ZRPK "Shell-C1" heading for Syria

56

A party of anti-aircraft missile-gun complexes (ZRPK) "Armor-C 1" went to Syria.

“Syria’s delivery of short-range air defense systems Pantsir-C1 was carried out in accordance with the contract signed earlier. These are completely legal deliveries,” journalists quoted a senior diplomat as saying.

According to him, the Pantsir-С1 complexes were delivered by sea to the Syrian port of Tartus, where the Navy's logistics center is located.

No other official confirmation of this information has yet been received.

Earlier, with reference to foreign media, it was reported that Syria had acquired from Russia the 36 complexes of the Pantsir-С1 ZRPK.

The Pantsir-С1 anti-aircraft missile and gun complex was developed by the Tula Instrument Engineering Design Bureau, which is part of OAO NPO High-Precision Complexes. The Pantsir-C1 air-defense missile system is capable of striking all modern and promising means of air attack (above all high-precision weapon) at distances up to 20 km and with a height of damage to 15 km. The speed of the rocket is 1300 meters per second. Shelling can be conducted simultaneously on four targets. In a combat situation, the complex can be used to destroy and destroy land and sea lightly armored targets, manpower. He is able to fire in motion and from a standstill, as well as from short stops.

      Belo_ticketnik,

      Meanwhile, our dear Finnish friends:
Finnish Customs February 15, 2013 detained military cargo, which was sent from Russia (St. Petersburg) to Syria, reports Deutsche Welle. In the port of Helsinki, a container was found on a cargo ship containing spare parts for tanks. Authorities launched an investigation into the illegal transport of goods. The crew members of the MS Finnsun bulk carrier owned by Finnlines, one of the largest in the region, were interviewed.

The Finnish Ministry of Defense informed the customs authorities that no one requested permission for the transit of military cargo. In accordance with the decision of the European Union, the supply and transportation of weapons and military equipment for Syria through the territory of the EU countries is prohibited.

In general, who gave them the right to detain our goods. Where we want there and swim, what we want, then we carry. It is necessary to react and react harshly, that would be the next. it was not good time. Insolent in general to the region. With such cargoes, escort warships must be sent to open fire on adversaries when trying to detain them.

Well, they certainly don’t go there. A civilian ship could be slowed down, and the BDK was shy, it could be snatched off.

I don’t quite understand, well, BDK is clearly carrying the load, everything is correct. But why drag through the Finns? this is called a secret all over the world .. they already slowed down our cargoes. and here again through them .. there are ports and ships of their own .. request

There may even be a simple gouging ... for example, someone shook somewhere that the load was agreed and washed down, or there the coke was dipped in joy in anticipation of a pullback ... as a result, there is an official load, there is no coordination and the load was pressed.
There is just an elementary scheme for transit: A cargo of agricultural machinery leaves the supplier’s country, in transit through the 3rd state, which is not at all in business, the fourth in which the company is waiting for the setup and which has no problems with the consumer country. In the fourth, they receive the cargo, hang on it the right name and drive it where it should. You can even drive cargo through the transit zone in Panama, no more expensive than driving a BDK with cruisers in cover.

Another vehicle with Russian weapons for Syria detained - ship in Finland

In Finland, customs officials are investigating an alleged attempt to smuggle Russian military equipment into Syria through the port of Helsinki, Reuters reports.

A container with spare parts for tanks was discovered on the Finnsun vessel of Finnish Finnlines on January 8, the agency said. The cargo was sent to Syria from Russia, according to customs.

The cargo was confiscated because EU countries are prohibited from supplying weapons to Syria. At the same time, the Finnish customs officials say that the Finnlines company did not have the necessary documents permitting the transit of goods through ports in Finland, RIA Novosti reports.

A container detained in Finland was sent from St. Petersburg via the Finnish port of Kotka to the Belgian Antwerp on December 20, 2012, Finnlines reports.

