Three EU countries withdrew their ships from US command as part of Operation Guardian of Prosperity in the Red Sea

The US-declared Operation Prosperity Guardian to protect ships in the Red Sea is facing problems. According to the European press, three countries are allegedly blocking the participation of their ships in this mission, while the head of EU diplomacy, Borrell, swears that the entire European Union is ready to join it.

The day before it became known that three countries, initially announced by the United States as participants in Operation Guardian of Prosperity, were leaving the mission, refusing to transfer their warships to American command. We are talking about France, Germany and Spain. At the moment, only the refusal of the Spaniards has been confirmed, but Madrid has lifted its previously vetoed participation in the EU operation. France and Germany are allegedly planning to operate as part of their own operation in the Red Sea.

According to Borrell, the EU will take part in the American Operation Guardian of Prosperity, but with its own Atalanta operation. This indirectly confirms the withdrawal of European ships from US command. They say, we will help you, but we can give orders ourselves.

At the extraordinary meeting of EU Permanent Representatives that I convened today, Member States agreed to contribute to the US Operation Prosperity Guardian through Operation Atalanta

- said the head of European diplomacy.

Meanwhile, the US-led coalition has already sent its ships to the shores of Yemen, trying to ensure the safety of shipping in the Gulf of Aden, the Bab El Mendab Strait and the Red Sea.

Good luck to the Houthis in their fight against the two naval factions. I hope that they can seriously damage a couple of warships.

Damn, in the end - I would like to watch the reaction of all these victorious AUGs if one day a 500 kilogram cumulative ammunition flies into the armored deck of an aircraft carrier. There will be a squeal and a stink...

three countries originally announced by the US as participants in Operation Guardian of Prosperity are leaving the mission, refusing to transfer their warships to American command
As I understand, France, Germany and Spain realized that under American command the possibility of being involved in a large-scale conflict cannot be ruled out. Is this what they need?

Analysis from speculators on freight and insurance. Option 1. The United States is starting to kill the Houthis, and for them (the Houthis) it will be like grain for an elephant, they are used to it, to fight without aircraft. And yesterday, by all indications, Iran signed up. The defeat of the "Israeli" tanker 500 km from Iran and 1500 km from the Houthis. Option 2 is only anti-missile and anti-drone defense - the best option for the EU. Option 1 is fantastic. A peace agreement with the Houthis. Israel will be against it, it will have to be cut short. The first option is beneficial for the United States. Winter is approaching. The EU needs to cut off energy supplies from the Arabs. The US economy should be economical, and the EU unprofitable. Let's look at this circus. Freight around Africa has flown up. Insurance and freight have flown up through Suez. From January 15, the fee for passage through Suez will increase by XNUMX%. This was announced by Egypt a long time ago.

They are recalling their ships because the death of their sailors will lead to the instant resignation of the current governments of Germany, Spain, and maybe even France. Because these governments “bored” their people with “help to Ukraine.”

Europeans don’t want to shoot at Arabs; they are afraid that Arabs in Europe will start shooting back.

It looks like someone took the time to count how many air defense missiles these ships carry and how many drones the Houthis have)

If the EU countries withdraw from this adventure, they will not lose anything - because they have been abandoned a long time ago from the point of view of the military-industrial complex and the Army, but if the Anglo-Saxons fail there, then this will be another signal that I am no longer Strong, since even such conditional “homeless people” bend her over

Think for yourself, such ships need to be on watch 24/7, and to stop attacks you need to land, and this is a big war for the States and their slaves

The Europeans fled the coalition only because their traders hit their rulers in the head. For while the Europeans have not added bombs, nothing threatens their traders, as they swam and float. Otherwise, the Houthis will drown everyone. Then be so kind as to revolve around Africa, and this will be extra costs.
So leaving the coalition is just business and nothing personal.

Estonia could make an invaluable contribution to the naval operation “Guardian of Prosperity” with its navy. The Houthis would not be able to resist Estonian rubber boats armed with machine guns and hand grenades.

It seems the Europeans began to suspect something. For 2 years, the Americans have been pushing them into Ukraine more and more, simultaneously drawing out their financial and industrial resources to themselves. Even if we conclude a truce on the Dnieper, the entire burden of that Outskirts will fall on the EU, which will feed the extra 20 million mouths.

Chasing the Houthis in galoshes - here, apparently, everyone should help the Yankees - they can’t cope on their own? - And, after all, what name did they come up with - “Guardian of Prosperity” - didn’t they break their brains - writing it?
