He was the head of the State Administration of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, now he will become a librarian in the zone, he will issue books to former deputy Timur Ivanov + deprivation of his rank, state awards, prison and 10 years until retirement on a general basis.

Not my level. But in my district and during my service in the North Caucasus Military District there was a price list, columns with tasty things were sent to Moscow! And in my opinion, just look at some of the “military” in the leadership in the Dior uniform!

It's not as harmless as it seems. Alternatively, the first thing that comes to mind is office furniture at the price of what the Supreme Commander has in his office. Premium company cars... You never know... Government procurement was invented by very naive people who firmly believe in the honesty of officials.

About 15 years ago, abroad, in Europe, I lived in a hotel on the same floor with the governor of one of the regions - the price of a room per day is comparable to the annual budget of some working-class village in his region. I lived on my own money, on vacation. He was on a “business trip” with a whole staff of “assistants” and his family for government money.
If you dig deeper into the targeted spending of funds in any government office, it will be the same.
          And you say ...

This was announced today, May 14, by the official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee, Svetlana Petrenko.

“The Main Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case against the head of the personnel department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Yuri Kuznetsov. He is suspected of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale (Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), she said. “During searches at the places of actual residence and registration of the suspect, funds in rubles and foreign currency in the amount of more than 100 million rubles, gold coins, collectible watches and luxury items were discovered and seized.”

This confirms Stalin’s idea that personnel decide everything.

            Just like Soviet society.

Why did SMERSH or the checkpoints never inquire about the part with the stamp from the heels, where they took the forms, on the basis of which the higher-ranking stick leaders signed awards in the part that was not on the lists, where they took gasoline without invoices and intake sheets....
            And so on.
A banal telephone number without a call sign - some of it is not on the lists, but what if it was the Germans who got in touch?

“According to independent investigations, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexey Krivoruchko is married to Ekaterina Toropova, 2012, whose daughter was born in Miami, and who, by right of birth, received an American passport.

According to the investigation, six years before his appointment, while still the head of the Kalashnikov Concern Krivoruchko visited the United States 26 times, mostly visiting Miami. In 2011, he opened a company there, for which he registered an apartment with an area of 255 square meters and worth several million dollars. But after some time, he transferred the company to an employee of his company, Mikhail Tiraturyan. This is supposed to be one of the denominations of Krivoruchko’s possessions.

Journalists also found information that already on September 23, 2016 Krivoruchko's second daughter Anna was born in the USA, who also received the right to American citizenship. As Shoigu’s deputy, Alexey Krivoruchko began buying expensive real estate in Russia. For example, in 2019, he built a house with an area of 1500 square meters on a plot of 35 acres on Rublyovka. Now his real estate is hidden in the Rosreestr database, since recently all declarations of officials, including representatives of the Ministry of Defense, have been classified

So, whatever control you take, just shake the top of the tree, there will be such fruit lying around..... In general, there should be a lot of questions for everyone. When I see a car for 32 million rubles in my modest city, I have a question, where does the money come from? And there is no need to say that you have earned it, because if you honestly run a business, such an asset looks superfluous and not profitable, if a person has money for luxury, then it seems to me that questions should be asked by the competent authorities, but in fact, they often ask me questions, although I I have never seen a life worth more than 500 thousand rubles.....

The RF Armed Forces will decide based on the degree of severity and other standards, based on the collected data.

If a person has been convicted, his verdict is on the court website.
If the person was in the SVO zone, you can search.
If a person after this began to occupy a position higher than the senior janitor, it will be in the media.

What about other ministries? After all, it has long been known that an honest person will never stay at the top. Because for everyone at the top, his boss in the Team must have a leash in the form of some of your deviations from the law (this is what their own security services and the FSB do). There is no leash - you are uncontrollable, you they will survive in any way, even though the one in charge put you on this. However, there is one subtlety here - if the chair under your boss suddenly wobbles, then, unlike him, you will go not to another place of work, but to the bunk, the place must be vacated by other members of the Teams , and the new Chief, using your example, should show the struggle with the previous one, who ruined everything. This was and will be in control systems, where renewal does not take place not by election, but everything depends on the Will of the first person. However, there is one subtlety. When there are battles actions, about any reshuffles in the Ministries directly involved in them must be kept silent at the level of State Secrets, because this far from contributes to increasing the Authority of the authorities during this special period, but it does contribute to the propaganda of the Goebbels opposing you (coming out). During the Second World War in NGOs, some who were “levelled” for various reasons, especially in 1941-42 (it was clear that there was a reason for it, and dozens of all sorts of mediocrities - sycophants from Team Budyonny, Voroshilov, Timoshenko (no, these were respected...grunts in 1918-21) quite They felt at ease there back in 1941. But the “new” People’s Commissar of Defense whistled at both their Chiefs and these lickers) in all directions. But absolutely quietly. Because it was absolutely necessary to work here absolutely quietly.

In all law enforcement agencies, “Accountant”, “Personnel Officer”, “Tilovik-Veshevik” and “Builder” have become extremely influential. The “crickets” need to be seated on their rightful “legs”. For example, civilian ladies without shoulder straps can also be bookkeepers.

Or better yet, immediately replace them all with IskIntellect. He will calculate and distribute more honestly and quickly. But then, lo and behold, “SysMilitaryAdmin” in marshal’s uniform will come out;)