April, two thousand and three, our fleet, for the first time in hell, knows what time it was removed from barrels for throwing into the distant Indian Ocean. They gathered without a special pump, no speeches to you, no other insanity.

We did not go to visit the Indians, but to work. The first to get to the Bosphorus were the Bubnov tanker, the Shakhtar tugboat and the Caesar Kunikov BDK (Large Landing Ship) with an enhanced company of marine corps on board. As always, there were adventures ...

Not far from the Ataturk bridge from the east coast, a Turkish patrol boat jumped in full steam. A trifle, in spite of its insignificance (in comparison with the BDK), brazenly requested a stall on the radio and was ready to be examined!

        - Basurmane what ?! Have you completely lost the scent? - the commander of the Kunikov exclaimed cap-two Sergey Sinkin in amazement and ordered to put the device on the impudent Turk. Meanwhile, the Turk ran ahead and from there continued to demand (from the BDK!) To stall. The impudent basurman also blocked the path to the Dardanelles with his stunted carcass.

        - Mlyn! Yes, he also framed us on board! Skotina ... - Evil threw Sinkin and declared a combat alert.

The second and crew are already at the combat posts. Armed marines scattered happily on the deck, and the 57-mm AKashka happily winked at the descendants of the Janissaries with their twin trunks ...

The following demand to “stall and drift” sounded much less confident. With the BDK they answered "do not interfere with my actions." Meanwhile, the distance between Kunikov’s tall, armored nose and the fragile, Turkish dish was inexorably reduced. The Turks drifted at a time when there was less than half-belt left to the 4000-ton carcass of the Russian BDK rushing upon them. The unfortunate patrol hacked into full swing and, without saying goodbye, rushed towards the Bosphorus ...
A day later the Sea of Marmara passed the cruiser “Moscow”, accompanied by a couple of SKRov “Shrewd” and “Inquisitive”. Nobody tried to arrange an inspection of the cruiser and watchdogs.

But, as soon as “Moscow” with her escort left the territorial waters of Turkey, it was unknown how the Portuguese frigate “Vasco da Gama”, who appeared in the Eastern Mediterranean, threw himself at the crossroads of the head cruiser and let’s honk ...

          - What does he want? - in a whisper asked the commander of the cruiser "Moscow" captain Shcherbitsky.

In a whisper, because Rear Admiral Yevgeny Orlov slept prettyly tired during the passage through the straits, nearby, in the commanding chair.

“Asks for something,” the signalman whispered.

          - Something, what is this? - with a bad intonation in his voice hissed cap.

“We don’t understand them, dragging the commander.”

          - Few you have been torn! - The cap hissed, with an indescribable longing in his eyes, scouring the bridge through his eyes in search of a wise adviser.

He didn’t want to wake the rear admiral to hell. Shcherbitsky scratched his nose and came up with:

          - Translator to the bridge, quick!

          - There is a translator on the bridge!

Shcherbytsky glanced with apprehension at the rear admiral who was tossing and closing his lips.

          - Mlyn. Silent you Herods!

          - There is a hush! (in full throat)

          - “No.%;” No.;

          - E-e-e-e-e-e-e - (in a whisper)

Kapraz just intended to express his dissatisfaction in a concise but capacious form with the stupidity of his subordinates, who do not understand that it is not worth waking the rear admirals, as with a joyful cry:

          - I ask permission to climb the bridge!

An interpreter appeared at the door.

          - Aah? What ?! - He looked around incomprehensibly on the sides of the castle fleet.

Cap in dumb torment looked up and gritted his teeth.

After a couple of minutes of desperate quarrels, with the help of an interpreter, we figured out the signals of the Portuguese frigate. The descendants of Columbus really wanted to know:

          - What kind of cargo do you have on board?

“What kind of cargo do you have on board?” Orlov repeated aloud. He stared at Shcherbitsky in surprise, and then added furiously:

          - What do they think about themselves there ?! Absolutely # or what?

