US Press: China refused to participate in the US-led Operation Guardian of Prosperity in the Red Sea

China has refused to join the US-led coalition to ensure safe navigation in the Red Sea, so Chinese warships will not participate in Operation Prosperity Sentinel. Politico reports this.

According to the American publication, Beijing refused the call of US State Department head Antony Blinken to assist the “international community” in protecting civilian cargo ships in the Red Sea from attacks by the Yemeni Houthis. China made it clear that the Chinese Ministry of Defense has no interest in this operation, carried out under the auspices of the United States. At the same time, Beijing is not against it if “large countries” play a “constructive and responsible” role in ensuring the safety of sea routes.

As the TG channel “Rybar” writes, this should not cause surprise; China independently escorts its ships, protecting them from various pirates. The 45th detachment of warships of the PLA operates in the Gulf of Aden. In addition, the Yemeni Houthis do not touch Chinese ships.

It was previously reported that the European Union will join Operation Guardian of Prosperity, but as part of its own operation, the scope of which will be expanded. At the moment, off the Horn of Africa and the coast of Eritrea there is a naval group consisting of the aircraft carrier Dwight Eisenhower, the cruiser Philippine Sea, three US Navy destroyers and the frigate Languedoc, and they should also be joined by a frigate of the Greek Navy.

You can’t wait, the Houthis are working at the behest of Britain, and the British have agreed with the Chinese that the Americans will be “busy” in the Middle East for as long as possible so as not to interfere with the Chinese dealing with Southeast Asia. The Chinese are welcome guests in the Red Sea

The Houthis only “offend” ships going to/from Israel and those who are trying to stop the Houthis.
And Iran is their benefactor. They definitely won't touch him.
Now, with the EU joining the operation against the Houthis, perhaps it will happen to them too.
And the funniest thing is, you know what? The Houthis are not at all against the US attacking them.
Delivery of the enemy to your home. There is no need to rush across half the planet to get to him, and the justification for the attacks is the most concrete - the Americans were the first to attack.

Farid is right. In fact, the Houthis are Ismailis, which they themselves do not deny. “Heirs” of the assassins. A purely British project.
Aga Khan is the title of the rulers whose residence was in Bombay. After India gained independence, the residence was in London.
By the way, Ismailists actively participated in the Basmachi movement. Pamir, present-day Tajikistan.
          They also control Kashmir.

For the last few decades, the Aga Khan’s residence was, if my memory serves me correctly, either in France or in Switzerland.

I see a lot of people who disagree, whether you like it or not, China is now busy establishing order in Southeast Asia, which is not very beneficial for the United States. In Myanmar, the Chinese are helping the government suppress the rebellion, the Filipinos are being tensed about the Yellow Sea, etc. The Chinese need unhindered access to the markets of the Southeast, while the Americans are losing these markets by getting bogged down in the Middle East. All this leads to the weakening of the United States, and with their weakening, the British receive additional bonuses in the AUKUS block, and in addition, the second hare is the possibility of a multiple increase in profits received by insurance companies (and they are mainly British) due to the need to insure maritime transport around Africa and with increased tariffs for ships entering the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf. So jump or don’t jump, but it was the British who organized the riot with the Jews and Palestinians. The Persians are still trying to distance themselves from the conflict. Even the Iran-controlled wing of Hezbollah does not particularly get involved in the conflict and only snaps at provocations (IDF strikes on Lebanese territory precisely to provoke the pro-Iranian wing of Hezbollah)

Biden's latest statement is funny in light of your statement.

U.S. officials told the New York Times that strikes against the Houthis could provoke Ansarullah to respond to U.S. Navy ships and could disrupt the truce between the Saudis and Yemenis.

They are concerned about the fragile truce between the Saudis and the Houthis. So we believed.

Another interesting story in the matter of confrontation with Israel.

Iraqi guerrillas attacked a Zionist gas installation at the Al-Qarish gas field in the Mediterranean Sea. The drone crashed into a floating installation and exploded.

