Investigators suspected something ... The minister was not removed from his post for a long time. They say that the minister is a good one, but then they finally decided ... They took it off. He even came under suspicion, although his crystal honesty is so crystal that, in none of the previous episodes, the investigators were able to get closer to Anatoly Serdyukov closer than the distance of the witness. And, as you know, from such a distance to understand all the intricacies of the plot is extremely difficult.
Now on the screens of the country comes a new series of "soap", which argues that against the ex-minister may again start a criminal case. The situation in the style of déjà vu. A few weeks ago, the same thing was said about the recreation center "Zhitnoye", which belongs to the husband of the sister of the former minister. The media wrote that this time Serdyukov could definitely be in the dock, since the road, which was erected by the hands of military personnel, and gardening works carried out by conscript soldiers - this is a real “zalet” for Anatoly Eduardovich. However, Mr. Serdyukov and the "Zhitny" passed a bitter cup. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation initiated a case not in relation to specific people, but on the fact of committing a crime stipulated in the article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of office). That is, the point is that the investigators seem to understand that the crime has been precisely committed, this fact is fixed by them, but they still do not know their specific names. As the saying goes: “Puzikov? Serdyukov? No, we do not know ... "
Now here is a new sharp turn, which is connected with the possibility of taking the ex-minister for the gills. After numerous publications and reports on the fact that in the vicinity of the resort town of Anapa, instead of building a radar station, an impressively large mansion with a beach and a marina for yachts suddenly grew, they decided to initiate a criminal case. In this case, the Investigative Committee, reportedly, may initiate a case of fraud and abuse of official authority directly against Serdyukov.
To understand that the RF IC "may" incriminate Anatoly Serdyukov, you need to mentally transfer to the 2009 year. It was in 2009 that the letter from the Ministry of Defense came to the municipality of Anapa (specifically to the head of the Anapa municipality), in which the then head of department asked to consider the transfer of several properties with the land on which they are located under the ministry’s jurisdiction. We are talking about a small house, garage and lodge not far from the Black Sea coast. These three properties were part of the Dynamo recreation center, which was then renamed Bolshoi Utrish. The total area of land that the military was asked to transfer to their use was about 93-s. If we consider that the land in the vicinity of Anapa is practically “golden”, the local authorities did not rush to transfer land and buildings to the Ministry of Defense, trying to figure out for what purposes the military department is going to use the property.
In order for the Anapa authorities to quickly resolve the issue, one of the deputy defense ministers flew into the resort city. This official, as deputies of the Anapa City Council say today, tried to convince them that the hundredths on the Black Sea are simply vital not even to the Ministry of Defense, but to the whole of Russia, because a radar station will be built on these hundredths for the needs of one of the segments of the Black Sea fleet RF Like, it depends on your deputy votes whether Russia will be able to remain defensive or not.
After such ardent speeches from an official from Moscow, the deputies kindled not to lose face and decided to transfer the land in Greater Utrish to the Ministry of Defense free of charge.

How can a recreational establishment be connected with the construction of a radar station, and why did it even take the station to be built almost at the seashore, and not somewhere higher - in the mountains? - Deputies did not understand at first, and then everything began to clear up a little.
A few months after the Anapa authorities decided to transfer the property to the Ministry of Defense, the department decided to sell the land ... And where is the radar? - many thought. Yes, there is no station! - hinted to the Ministry of Defense. They say, and it’s true, what kind of station can be here - too low for confident reception of a signal ...
As a result, 93 hundreds of Black Sea lands were first privatized through the Department of Property Relations, and then were sold as non-core to third parties, so to speak, using flexible discounting technology. On the website of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office it is reported that the "discount" to a private firm amounted to as many as 56 million rubles.
True, here too the faces were not quite third. Information agencies report that the company has acquired the land, which is associated with the name of Valery Puzikov, already mentioned. After the land was acquired by private traders in Bolshoi Utrish, a very strange object appeared, which the locals call the “Serdyukov dacha”. This name is given, because Anatoly Eduardovich was seen here already after the land was recognized as non-core and a clearly non-military facility with a non-military pier and a non-military beach was erected on it ...
According to the supervisory authorities, the presence of Anatoly Serdyukov’s personal letter to the authorities of the city of Anapa is direct evidence of his interest in purchasing this property. Only now the lawyers of both Serdyukov and Vasilyeva can again say that their clients did everything for the good of the Fatherland, and the Ministry of Defense really planned to build a radar station on the seashore, without having done so to say, assess the disadvantage of the territory for such an object.
In order to confirm the “good” intentions of the ex-minister, they may even be demonstrating papers confirming that they were going to build the radar station at that very time. This is first. And then - the paper, according to which the territory for the construction of the radar station was deemed unsuitable ...
So far, no such papers have been found. However, there is a certainty that they will be discovered ... Even it can be announced that, they say, the documents were secret, and therefore they could not be demonstrated to any of the journalists. But now - please.
