    A little explanation
The Treaty on Open Skies DON is the multilateral international treaty signed on 24 on March 1992 in Helsinki by representatives of 23 OSCE member states. The purpose of the treaty is to help build confidence between states through improving mechanisms for monitoring military activities and for compliance with existing arms control treaties. The agreement establishes an open sky regime, the purpose of which is to provide an opportunity for its participants to fly over each other's territories.

To date, the parties to the Agreement are 33 states. The Russian Federation ratified the Open Skies Treaty of 26 on May 2001.
so that less questions arise during the discussion hi

A good agreement for us, and it was signed in good years. The countries of Europe easily control us according to it, by allied treaties transferring data to states that formally do not participate in it, but enjoy all the benefits. what

Here are the results of the collapse that was before Rogozin ... No one has prepared the shots yet, that’s Tyagomotin’s stretching .. But still, the news is good .. Airplanes are needed and straining for today is normal ...

Despite much criticism and pessemism, the country is breathing and can boast of maintaining aviation production (by the way, not many countries can afford it) and the possibility of modernizing the existing (regarding this aircraft), but also releasing new models of equipment (see parallel branch on BMD- 4M)!

For me, it would be better instead of two Tu-214 OH, made Tu-214 R .. And observers
continue to carry on the An-30, more noise, less comfort - less
desire to fly observers. True, the last time, ours flew over
    USA on Tu-154.
