The Russian army approached the eastern outskirts of the village of Umanskoye

After the liberation of the settlements of Tonenkoye and Orlovka, located west of Avdeevka, the Russian Armed Forces continued offensive operations and occupied quite large territories. So, by now the Russian army has approached the eastern outskirts of the village of Umanskoye, having covered a distance of about 3 km from Tonenkoye.

The fighting is taking place south-east of the Umansky pond, which divides the village into northern and southern parts.

The approach of Russian troops to Umansky indicates that the Ukrainian Armed Forces, after losing control over Tonenky and Orlovka, failed to maintain control over the so-called forefield. Accordingly, the remnants of the armed formations of the Kyiv regime, broken up on the “second defense line of Syrskoe to the west of Avdeevka,” have lost several kilometers over the past few days, rolling back to the Uman and Karlovskoe reservoir located to the west of it.

Experts believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are unlikely to be able to maintain control on the Umanskoye-Yasnobrodovka line for a long time, which means that, with a high degree of probability, the enemy will have to move the line of defense beyond the mentioned Karlovskoye Reservoir and the Volchya River.

There is also an encouraging breakthrough between Berdychi and Semenovka, judging by the map.

Beautiful plans. Near Tonenkiy, ours staged a massive tank attack. It seems to me that Umanskoe cannot be taken right away. The southern part of Semyonovka was captured. It is difficult to break through to Yasnobrodovka with a wedge: you can get attacks on the flanks.

Great news. Good progress is being made on this sector of the front. We must be careful to move forward with minimal losses in equipment and people.

The best progress is in the rear of the VSUK. every night minus the hydroelectric power station, and every morning minus what is left of the hydroelectric power station. and at this rate, in 1-2 months they will start delivering shells from Poland on bulls.

In the winter of 22-23 they wrote that they had taken out 70% of the energy and only had to squeeze in a little bit.

I recently read the story "Colonel Nobody". It describes very well how such reports are generated. And in general they show the reason for the total chaos that began in 2022. I highly recommend it to everyone... Written by a former Marine of the 155th Guards Brigade, our Primorye resident. I wrote clearly knowing and seeing this whole disgusting kitchen from the inside.

Previously, they had not hit hydroelectric or thermal power plants directly. They hit substations that could be restored quite quickly with the help of NATO countries. There was a stream of equipment for their restoration. Now we’re hitting production facilities, and they’re no longer trying to reduce the damage.

It is impossible to put pressure on Ukraine’s energy sector due to the presence of nuclear power plants there...

They will have 20% of generation left at nuclear power plants, so what? How long will they live at 20%?

Nuclear power plants cannot operate without the support of hydro or thermal power plants. because they cannot “quickly” change power.

No one in their right mind would attack the nuclear power plants themselves, but they have 330 kV and 750 kV networks with substations that are powered by the nuclear power plants. If these substations are demolished or at least damaged, the energy sector of non-brothers will suffer for a long time. Replacing huge multi-ton transformers is another task. Manufacturing alone (to order in Europe or overseas) will take many months (if anyone else wants to fulfill such orders). Delivery is also not a Newton binomial!

There were 28 settlements in the Outskirts before, so if you take at least one a day, how many more days will that be?!

Here some argued that the victory over Avdeevka did not mean anything, that it was the same as any other before, they say that it was a small village and nothing more! I would like to note that each such article adds more and more arguments in favor of the opposite. After Avdos, there was a turning point in the matter, and while we are breaking and bending, everyone and the NATO members!

Do they have enough soldiers for all these populated areas?
