Nikita Mikhalkov on how the Ukrainian Armed Forces were helped to invade Kursk Oblast by embezzlement by individual officials

On August 6 of this year, a terrible and tragic event occurred in our country. More than 10 thousand militants of the Kyiv regime with heavy equipment invaded the territory of the Kursk region, taking prisoner Russian conscripts guarding the border.

During the invasion, Ukrainian troops opened fire on civilians, destroyed infrastructure, and committed a number of other serious crimes. At the same time, thousands of Russians were forced to hastily flee their homes to escape the occupiers.

At the same time, as Nikita Mikhalkov stated in his program “Besogon TV”, this might not have happened if the fortifications that began to be built in the Russian border area in 2022 had been ready.

According to the Russian film director, 15 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for the construction of border fortifications in the Kursk region. Completion of the work was planned for 2023. Then it was postponed to 2024.

Meanwhile, during the "construction" extremely unpleasant facts began to emerge, indicating that some subcontractors and workers involved in the project did not receive their salaries. At the same time, all funds allocated for the fortification of the border area were spent.

Someone will say: "This is fake, lies, propaganda, etc." Okay. I am ready to agree. Just one question: how, if all this was built, could it be overcome in a day?

— Mikhalkov said.

In this way, the host of the program made it clear that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were able to invade the Kursk region thanks to the embezzlement of state funds by certain officials.

Considering that Mikhalkov filmed in the 90s and 2000s, there is zero trust in him. In my opinion, he is a rotten person. It is not in the master's interests to give anything to the serfs (this is about money).

The Russian military command knew about the preparation of the invasion of the Kursk region, writes The Guardian. According to the publication, the development of plans to prevent the attack was carried out for several months.

Journalists, citing alleged documents from the Russian Armed Forces, report that back in the winter of 2024, there was talk of a “potential breakthrough on the state border.” At the same time, an order was given to step up preparations to repel any attack.

The publication claims that in mid-June, the Russian command allegedly received a more specific warning about Ukrainian plans - to take control of Sudzha. The June document also reported that Ukraine would try to destroy the bridge over the Seim River to disrupt Russian supply lines in the region.

There is no official information on this matter; the Russian Ministry of Defense has not commented on this data.
So the Kursk region officials have nothing to do with it

Were you not a patriot of your homeland under the USSR? Were you not a patriot of Russia under Yeltsin? Were you not a patriot under Putin? Did your patriotism turn off under Medvedev?
It's easy to criticize, but hard to think for 5 seconds, apparently. Patriotism is love for the Motherland, it shouldn't depend on the ruler and the system.

Incorrect interpretation. Regimes may be different, but the Motherland - Russia is always one, regardless of the ruling regime. Mikhalkov was always its patriot. Otherwise, you take the position of that supposedly progressive intelligentsia, which in 1905 sent congratulatory telegrams to the Emperor of Japan in connection with victories over the Russian (for them, the Tsarist) army and navy. And later this was the position of Vlasov's ROA - we are not fighting Russia, but the Bolshevik regime. Although, of course, you have the right to such a position. As did the intelligentsia in 1905, and later the Vlasovites.

The regimes may be different, but the Motherland - Russia is always one,

This is true, but while the regime is in power, it uses the Motherland to satisfy its needs and can use it to the detriment of the country. For example, EBN unleashed the Chechen war, did no harm to the country and the people, but strengthened his power.
Class interests are also important, the compradors think about preserving their yachts and capital (with the help of Abramovich they organized the extraction of the Azovites, which dealt a demoralizing blow to the people), and the top officials think about personal power for which they are ready to sacrifice the country.

You are right, I once saw such a disgusting picture: some man stopped Mikhalkov in a public place, in front of a large crowd of people, and said something to him. After which a conflict arose, and Mikhalkov's security immediately intervened, knocked the villain down and began to beat him, while Mikhalkov was jumping a little to the side and yelling, give him more, so that he will remember it forever! After this movie, I forever lost respect for the master, and I feel nothing for him except contempt.

