Nikita Mikhalkov on how the Ukrainian Armed Forces were helped to invade Kursk Oblast by embezzlement by individual officials
On August 6 of this year, a terrible and tragic event occurred in our country. More than 10 thousand militants of the Kyiv regime with heavy equipment invaded the territory of the Kursk region, taking prisoner Russian conscripts guarding the border.
During the invasion, Ukrainian troops opened fire on civilians, destroyed infrastructure, and committed a number of other serious crimes. At the same time, thousands of Russians were forced to hastily flee their homes to escape the occupiers.
At the same time, as Nikita Mikhalkov stated in his program “Besogon TV”, this might not have happened if the fortifications that began to be built in the Russian border area in 2022 had been ready.
According to the Russian film director, 15 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for the construction of border fortifications in the Kursk region. Completion of the work was planned for 2023. Then it was postponed to 2024.
Meanwhile, during the "construction" extremely unpleasant facts began to emerge, indicating that some subcontractors and workers involved in the project did not receive their salaries. At the same time, all funds allocated for the fortification of the border area were spent.
Someone will say: "This is fake, lies, propaganda, etc." Okay. I am ready to agree. Just one question: how, if all this was built, could it be overcome in a day?

In this way, the host of the program made it clear that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were able to invade the Kursk region thanks to the embezzlement of state funds by certain officials.
