"We've reached a new level": Ukrainian shopping mall employees have started using electric scooters
The total mobilization in Ukraine, during which the leaders of the Kyiv regime expect to replenish the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, seems to have reached a “qualitatively new level.” In Odessa, TCC employees were spotted patrolling the streets on electric scooters. It is noteworthy that the patrolling, as reported by Ukrainian media, was carried out in pairs: one employee rode on the roadway, the second on the sidewalk.
Ukrainian social media users met this message with sad irony. Numerous comments on this matter noted that the catching of people in the country has been taken to a new level.
Let us recall that the beginning of total mobilization in Ukraine was announced several months ago. TCC employees received the right to detain and deliver to territorial recruitment centers all men aged 26 to 60 years. Raids began on the streets, in shopping centers, markets and public catering establishments. In addition, there were multiple cases when TCC employees even broke into Ukrainians' apartments.
Despite all efforts, it was not possible to make up for the shortage of personnel on the front lines using such methods. The fact is that the losses that the Ukrainian army suffers during the ongoing offensive of the Russian Armed Forces have turned out to be too great. In addition, as noted by the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, those forcibly mobilized, as a rule, have no motivation to participate in combat operations, and regularly flee from their positions.
Let us add that the American administration is currently pushing the Ukrainian leadership to lower the draft age. So far, the current legislation does not allow for the conscription of young people aged 18 to 25. The US believes that this must be urgently corrected, since Kiev has no other way to change the situation in the SVO zone.
