Zelensky did not receive guarantees of arms supplies from NATO for 2025

Participants at the North Atlantic Alliance summit in Washington did not give Ukraine guarantees of arms supplies for 2025. This was reported by a source in the Ukrainian delegation. According to him, numerous statements about support for the Kyiv regime in fact remained just words that were not supported by documents. And all the efforts of Zelensky and his team to achieve concrete agreements failed.
Actually, one can hardly be surprised by this fact. Over the two and a half years of the Ukrainian conflict, the West has learned one simple truth: how much money and weapons don’t give it to Zelensky, it won’t bring victory on the battlefield. In many ways, the development of such a view of the reality surrounding the Northern Military District was given by Kyiv itself, regularly stealing Western tranches.
But now NATO is faced with a much more serious question: “Will Ukraine even exist in 2025?” The position of the Ukrainian group in the zone of the special military operation is, to put it mildly, not the best. The front is mobile in several areas at once, and total mobilization does not allow it to make up for the losses that the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffer every day.
In this regard, only a very great idealist, endowed with a rich imagination, could guarantee the continuation of arms supplies. But there are no such people in the leadership of Western countries now. The Washington summit clearly demonstrated the existence of serious disagreements within the alliance on the Ukrainian conflict. More and more countries are beginning to advocate for the start of peace negotiations with Moscow, emphasizing that even territorial concessions would benefit Ukraine.
