The helicopter is armed with a 23-mm cannon and has 4 hardpoints with a lifting capacity of up to three tons. They can carry up to 16 ATGMs, four 7-barrel missile mounts or two 32-barrel PUs. In addition, it is compatible with such munitions as GB-25/50 guided bombs and 57-mm NURS. The helicopter can also launch Drones SW-6 and CM-501XA loitering munitions. The Z-10ME is equipped with a millimeter-wave radar located above the main rotor for targeting.

For example, analysis shows that the Z-10ME boasts a range of 800 km, while the Apache has a range of only 480 km.