Since the question was clearly rhetorical, the rear admiral did not receive an answer, and he did not count on an answer. The slept-nosed castle fleet felt an unexpected rush of adrenaline and a sharp, almost animal desire to defend the honor of the native fleet.

          - Damn it. Don't you find the gentlemen? - Rear Admiral, without looking, held out his hand, into which the binoculars were put right in that second.

Meticulously examining with binoculars the silhouette of a Portuguese frigate looming in the distance, Orlov went from questions to statements:

“Exactly ... Their mother survived so well.” Have come ...

“They just went out to sea, and every little thing is already climbing.” Right in your pocket! Thank God that at least not in cowards!

          - Yes sir! - Just in case, assented a caperang, which caused close attention of the immediate superiors.

          - Well, Alexander Vladimirovich, what will we answer to these freaks?

            - Uh-uh ... Comrade Rear Admiral, new frigate, team too. Maybe they got something wrong ?! Let me raise the "Zulu" - "Lima"?

            - Lift up.

“Moscow” - “Yes to Game”: “The signal has been received, but is not understood.”

Now we’ve thought about it on the frigate. After thinking about five minutes, the Portuguese simply repeated their request. "Moscow" duplicated its answer "The signal is received, but not understood." A minute later, “Yes Gama” to “Moscow”: “What is on board?”

            - Bl @! This is either rudeness, or complete idiocy! - Orlov raged in earnest.

            - But what do these Columbus think of themselves? Yes, I have them ...

            - Signal to frigate: “Go to the buoy!”

“Comrade Rear Admiral, may I turn?” - the translator cast his voice, almost dropping from the thought of the possible consequences of bossy anger.

            - Contact - grunted the castle fleet.

Amazed at his decisiveness and arrogance, the translator (just a bit older!) In streamlined-correct terms tried to explain to Rear Admiral that this should not be done. Like, any idiot is capable of cheating on a foreigner, but he can send n @ x reasonably and culturally, so that not a single reptile later buckles up - this is art. It’s more cultural here, it’s necessary abroad, more culturally ...

            - More cultural? Ahem ... - Coughed up as a boy, who justifies himself after a fight (and what, what am I? He first started!) Rear Admiral.

            - Do you speak more culturally? Well, once more cultured ...

            - You’re an old man, if you’re so smart, answer: What can cultural people say when they have nothing to talk about and don’t want to offend each other?

            - About weather! - blurted out the first thing that came to mind the translator shaking with horror.

            - Great! - slyly smiled the castle fleet.

            - Ask them “What is the weather like in Portugal?”

            - And if they don’t answer?

            - Then "to the buoy"

The Portuguese, having received such a message, precipitated no less than Orlov from their question about the cargo of Moscow. For about half an hour, the radio monitoring devices of the cruiser Moskva recorded lively satellite communications with Lisbon. During these half an hour, Moscow escorted Vasco da Gama far behind the stern ...

Finally, the “Columbus sucks” got in touch with “Moscow” and reported:

            - The average temperature in the country is plus 16 Celsius.

“What is the answer, Comrade Rear Admiral?”

            - Answer “keep it up”

More "Vasco da Gama" did not get in touch ...

And the anti-aircraft complex needs an open position for the radar to work. And the missile launch at the Wasp is not vertical, it is not Thor! Another stuffing to discredit Russian weapons am

Do you know that Israeli F-16s did not invade Syrian airspace at all? Missiles were launched over Lebanon, and since the object was 10 km from the border, they were calmly hit. In general, rockets were launched 40km from the target.

