US forces shoot down anti-ship missile over Houthi-controlled part of Yemen

An anti-ship missile was shot down by American forces over the part of Yemen controlled by the Ansar Allah movement (Houthis). This is stated by the US Central Command.

The US military claims that there is no information about casualties or damage to military equipment, ships and vessels located in the Red Sea. That is, as a result of the strike, only the Houthi anti-ship missile was hit.

Let us recall that the United States and Great Britain launched a military operation against the Yemeni Houthis in the Red Sea in order to ensure the safety of civilian shipping. Prior to this, the Houthis actively fired at Israeli ships traveling from Israeli ports or in the opposite direction. The attacks on Israeli ships were carried out in protest against the military operation of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the Gaza Strip.

However, after the start of the US-British military operation against the Houthis, the situation in the Red Sea worsened even more. Now the Houthis are hitting not only Israeli, but also British, American and other Western ships appearing in the Red Sea and in the areas of the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea.

It turns out that in reality the operation of Western states led to exactly the opposite results. The Yemeni Houthis, in turn, demand that the United States and Great Britain, as well as their allied states, stop aggression against sovereign Yemen.

Those. actually shot down after the start, if over the territory and not over the water area...?

The Houthis' Iranian missiles are, of course, good. But the Russians would be an order of magnitude better and more productive.
And why are our people dragging... An excellent option to beat the enemy with someone else's hands.

Unfortunately, their strikes are lacking in mass character, here we could use some help....

I don’t want to gloat, but it looks like the states REALLY practiced anti-ship missile attacks on their ships during the exercises, which are bearing fruit. And not just on paper as in one fleet.....

What's the news? Do the Houthis launch missiles so rarely, or do the Yankees shoot them down so rarely?

It’s not enough to “shoot” missiles, you need to “break” the air defense. And this includes electronic warfare and decoys... hi

Where is the job of the military trader? We need to help with advice and action all the enemies of our partners. Sworn ones, I forgot to add.