The states are not putting together a coalition, but to try to do it yourself is too high a risk of failure and you won’t be able to share the responsibility with anyone.

Meanwhile, a video has appeared in which, allegedly, a Houthi missile is smashing an Israeli ship into pieces" (There is a Chinese liaison in the telegram). And what we have is that the Houthis continue to wipe their feet on the hegemon. And the longer he hesitates, the more stupid he looks. Because in past years everyone was buzzing about how powerful he is and how he strives for free navigation. It turns out that the king is naked...

No, they scraped together a coalition, something within 7 countries, I don’t remember everything, but among them are traditionally France, Canada, Germany, Greece, and for some reason the Seychelles and Bahrain fit in.

No, the Saudis have “disavowed” both heels and do not in any way want to resume the fight with the Houthis, and therefore they are quite tenderly expecting that the hegemon will shit himself personally without their participation. As for the petrodollar, the Saudis are also hastily shaking up their currency basket, reducing the share of the dollar and increasing the share of the yuan, which they began to accept as payment for oil. So the mattresses want to strangle the Houthis and at the same time they are pricking, since there are not so many who want to fit into the showdown, and the Houthis have unequivocally stated that everyone who decides to participate in Operation Underwatch of Degradation will lose their ships.

These “coalition enthusiasts” are like team sports, but in reverse.

There the team wins and the coach loses.
Here, if there is a failure, then everyone is to blame. And America, “organizing and directing,” seems not very noticeable against their background. But the “trainer” immediately collects all the smallest goodies into his bag.

Therefore, yes - Vietnam taught America very well not to stick its sting in alone. Even here - I don’t understand who they gathered in the backyards, but, nevertheless, “I wasn’t the only one tumbling in the field”... Bahrain, damn it... Seychelles, damn it...

If we remember Roman law (“Look for who needs it”), it turns out that, except for America, no one from the “coalition” needs this “coalition”. The only thing those who got into it can be guided by is to suck up America's ass.

And China, even without America, will quietly do what it needs, not America.

All these games of subtle politics can end very quickly. As practice shows, excessive enthusiasm for combinations ultimately leads to fatal failure. No matter who is behind the Houthis and all these showdowns in the Middle East, they can miscalculate at any moment. The British, the Jews, the Iranians, the Americans - they pay too much attention to the pompous game, devoid of sharp movements. But this is precisely where the error lies. You cannot defuse a mine and at the same time try to blow out a liter of vodka in one gulp on a bet, this will end badly. Citizens in tuxedos confuse the poker table with big politics and big business, and confuse scale. It is enough for some figure to detonate a dirty atomic bomb on the coast of the Persian Gulf and there will be a complete breakdown. The simulation war game always ends in an unpredictable ending. This is how they once played with Hitler: all these Munich agreements and the like...

A small, simple discussion. The Houthis are targeting ships somehow connected with Israel as a sign of support for the Palestinians fighting against Israel. The United States supports Israel, which is destroying Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, and therefore is assembling a coalition to ensure the safety of Israeli shipping from attacks by the Houthis, including from countries that condemn Israeli aggression. That is, in fact, the Americans want to achieve support for Israel from countries that condemn its actions and, accordingly, support from the United States. That's the minimum.

At the moment, the Americans are “closely watching” the Houthis. Blinken seems to have said. They are likely looking for Houthi accounts around the world. The ever-memorable “Echelon” made it possible to quickly trace the path of any dollar in the world, no matter how it was hidden. I think that Echelon has now undergone more than one cool upgrade. So America is quite capable of inflicting a severe blow on its enemies without even firing.
Everyone who does business in dollars and through US-controlled payment systems has been taken by the throat. However, there is still hawala in the world, which is a very significant reason for the US hatred of Arabs, that is, Muslims. I hope the Houthis understand their position in this aspect and are well prepared.