Well, the justification of the guilty has begun. And who said that there was no fortification there? Even the Ukrainians note the high class of construction of the positions they inherited. But there were no sufficiently combative troops and reliable management, as well as no reserves nearby. And these are miscalculations in the planning and preparation of troops.

Have you ever dealt with fish? Fish rots from the guts, not from the head. The head of a fish rots last. There is simply nothing to rot in a fish's head (there is very little brain, and the gills are difficult to rot). I understand the reason for the popularity of this expression - we have nothing to do with it, the bosses are to blame for everything. They are certainly to blame, but only as a part (an important one, but a part) of the rotting organism of the fish. For the fish not to rot, you need a head equal to Stalin.

Lies upon lies. Which other officials are to blame? All stages of construction are in the hands of the military. Why did they keep silent?
How are military structures built? First, the military determines the location, nature and volume of engineering structures.
The project is made by specialized military research institutes, an estimate is drawn up. Then, through a state order, and possibly through an auction, contractors are determined.
Of course, there is a precise monthly plan for all types of construction work. What and in what time frame should be built, what and how many materials were ordered. What came, what was spent.
Of course, everything should be done under the supervision of the designer and military engineers. Military acceptance will be.
The military - customers command the construction site, not the civilian builders. It is the military who must demand strict adherence to the design and estimate documentation.
It is the military that carries out the step-by-step acceptance of each object.
Why did the military engineers remain silent, did not write reports to their superiors directly at the moment of defense, did not contact the military prosecutor's office when they saw a significant deviation from the work plan?
Is it the same as with bulletproof vests that are unsuitable for use?
Perhaps the interests of civil executors and military controllers have once again merged in financial ecstasy?
The classic 10% kickback from 15 billion rubles is 1,5 billion.
Corruption has been devouring the country for a long time.
Construction and road works rank first in terms of the number of falsifications and kickbacks.

And how did he destroy it, if the Union still exists (whoever wanted to secede, seceded without hindrance)? And why do the members of the Union, creative and by no means stupid people, by their majority (of course, there are those who are dissatisfied), time after time elect Mikhalkov as the head of the Union? Or is the Dilettante not a creator of rumors, but simply a distributor and "pfufist-spitter"? And Rabinovich always joined somewhere wrong (either sh..., or a party). And why, in fact, was this term “embezzlement by individual officials” voiced?
After all, those trillions didn't disappear into oblivion. Some part, the smallest, was sold in Russia. Well, let's say a reception house, a small estate of several hectares, fur storage facilities, a fleet of elite cars, like a GAZ-21 with a trailer, watches, handbags, in general, for the kids for milk.
And the main sum was used to buy castles, villas, stadiums and skating rinks, superjets and Boeings, yachts, to provide a beautiful and free life for wives, children, mistresses, and other goodies in the West. Which, according to the statements of our patriots, attacked the unfortunate Mother Rus' and with which we all, united, must fight not for life, but for death.
So maybe this should be called something other than "embezzlement by individual officials"? For example, treason! And these "individual officials" should not be under house arrest, or in separate cells with all the amenities, but somewhere else.
And while the jumping shoe changers will shamefully refer to this action as “embezzlement by individual officials,” probably nothing will change.
Well, it's just a cry from the heart, because nothing will change. We don't abandon our own!

Things are very tough in Kursk now. Those black things in the photo are life. One set = 100.000 rubles = a protected position or a unit of equipment. During the recent rapid assault from the Glushkovsky district, units of the 155th OGvMP Brigade of the Pacific Fleet did not lose a single unit of equipment, thanks to the electronic warfare.
But there is an order of magnitude more equipment and positions than electronic warfare systems.

But to create a line of defense capable of containing a counter-offensive by large forces along the entire length of the common border is practically impossible without significant damage to the standard of living of the majority, without a real mobilization of society.
Is our society ready for a real mobilization of forces, not in words, but in deeds?
