American scientists and engineers create a combat exoskeletonScientists and engineers from the main contractors of defense and industrial corporations in the United States, Raytheon, are currently working on a technologically advanced military robotic suit that could help American soldiers in battle.

A group of scientists and engineers is working under the leadership of Dr. Steven Jacobsen, who noted that at its core, the new exoskeleton is a wearable Robot, which can significantly increase the strength, agility, and endurance of soldiers.

According to Dr. Jacobsen, the robot uses sensors, drives and controllers that help the person using it to easily carry another person on their back.

The exoskeleton also allows the soldier to lift a weight of up to 200 pounds (about 90 kg) several hundred times without getting tired.

"The suit is also flexible enough so that its carrier can hit a football or climb stairs and ramps with ease," the researcher added.

Watch the video below to see the testing of the new robotic suit.

"The exoskeleton also allows the soldier to lift up to £ 200." Which is equivalent to $ 300. It is very heavy, I am delighted wink

These exoskeletons have been developing for 45 years already. I read about the first ones as a kid in the magazine "Science and Life" in the 70th year.
