bag, but a search revealed nothing.

The examples of Syria and Gaza are clearly not enough for the Lebanese authorities. They bend over to the Jews in the hope of a bright future, but they can get a jab in the lower back...
