Intense and fruitful work during the year was carried out by all structural units of the GSKB.
The scientific and technical center "MNIIPA" completed the work in the framework of the research work "Pointer - KV" and "Selection", carried out work in the framework of a promising design and development work. The R&D of Foundation-MA has begun to create a guidance point on the basis of the mobile CSA Foundation-M aviation (works are carried out at the expense of Almaz-Antey OJSC; STC employees have developed proposals for the creation of a comprehensive test-modeling stand of the aerospace defense system, measures have been taken to implement the proposals of the State Commission based on the results of state tests of the S-50M system.
During the year, KSA "Fundament-M", KSA "Crimea" kits, as well as stationary KSA "Fundament" in volumes exceeding the deliveries of previous years were manufactured and delivered to the troops. In addition to all, the enterprise specialists provide regular assistance to combat crews KP brigades of the East Kazakhstan region of the central grouping on matters of operation and combat use of the Baikal-1M automated control system.
STC "Altair", being the head in GSKB on complexes and systems of sea-based, in 2012 year continued the work begun in the structure of JSC "INRET Altair". First of all, it is OCD and participation in the supply of serial samples on the main topics of the STC - ed. 3K96 and SAMS "Calm-1".
On the topic 3К96 in 2012, a significant amount of work was done, which allows us to speak with confidence about the completion of the test in 2013. 3K96 – 3 on the ships of the 20380 project and the delivery of samples of this product to the Navy, as well as on the conduct of preliminary bench tests, on the delivery of the sample ed. 3K96 – 2 for the lead ship of the 22350 project, its installation and testing.
On the subject of the “Shtil-1” air defense system in 2012, Altair Scientific and Technical Center completed export deliveries of spares for the 17 project ship and commissioning, adjustment and testing (including full-scale) on the ships of the Republic of India (11356 - 2 ship projects and 17 - 3-th ship). The following deliveries were made for the export of an additional set of spare parts and tools for ships of the 11356 project (1 – 3 hulls), and linking the air defense missile system to the 11356 project ship (7 – 9 hulls).
In 2012, Altair Research and Development Center successfully completed the creation of KIMS air defense, artillery defense and anti-aircraft defense circuits at OJSC Northern PKB and carried out the first (bench) stage of MVI circuits, during which the Altair design and development system for the 22350 project ship was completely confirmed the characteristics stated in the TTZ.
The team of the SEC Altair in 2012 delivered the autonomous ultra-short range module (AMC) “Bending”, which, during the State tests of the small artillery ship of the 21630 project, once again confirmed its high performance.
On a number of ships (including export ships) a system was put in place to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility of ship-based electronic means of operation, its binding was carried out, and commissioning was carried out.
In the past year, the scientific community of Altair Scientific and Technical Center took an active part in a number of scientific and technical conferences on industry and inter-sectoral topics, presenting its reports and presentations to the audience. In general, it can be said that the team of the Altair SEC successfully completed the year, achieved decisive results and prepared the basis for the successful implementation of the STC production-thematic plan for 2013 year.
For SEC NIIRP, the past 2012 year was also very tense both in terms of the volume of work performed and the organization of their execution. Of course, the main content of the work was focused on the main topic of STC "NIIRP"
related to the modernization of the Moscow missile defense system. A sufficiently large volume is also made on other topics.
October 16 The 2012 of the year at the Sary-Shagan test site successfully conducted full-scale operation of a missile defense system complex. October 26 2012 of the year carried out the posting of two complex radar complex ballistic target.
This indicates the success of the SEC "NIIRP".
For complex missile defense system complex complex experimental work. After a long break lasting more than 20 years, a satellite with onboard equipment developed by STC NIIRP for checking radar facilities was put into orbit. On the basis of an unmanned aerial vehicle, a simulation test complex was created to check the technical characteristics of high-potential missile defense information tools that in 2012 the year was deservedly awarded the Prize named after academician A. A. Raspletin. This complex is successfully used at the test site to prepare the means for expensive field work.
Considerable efforts were directed to the development of an experimental test base used to create promising complexes and aerospace defense systems, the ground complex of the antimissile defense system was restored, and reconnaissance work was carried out to prepare and conduct flight tests of the new prospective aerospace defense complex.
SEC "NIIRP" also solves the problem of ensuring the operation and maintaining the combat readiness of the means of the anti-missile defense system of the city of Moscow. Formed for this purpose in 2012, the department ensured that all the planned work was carried out both on the existing missile defense system and on its ground model. Highly qualified specialists of the department provided testing of the combat equipment of the missile complexes using radar, and also restored the supporting systems of the missile test system of the missile defense system to a level that allows launching of missiles.
As part of the modernization of the existing missile defense system, unique systems are being introduced that allow visually real-time monitoring of technological processes and combat operations.
operating military units, in a videoconference mode, manage processes and make adjustments to what is happening.
One of the most important activities of GSKB is advertising and exhibition activities. In the course of its implementation, our employees present enterprise developments at international exhibitions and negotiations with foreign customers. During 2012, this was also done at STC “NIEMI”. In conditions of a limited defense order, the center’s activities in the field of military-technical cooperation are of particular importance.
Short-range anti-aircraft missile systems are widely used in the international market. Now the task is to comprehensively upgrade these air defense systems in the direction of transferring them to a new element base and expanding the performance characteristics. Currently, there is an active struggle for the promotion of the export of long-range anti-aircraft missile system. Specialists of SEC "NIEMI" participate in the presentations of this system in different parts of the world, where potential countries are interested in our technology.
The most important results for the SEC "NIEMI" in 2012 can be considered the completion of state tests ed. 9K331М and successful ground tests of the Antey-2500 ground-to-ground missile system when firing at real targets.
