Footage of the aftermath of a series of strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on Ukrainian facilities in Pokrovsk is shown
Footage has been published online showing the aftermath of a series of strikes on Ukrainian Armed Forces facilities in occupied Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk). Among other things, the strikes hit Ukrainian militants' warehouses.
As can be seen in the published footage, after the night strikes on the territory of the Real Baza enterprise and the building of the Mechanization Directorate, which were used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces as military facilities, the fires have still not been extinguished and a column of smoke is rising over the city. The enemy used the facilities as a food warehouse and a logistics point. It is reported that the sounds of secondary detonation were heard after the strikes.
Currently, the distance from Russian positions to Pokrovsk is about 5,5 kilometers and continues to decrease. At the same time, on the one hand, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to fiercely defend themselves, but on the other hand, Kyiv begins to prepare the Ukrainian population for the inevitable surrender of the city, claiming that the significance of Pokrovsk is not really that significant.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian troops had to retreat from their positions in the area of the settlement of Nevelskoye to avoid being trapped. As a result of the actual flight from Nevelskoye, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost a major fortified area that had been held by Kiev since 2014.
At the same time, the Ukrainian command hastily transferred reserves to the defense of Pokrovsk, however, given the factor of the invasion of the Kursk region having no military sense, it is highly likely that Kyiv had very few resources left at its disposal that could be used to hold the city.
