The Russian flag has been re-installed on the western outskirts of Marinka

Russian troops again reached the western outskirts of the city of Marinka, as evidenced by the installation of the Russian national flag on one of the buildings.

In stubborn battles, our infantry units, with active support from artillery and aviation inflicted a fire defeat on the enemy, knocking them out of the western quarters of Marinka.

As of the morning of December 11, 2023, Ukrainian troops did not have significant forces left within the city limits of Marinka. At the same time, the enemy tried several times during the night to counterattack from Georgievka, trying to re-enter Kashtanovaya Street. The counterattacks were repulsed.

Let us remember that a couple of weeks ago Russian troops were already planting a flag in the west of Marinka. Then the Ukrainian command was forced to throw reserves into the “Maryinsk meat grinder” in order to retain at least a couple of private sector blocks in the west of the city for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The reserves were enough for several days, and now the generals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine need to either finally remove the remnants of the brigades, for example, from Vugledar, in order to regain control over part of Maryinka, or admit defeat in this DPR city.

To date, there have been no official reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense about the complete liberation of Marinka.

Yeah... We finally took Marinka yesterday... How many good guys died there during these nine years of war. They took it in memory of Russian heroes!

At night they will bring in a new ukromya from other sectors of the front and again take this section... the presence of a flag does not mean much.
The fights take place in butting mode.

When will this city be taken? They took it two weeks ago, retreated and took it again. Is it really impossible to transfer more forces there to take this Marinka?

In the year 16, if I’m not mistaken, Marinka was already being completely liberated by DPR units (at the same time, with a lot of bloodshed), but a menacing shout followed from Moscow: “Don’t you dare, you’re violating the “Minsk” ones (the same ones for which there is no alternative)! Withdraw the troops !". After which the Ukrainian cannon again began artillery terror of the western regions of the city. Why won’t they take either Marinka (of which no stone is left unturned) or Avdeevka (in which the Armed Forces of Ukraine spent eight years diligently building a fortified area, for which thousands of lives of Russian soldiers have already paid), one must ask the question “the most brilliant of the most brilliant” the commander-in-chief and his assistant. However, I am sure that they will not deign to answer.

Beyond the administrative boundaries, Maryinka smoothly flows into Georgievka, then to Maksimilyanovka, then Kurakhovo. This is all very difficult and long. It's a long way from the caps...

As I remember about Slavyansk and Kramotorsk, I generally feel despondent. How is Putin going to take them?

The West is spreading the word that Putin gave the order to take Avdeevka and Kupyansk before the elections. I think they are not far from the truth, that it certainly won’t work out earlier. Kramatorsk and Slavyansk will probably be postponed until 2025.

Ukry can’t tie anything else laughing
You might think that if it weren’t for Avdiivka, there would be no elections laughing
Avdeevka, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk will be taken based on the situation, and not when someone wants it. So let's just be patient

A couple more months and they will run away on their own. “Pan-Atoman of Tauride has no gold reserves, so the boys started to run away, soon I’ll run away too.” H.F. "Wedding in Malinovka"

        But he won’t take them himself. Instructs the RF Armed Forces. And maybe even Strelkov will be released from prison: they say, rehabilitate yourself at the front, you know the region well, you fought here in 14th! But in general, seriously, it looks like Russian politicians are leaning towards a truce, leaving the front-line Donbass under fire and without water. And its residents will have enough of a couple of Putin’s gentle admonitions and new promises;

The Russian flag is flying over Marinka again, it’s terribly reminiscent of “The Wedding in Malinovka”, some kind of nightmare.

Heavy fighting for the village of Maryinka passed from hand to hand. For what? I understand heavy battles with the goal of breaking through the defense line and subsequent encirclement... But just for the village??? With probably big losses. No! I don't understand the current strategy! The Wagnerites took Bakhmut and the surrounding area, and then the Armed Forces soldiers rolled back from part of the surrounding area. Well, so what if they took Bakhmut?
