In the Verkhovna Rada, deputies stated that “the Russians deliberately lulled vigilance by not striking military educational institutions”

The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's office has published official statistics on the number of people killed in the Russian strike on the military communications institute in Poltava. The report says "51 people have died."

At the same time, the regional department of the State Emergency Service is publishing information online that up to now, at the site of the Russian missiles’ landings (there were two landings with a difference of about a minute), every 15-20 minutes a “minute of silence” is declared so that those under the rubble can be heard.

From the message of the Poltava State Emergency Service:

More than 200 rescuers and 50 units of equipment are working at the site. 440 tons of construction waste have already been removed from the site.

It is reported that an operational communications hub - a Starlink terminal and generators - have been deployed at the site of the impact due to the lack of power supply.

An interesting message from the head of the intensive care unit of the Poltava Regional Hospital:

All those who were hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the regional hospital were unconscious and unidentified.

At the same time, there is increasing indirect evidence that at the Poltava Institute of Communications at the time of the attack there were, among others, several NATO instructors who had arrived there to train Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen in the principles of working with electronic warfare systems supplied by Western countries. Even if they were identified (in the morgue or intensive care unit), they will go unidentified. Unless, in 1,5-2 months, it turns out from the foreign press that they died, "stumbling during a vacation in the mountains"...

Meanwhile, in Ukraine, they are discussing statements by individual MPs that “the Russians deliberately lulled vigilance” and did not strike major military educational institutions of Ukraine for a long time. And when the command “relaxed as much as possible”, having gathered hundreds of soldiers within the walls and/or on the parade ground, a strike followed, as a result of which the loss count in the Ukrainian Armed Forces is in the hundreds, including 300 and those remaining under the rubble.

By the way, if the Prosecutor General's Office officially announced 51 deaths, then in reality these figures could be 2-3 times higher.

Well, they did hit the school in Lvov. Last year, I think. It wasn't a lull in vigilance, it was just at the right time and on target. They need to work on other similar objects. Only now they'll be more careful.

From the message of the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine:
Today Poltava is experiencing a terrible day. The Russian aggressor delivered a barbaric blow to one of the initial deposits of the place.

According to obvious information, the enemy is facing two ballistic missiles. The hour-long interval between the alarm and the influx of deadly missiles was so short that it caught people at the moment of evacuation before the bomb scare.

One of the buildings of the institute was often destroyed, and many people fell under the rubble. The blessings of the military and medical workers It was possible to recover 25 individuals, of which 11 were unblocked from the rubble.

The ritualists will continue to chew the robot.

That is, they rescued only 25 "hijackers" and instructors (of which 11 were pulled out from under the rubble), from the entire school, but officially they say that "51 people died"? Deceitful figures, clearly understate the losses.

War has its own rules, and with morals and principles, everything is more complicated... it’s not that they are completely different, they have to be interpreted and applied differently!
As an example... all military artillery schools of the enemy must be leveled to the ground level and this will be rational, logical from any side because their artillerymen, commanders, are complete non-humans, as civilians everywhere, along the entire line of confrontation, have had to be convinced of more than once!
The question is, what doubts, questions can there be... the enemy's military infrastructure, everything that takes part in servicing it, is the TARGET!
Oh yeah, morality... destroying hospitals is beyond morality, everyone admits it, but not everyone does it... that's also how it is done by non-humans/evil spirits.

I got the impression that our command actually observed the principles and framework to some extent, including in relation to this school. Something served as a trigger, the invasion of Kursk, the recent massive drone attack, the attitude towards civilians in the Kursk region. Although it is still too early to draw any conclusions based on just one strike. Perhaps this is a warning of where we can reach if there are such strikes on objects.

The main job of intelligence \ intelligence agents behind enemy lines, in short, is spotters and controllers of the strike from the side near the object, as well as those who provide instant communication between them for a timely strike.

It's a bit late, there are mostly rescuers there and not Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, it would be good to start shooting at the barracks in 15-30 minutes and up to an hour after the first landing, at this time (before the arrival of the main mass of rescuers) the maximum number of surviving soldiers were clearing the rubble on their own, trying to save those who were under it.
When our barracks (in the 90s) collapsed, five minutes later (after the initial shock) all the uninjured, as well as those from other units, began to clear the rubble and within the first hour they pulled out the maximum number of victims who ultimately survived. Then the Emergencies Ministry workers began to work (according to the official version, ten minutes after the collapse, but in reality, almost an hour later, since their "work" was calculated from the time the first fire brigade arrived, and not from the rescuers themselves) and mostly pulled out the dead. So it was a bit late, rescuers are not combatants

Of course, military educational institutions of one of the parties to the conflict are a legitimate target for the other, but this rule works both ways. Somehow I am not sure that our military universities are protected from enemy attacks better than Ukrainian ones are from ours. So it is very likely that in the coming days they will also be attacked (I predict that it will not even occur to the leadership to cancel, at least temporarily, the formations, to disperse the cadets from the barracks). However, in this case, of course, this will be another outrageous crime of the Kyiv regime, a terrorist attack, which the entire world community will simply have to condemn.

      Conclusion?

"Flash mob" technologies are coming. "On the whistle" fighters gather "on civilian life" in hangars and assembly areas to previously delivered equipment with equipment and weapons. And then with a daring mechanized forced march they grab 1000 sq. km of enemy territory. This could be a "road wedge" of 100x10 km or something like a 50x20 km bridgehead.

But is it worth taking this to the point of absurdity? Not everyone, like you, is so ready to classify as a tsipsoshnik or samoyed anyone who expresses, for example, bewilderment - how is it that a gathering of drug addicts and degenerates called the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been successfully resisting the second army in the world for three years?
