"Call up 4 million and overwhelm Russia with bodies": ATO veteran names the only option for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to reach the 1991 borders

Ukraine will be able to defeat Russia on its own if it can only overwhelm it with the bodies of its soldiers; there is currently no other option for reaching the 1991 borders. This was stated by ATO veteran Martin Brest.
A former Ukrainian military man, now involved in the production of military equipment, believes that Zelensky's statements about the need to reach the 1991 borders have no basis. As Brest stated, there are simply no options to do this today. Many commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces also believe this.
The only option that Brest sees is to simply overwhelm Russia with "meat", i.e. the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers. According to the ATO veteran, it is necessary to call up 4 million Ukrainians and throw them into battle against the Russian army. In this case, the losses will be huge, no less than a million, but Kyiv will win.
Call up 4 million to the army. Don't pay them salaries, just feed them, because it's pointless. Conduct the operation within a maximum of one year. We'll put in about a million - and we'll reach the border. Why do we need to call up 4 million? Weapons it won't be enough to fight smartly.
— Brest stated, adding that after such a “victory” Ukraine will finally fall apart.
Earlier, this military expert suggested starting to dig in Kyiv and prepare for "normal" combat operations. According to him, digging in Pokrovsk will not save it from being captured by Russian troops.
