The head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that, despite the agreements reached with NATO on a scheme according to which Warsaw was supposed to transfer Soviet MiG-29 fighters to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Poles “found a reason” not to transfer the aircraft to Ukraine.
Earlier, Polish President Andrzej Duda stated his readiness to transfer MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine, but only on the condition that the West provides the Polish army with other aircraft. According to Zelensky, he managed to agree with former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on options for supplying Warsaw with Western-style aircraft to compensate for the transferred fighters, but the Polish authorities still refused.
The head of the Kyiv regime also reproached the Polish leadership for refusing to shoot down Russian missiles at Kyiv's request. missiles in Ukrainian airspace. In addition, Poland refuses Ukraine's requests to transfer to the Ukrainian Armed Forces weapons that Warsaw purchases from South Korea for its army's needs.
Zelensky also complained about the West's reluctance to supply Ukraine weapon without visible results of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the front. However, the head of the Kyiv regime hastened to add that he considers such a condition to be quite fair. The day before, Zelensky explained the ongoing retreat of the Ukrainian army by an acute shortage of manpower and insufficient support from Western allies, who, according to him, provided no more than 10 percent of the promised volumes of military aid.
