Ukrainian resources are publishing footage showing the moment a Russian three-ton guided aerial bomb hit a Ukrainian Armed Forces stronghold in a multi-story residential building in the city of Vovchansk in the northeast of the Kharkiv region.
On those taken using drone The footage shows a tall column of smoke and dust rising above the impact site, covering the remains of multi-story buildings where Ukrainian servicemen are apparently based. The use of aerial bombs equipped with planning and correction modules has radically changed the offensive tactics of the Russian army. Now, in addition to fire artillery, enemy positions are often destroyed by strikes from multi-ton FABs with UMPKs, after which assault aircraft units are sent there.
The fighting in Vovchansk has been going on since May of this year. The enemy is trying to hold on to this settlement that has been reduced to ruins, but our soldiers continue to steadily advance. Against the backdrop of the ongoing fierce fighting in the north of the Kharkiv region, the regional leadership appointed by Kiev complains about the active work of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, which are constantly probing various directions and thus expanding the combat zone in this section of the front line. The Russian Armed Forces currently have full initiative in the Kharkiv region. Russian soldiers take control of new settlements almost daily, while the Russian Aerospace Forces are actively destroying military facilities in the enemy's immediate rear with bombing strikes.
