The court recognized the initiation of a bribe case against the ex-commander of the Swifts

13
On Tuesday, the Odintsovsky Garrison Military Court recognized as legal the initiation of a criminal case for attempted bribery against the former commander of the Strizhy aerobatic team, Lieutenant Colonel Valery Morozov, the court said.
Thus, the court dismissed the complaint of Morozov.

It follows from the complainant’s complaint that the case against Morozov was initiated on the basis of the testimony of the victim Novikov, “who is misleading the law enforcement agencies, having for this his own selfish ends”. According to defender Morozov, the testimony of the victim is not confirmed by anything, while the testimony of Morozov himself is confirmed.

In turn, the court considered that all procedural rules in initiating the case were respected, and the court should not check the truth of the grounds and evidence.

“The decision was expected, there are no miracles,” said Morozov.

However, his lawyer said that this decision would be appealed. “My client was the victim of an illegal operational experiment,” the lawyer said.

Thus, within ten days, the defender Morozov intends to file a complaint against the decision of the Odintsovo Garrison Military Court to the Moscow District Military Court.

The case against the ex-commander "Swifts" was initiated in early October last year. According to investigators, he allegedly demanded money from his subordinates for a free schedule of visits to the service.

The order for the dismissal of Morozov was signed by former Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov on October 12, before the end of the investigation. The commander of the Swifts was dismissed from the Armed Forces "for non-compliance with the terms of the contract." The term of the contract of Morozov with the Ministry of Defense for service expired on October 15, reports RIA News.

Morozov has a 13-room apartment in the center of Moscow, so that he would be appointed a bribe taker? In short, the stools were removed, and his CASE lives.

Well, who said that our court is independent and impartial? I’ll spit that first in the face! And how sad it is, Morozov can’t get out of this hole! If only to go abroad! But the conscience and honor of the Russian officer will not allow him to do this. It will be like Kvachkov to get involved in the courts! This is not our first power!

I would have perefigachit him with a brick on the head. In the courts, as in the police and in the prosecutor's office, only those who can be attributed without a showdown and deep penetration into the penitentiary system are caught .. So do not be naive and get used to the rules of the GDP "The more you steal, the more secure you are, and then you can shit on the police because they shit on people as well. "

      .................................................. ...................
Once, the former lieutenant colonel was already suing. His complaint about unlawful dismissal from military service was considered by the Moscow Garrison Military Court on December 20. And also not in favor of Morozov. Last fall, by order of the Minister of Defense, the pilot was deprived of his epaulette. It happened before the end of the investigation, and the dismissal wording, according to Morozov, sounded defamatory - due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract. Her officer challenged in court. The point is not only that such a formulation deprived Morozov of certain payments and pension benefits.

He was not going to continue serving in the army. But I wanted the separation from the service not to look as if the officer had been kicked out of action. Morozov insisted on another dismissal basis - upon the expiration of the contract. It ended with the pilot on October 15 - exactly three days after the minister’s order was issued.

The court listened to the arguments of Morozov, but the proceedings on his claim, however, were suspended - prior to the verdict in the criminal case. This was what the investigator and the prosecutor were seeking. They explained that the pilot’s unlawful actions, due to which the case was opened, could be seen as a violation of the terms of the contract of Morozov with the Ministry of Defense. In this case, the dismissal wording seems justified. Well, if the court considers that the former lieutenant colonel not guilty of receiving a bribe, it will be easy for him to challenge the order of dismissal from military service.

Dear Apollo, this is, as always, our media .. "different"! +! wassat

This is the court ??? "united", or rather claimed the "case" ???? and "sewed" it to Valery's claim!

That's what his lawyer says. at yesterday's meeting!

"..... Hearings on our complaint on the merits began today. On Tuesday afternoon, the court is going to make a decision," said Alexander Vysotsky, V. Morozov's lawyer.
He noted that the charge against the former commander of the Strizha was also appealed to the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office. "I believe that there were no grounds either for criminal prosecution or for bringing charges," the lawyer said.
"It can be argued with certainty that V. Morozov did not receive a bribe. There was an attempt to give it, and by law enforcement officials it was an operational experiment," the defender says.
On September 5, V. Morozov’s colleagues sent an open letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin asking him to protect him from unfounded accusations of receiving a bribe, which remained unanswered !!! ????

Well .... "messages from our media":

On August 27, 2012 V. Morozov was arrested. Then a law enforcement source said that the lieutenant colonel "demanded from seven of his subordinates who are in the process of dismissal, 5 thousand rubles each for the fact that he would close his eyes to the fact that until the order for their dismissal was issued, they would not appear in service." ...
The commander of the Swifts aerobatic team does not admit his guilt and testifies that he has become a victim of a provocation.

On October 8, a law enforcement source told Interfax that a criminal case was opened against V. Morozov under the article on attempted bribery.

        V. Morozov was dismissed by an order dated October 12 "in connection with non-compliance with the terms of the contract." At the same time, the ex-commander of the Swifts announced his intention to appeal the dismissal.

On November 28, the Main Military Investigation Directorate (GVSU) confirmed that the former commander of the Strizhi aerobatic team was charged with extortions from subordinates - 5 thousand rubles a month from each.

Sergey hello. There is no need to explain to anyone how rotten our "law enforcement system" is. This is clearly seen in the Swifts case. Tell me another thing, after Valery is sued, who else from the honest will remain in the Swifts and Knights? It would be great if they announced their departure. And let the GDP pull out all the hair on his pubic hair for having fucked up the pride of Russia.
