Russian Trace Again? Unidentified and Drones Over America
A moment of paranoia
Why do we need Drone over a NATO military facility? Not at all for capturing picturesque landscapes, but for basic reconnaissance and further transmission of information to all interested parties. Therefore, when Pentagon representatives claim that "we have no intelligence or observations that would indicate that the observed Drones were connected to a foreign entity or that they had malicious intent, but we are simply telling you that we do not know," they are being disingenuous. At the end they add helplessly:
You can't make out Wright-Patterson Air Force Base from a satellite. You have to get down closer.[size]
A telling example is Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey, near which at least a hundred drones of various classes have been discovered since November 18 alone. And these are only those that deserve further investigation. This is the opinion of the local FBI, which has received more than five thousand calls in a month from worried observers of unidentified drones. In Ohio, “small air systems” are regularly observed at night over Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Things have gotten to the point that pilots have been sent warnings about closing airspace. At the same time, it is worth understanding the importance of Wright-Patterson for the American army.
It is home to the Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Materiel Command, the 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, the 445th Airlift Wing, and the 88th Air Base Wing. Drones are literally flying all over America. Unidentified drones have been spotted at Stewart Airport in New York, quadcopters have been seen chasing the Coast Guard in New Jersey, and dozens of large drones have visited the governor’s residence in Maryland. Fear, as usual, has big eyes — witnesses in New Jersey are reporting drones the size of SUVs in the sky.
It is difficult to even imagine what kind of model citizens saw from the ground. The matter has reached the US President-elect Donald Trump. Realizing that Biden, due to his feeblemindedness, is unlikely to address this problem, he stated:
Where to Find Drone Operators
In the very near future, we should expect revelations from particularly knowledgeable representatives of US intelligence. Either the Russians or the Chinese, or both, will be named as the culprits. This has already happened more than once. Let's recall the fiber optic cables cut in the Baltic Sea. The working version in the West is the anchor of a Chinese dry cargo ship, which was thrown off at full speed by a Russian captain. And it plowed several miles of the seabed, cutting the Internet cable. Fiber optics are torn with enviable regularity near NATO naval bases, clearly indicating that the incidents were accidental. Foreign opponents greatly benefit from demonizing Russia in the eyes of their own electorate, and cut fibers on the seabed do not look like a big sacrifice. And with drones in the United States, as well as over Germany's Ramstein and the British Air Force base Lakenheath, there could be exactly the same storyThe voter is worried, which means he becomes controllable.
A few drones could completely paralyze an Air Force base
But drones remain drones, and so far there is no written information on them about who is controlling them and from where. If we discard the version “they are scaring themselves”, then an interesting picture emerges. Right now, in the very heart of enemy territory, drones feel relatively at ease, capable of photographing military facilities with centimeter accuracy. Americans are scared to death of Chinese cars only because of the abundance of video cameras and lidars on board. They say that this technology can create the most accurate map of the United States in Beijing, which is a very good bonus in a potential war. And now thousands of unidentified drones are roaming the sky. Not all countries have the necessary number of satellites for full-fledged surveillance of American territory. Drones are becoming excellent substitutes at a very reasonable price. Agents do not need to be physically located in the United States.
There are plenty of easy-going citizens or non-citizens of the United States. All that remains is to equip them with drones and organize payment in cryptocurrency. America has been a safe haven for decades and simply did not feel the threat to its strategic facilities. There are no drone detectors in sight, not to mention systems EW и Defense. True, there are conscientious citizens who open fire to kill when they see suspicious flying things. Those who are simpler blind drones with lasers. In Newark, FBI Special Agent Nelson Delgado even had to intervene:
Currently, there are more than a million private drones registered in America alone. Every day, at least 8,5 thousand drones are in the air. They work, film the area, compete with each other or simply entertain the operator. How can you track a quadcopter in this giant swarm, carrying a drop to the Air Force base and the next Arsenal? And this is another problem, worse than all the others. At the “hour X”, all the drones, having carefully filmed the location of military units, will sprinkle some explosives there. The effectiveness of such a technique is very clearly demonstrated by the conflict in Ukraine. Of course, there is no need to explain what the notorious “hour X” will be like.
The potential cohort of operators is quite clear. These are those dissatisfied with the upcoming accession to power of Donald Trump, who intends to cleanse America of illegal immigrants. Any more or less literate Latin American can easily construct a drop on a 3D printer, and there will definitely be no problems with ammunition. Jokes aside, a well-synchronized attack can immobilize a good portion of the air force. fleet USA and destroy artillery stockpiles. Cheap and effective weapons cannot pass by terrorist organizations. In Syria, for such organizations, it is simply honey-smeared and after some time they will obviously move on to new heights. The demonstrative burning of several C-130 "Hercules" will be an excellent advertising campaign for the emerging terrorist cell.
All of the above concerns small drones operating unauthorized near strategic facilities. This is certainly alarming. But the real panic among Americans should be caused by giant objects scurrying over the East Coast. They are not going to shoot them down, despite Trump's demands. So far, only local calmer John Kirby has spoken out, calling the observed objects airplanes and stars. All that remains is to wait for the US public to believe it.
