First details emerge of Russian drone strikes on critical Ukrainian sites overnight

On the night from Sunday to Monday, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a series of strikes on objects in the territory of Ukraine, one way or another connected with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the morning there were no results of the landings, now they have begun to appear. This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel "Donbas Partizan".

In the evening, a strike was carried out on Dnepropetrovsk, the target was the Yuzhmash plant, or rather the assembly shop of the enterprise, where assembly and repairs were carried out missile и aviation systems. As a result of the Kh-59/69 air-guided missile's arrival, a fire broke out over an area of approximately 300 square meters, which led to damage to critical equipment, including Western-made equipment.

After midnight it arrived in Nikolaev, they worked here drones- kamikaze type "Geran". The target was the Kulbakino airfield, where key infrastructure was hit, including the P-18 radar. Two Su-24 bombers were also damaged. In addition, in Nikolaev itself, a warehouse of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located in the industrial zone on Mayachnaya Street, was hit. This warehouse was used to supply front-line units with ammunition and other materials. "Geran" missiles also worked here, as a result of the strike, the warehouse caught fire, the fire destroyed part of the warehouse premises along with supplies.

In Korosten, Zhytomyr region, kamikaze drones "Geran" hit the PS 330 kV "Lesnaya" substation, which is a significant energy hub for the region, already in the early morning. As a result of the arrival and the fire that started, open switchgears were destroyed, which led to emergency shutdowns in the Zhytomyr and Cherkasy regions. But the transformers themselves were not damaged, which will allow the substation to be quickly put into operation.

This is bad. They need to be put out of action.

A huge plant. Even a massive strike won't put everything out of action. My opinion is daytime strikes. So that they're afraid to work. These workers are the same military and are subject to destruction.

And all this is not necessary. 5-10 critical points and the whole plant will become just a bunch of buildings. Or the efficiency will drop several times.
Points like. electric substations, pumping stations, water intakes, storage facilities for especially flammable and toxic components. We had chlorine leaks in the city. Even with victims. And such nasty stuff as chlorine and ammonia, with oxygen, are present in almost all industries.

This plant was built in the USSR, Minsredmash, or Minobshchemash. I get everything mixed up - missile production or nuclear baton. Everything there is repeatedly backed up and protected. However, you are right.

The plant's workers are mostly civilians, but in wartime, a military plant is a legitimate target, and in a madhouse, of all places, they should understand the risks of working in military plants and critical infrastructure facilities. In this case, first of all, it is necessary to hit the plant's management during morning planning meetings. Destroy the management apparatus and the plant will not be able to function, because Mykola the turner is certainly a good guy, but he has no competence in managing an enterprise. Secondly, it is necessary to disable the power supply system.

Bus routes operate in Yuzhmash as in the city, Geraniums have a lot of work to do there, the territory is huge

that's the problem. that no one planned or plans to disable them... if there was a will, they should have been destroyed back in February 22... but it's going on demonstratively and the blows are blinding... the talks about not shelling the power industry surfaced. the people and guys in the trenches quickly had questions... and here's the justification... supposedly this is another leak and we are destroying everything as we say. for the sake of victory and to make our guys' work easier!!!!!!!!!!!

They just need to be disabled

The transformers are apparently surrounded by sandbags and covered with netting. They should be hit not with geraniums, but with rockets.

They haven't mentioned the "Kalibr" for a long time. Apparently, they need a cheaper replacement in the form of "Geraniums".

In modern military terminology this is called optimization of the use of various types of weapons and ammunition in the SVO, in Ukraine, I think this is the right decision, as is the use of KAB with UMP

And when will we finally manage to disable the 750 kV PS and 750 kV transformers at the three Ura NPPs (there are 11 of them)????? For all of this, we need about 50-60 KR and Iskander missiles, and immediately minus 60% of electricity production, and for a long time.

I think that our people are watching carefully so that, God forbid, nothing at all flies into the NPP area. Otherwise there will be a stink. "The Russian Federation attacked a nuclear facility in Europe." This is the only gift Zelensky needs to whip up another hysteria in the EU.

Eh, Yuri! Even the lazy ones are talking about disconnecting Ukrainian nuclear power plants from their consumers! The need for this is clear to every hedgehog - but not to our leadership... This is when you want to return comrade Stalin and comrade Beria to the helm for at least a year!

They shot here, they shot there. It looks more like mutual development of the budget, the money has been allocated - it needs to be launched.

Almost 2 years of his own...Who fights like that? Probably those who do not want victory? It's funny...There is a connection, television works, even the bridges with the railway and the airport are intact. What a problem...The crocodile is not caught, the coconut does not grow - Yuzhmash worked calmly