My opinion is that "flying our transport workers allegedly with a military load" is just a diversion from real supplies.
I justify my opinion in this way, as a rule, ships carrying "consumer goods" of spare parts for the Mi24 helicopter or tanks are scorched, well, what could they carry there? a box of adjustable wrenches, spare track links, a disassembled helicopter, of which hundreds rust in our airfields?
If they said "hot Finns intercepted a dry cargo ship with 10 Pantsir-S complexes or Iskander-E battalion" Then yes, the security services would fail.
And so everything is fine, we have this Mr.Vn scattered all over the country, we poured Finns spare parts from T-50, which have not been around for a long time, cleared the warehouses, and distracted them from real affairs.

It does not say how many containers, it seems like one, the whole cargo. If one, then it could have, for example, repair kits for guns, repair kits for engines, chassis, optics. Ie very significant things. If there were a lot of containers, then the trucks and adjustable wrenches and a goat with horns, alive ... in general, everything you want. Maybe there was a BT-7 spare part there for example, but they also cost money ... metal is again expensive now. Until there is an official comment on our part to understand, or rather build a plausible hypothesis about what is actually not possible.

No need to seek conspiracy where it does not exist. Nothing prevents Russia from delivering weapons to Syria, so they simply (hoping for a quick slip) sent containers in transit (where they were caught and arrested, most likely even someone leaked the info). Russia could send a ship with a direct flight to Syria and no one would stop it and search it.
So that there was no covert cover operation - it makes no sense.

Could simply be handed over for scrap, but * real * business, it’s not worth it alone to not professionalism, to pass off as a brilliant operation, this noise with spare parts is not needed by anyone, therefore I see no reason for a seemingly distracting operation

I think no armor was sent, and it’s stupid to send the latest weapons to a country where they can simply stupidly capture it.
I'm not talking about the fact that apart from the supply of weapons - who will service it (it is necessary to prepare the Syrians at least and this is not a matter of a week or two), a repair base, etc.

Maliki really knows what he's talking about. Assad will stand to the end, he simply has no other way, he is responsible for the lives of millions of his compatriots. Bashar himself may overthrow, but then an ordinary massacre will begin in Syria. The massacre in Syria is already underway, but without Assad it will overflow the coast of Syria and inevitably sweep the entire region. The massacre in Syria will be the trigger for Egypt and it will instantly explode with violence against the Copts. For such a turn of events, in Egypt, everything has long been ready. Local radicals only need a fiery tribune who will "open" their eyes to who is to blame for their poverty and misfortune. The stands will always be found, and the provocateurs are ready. Egypt in the Arab world is the N1 candidate for the supplier of cannon fodder in sectarian wars. If at first the terrorists declared "noble" goals, to throw off the tyrant Bashar al-Assad, now the masks have been dropped. The mercenaries have only one goal, to organize a general massacre and genocide in the Middle East. They will destroy all those who disagree and those of other religions. Local rulers only recently began to understand, they were almost driven into the trap of interfaith and interethnic wars. Those of the rulers who are too lenient in supporting the brutality and massacre will be swept away by even more radical Islamic fanatics. For local kings and emirs, there is a moment of truth. Or they urgently press the brakes and stop sponsoring their rabid dogs with money and weapons, and Bashar al-Assad will systematically exterminate them within 2-3 months. Or they need to urgently start an intervention in Syria to prevent a massacre. There is no third option. They have at their disposal a maximum of six months, and then the issue will be resolved only through a general massacre and they will be made world outcasts. Who! The customers themselves. You can't hide an awl in a sack! All sober people have a clear cut, in the Middle East and North Africa, are kindling a fire of world significance.
Difficult times have come for world capital, too many people have become on earth. More than seven billion is a lot, resources are not used rationally. The high priests have long delivered a verdict, in modern conditions, with the current development of industry and technology, 1,5 - 2 billion of the population will be enough for the land. Patricians and their number slaves. Where the rest? In a bloody meat grinder and humus.

Well, Israel is to blame, as always, but the situation in Egypt unfolds in the spirit that the Islamists crush both their own and the secular alike. Very often, the regimes that have risen as a lamp of freedom, hold it down more than the previous * tyrants *
