Zelensky signed a law on the demobilization of conscripts

Zelensky signed a law on the demobilization of conscripts, this is stated on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. As noted in the bill card, changes have been made to the law “On Military Duty and Military Service.”

The law signed by the Ukrainian president, in fact, does not change anything regarding the demobilization of conscripts at the moment, since it does not indicate the demobilization deadlines. To carry it out, Zelensky must make a separate decision and issue a separate decree. But the signed law enshrines the provision of a one-year deferment from mobilization for demobilized conscripts.

In the meantime, conscripts who have served their terms are encouraged to think about concluding a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since as long as martial law is in force, no one will let them go home.

The bill provides that if a conscript's term of military service ends during martial law, he will be transferred to the reserve if he has not expressed a desire to continue military service

- writes the publication "Army Inform".

Meanwhile, as Ukrainian resources report, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is almost demanding that the presidential office adopt a bill on mobilization as soon as possible, despite many problems. The military urgently needs to launch a new wave of mobilization, since last year's mobilization failed, only 100 thousand people were recruited.

So no one lets them go.
But what about only 31 thousand dead out of a million-strong army? He generally remembers what he said, even if we laughed, after his opuses the whole world is laughing. If only he had such fame when he was a comedian.

And this is what I missed too

The bill provides that if a conscript’s term of military service ends during martial law, he retires to the reserve if he does not express a desire to continue military service

Apparently there will be no refuseniks at all then?

And even if they let you go, in three days they will “mobilize” you again. Right next to the house. I walked and woke up.

Why let them go somewhere, let them think that they’ll just have to wait a little longer and go home.

They are not asked, but they begin to “get on the nerves” of their superiors and commanders.
            Blogger Legitimny writes about this

Our source reports that in the army the number of refuseniks (open rebels), whom the TCC forcibly mobilized and sent to training, has increased several times over the past month.
There was an increase before, but in the last month, every second person who was mobilized by force is beginning to make military officials nervous. People resist and do not want to fight, even under the threat of beatings and moral pressure.

This can lead to irreversible negative consequences if the problem is not resolved.

This is not why the military commissars tore the veins, catching “cannon fodder” in order to release him into freedom. I think that the “meat” is not so bad as to return to its address, where it will be caught again.

Why else would conscripts be demobilized? laughing
Their conscripts now guard the borders, and after demobilization they will become reserve soldiers. They are immediately mobilized. Moreover, almost all of them have fitness category “A”. Which means they’ll go as stormtroopers

Zelya is simply furious from powerlessness and tries to pretend to be a statesman...

Here are two stories about what the Ukrainian military has in their heads and what they really want.

I took it from Yuri Podolyaki.

      Story one:

Stories of the 76th Airborne Division (1): “take your overcoat, let’s go home”...

This story was told to me by soldiers during my trip to LBS (a few days ago).

During one of the attack attacks, it so happened that one of our attack aircraft was captured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their forward outpost. Moreover, there were as many as three enemy soldiers there, and therefore our fighter had no chance of defeating them in battle.

Having repulsed our attack, the Ukrainians decided that two soldiers would go for help (their connection was broken and had to be restored), and one would remain to guard the prisoner (because they considered it dangerous to take him with them).

As soon as the “comrades” moved a decent distance away, The Ukrainian military man invited the Russian soldier... to exchange. They say now I’m a prisoner, and for this you take me to your people.

So the two of them came - one to their own, and the second... essentially also to their own.

      Story two:

Stories of the 76th Airborne Division (2): “we don’t abandon our own...”

The second story is even more touching.

The background is like this. Now, during a successful attack, soldiers of the 76th Airborne Division captured a group of Ukrainian soldiers and sent them to the rear, under the escort of a couple of people.

A necessary remark. Here it is necessary to clarify that the enemy command always tries to punish its soldiers for surrendering, and therefore for the Air Force UAVs, their own soldiers who surrendered are a priority target that they are trying to destroy.

That's what happened this time too. The enemy tried to destroy this group with drops from a UAV, but was only able to wound... our escorts.

What happened next was a very touching scene. Ukrainian soldiers, picking up Russian soldiers in their arms, continued to move... towards Russian positions.

That is, even realizing that they themselves were taking a great risk (after all, the airdrops could have happened again, but you can’t go quickly with the wounded), they did not abandon their... escorts.

So Zelya’s place starts to burn everywhere...

Zelensky also threatened (on his page):

I will sign a decree that will require all Western countries to deport Ukrainian men living there back to Ukraine.

We need more men to fight, and you guys hang out and smoke hookah in other countries?

If we make a common effort, this war will end in a week.

Zelensky signed a law on the demobilization of conscripts

The whole point is that demobilized people must register for military registration at the military registration and enlistment offices, and there they will be given an order with the command “fas!” arrive at the military registration and enlistment office to... be sent to the database zone. Below, in small print, it says that the command has already been sounded...

Well, it’s not like they’ll let go of that mobile reserve that went through combat operations. This is the elite of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the trenches of Ragulki, in the trenches, “victory” awaits you, but rather death.
