As a result of offensive actions, Russian troops approached the “Khromov bend” northwest of Artyomovsk

The Russian armed forces continue offensive operations in the Artyomovsk direction. Having previously taken control of the southern shore of the Berkhov Reservoir and advanced further south, Russian troops are now known to have expanded the zone of control in this area.

As a result of assault operations under the cover of artillery, Russian troops took control of about six more square kilometers of territory, approaching the so-called “Khromov bend”. We are talking about a road that runs from Chasov Yar in the direction of Artyomovsk and makes a bend towards Khromovo beyond the Bogdanovsky intersection.

A fragment of the map shows the territories that have come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces over the past XNUMX hours and the directions of further advance (arrows):

Meanwhile, in the northern part of the expanded zone of control, Russian troops, approaching the village of Bogdanovka, entrenched themselves at the Bogdanovsky Pond (headquarters).

In this section of the front, the enemy is trying to prevent our troops from breaking through south of Bogdanovka, where the railroad and highway intersect, leading, as already mentioned, to Chasov Yar.

It seems like a lot at first glance, but then you remember that a standard summer cottage plot is 600 square meters. That is, there are 10 such sections. Literally we gnaw out meter by meter

Go to school, okay? 6 sq km and 6000 sq m are not the same thing
        1 sq km - 1 sq m, poor student!

Ha, I made a mistake while asleep, I apologize. Have you at least asserted yourself by insulting others?

If you take linoleum for a rectangular room, then you need to measure it in rectangular meters, and if the military occupied a triangular piece of terrain, then we measure it in triangular meters...

In war, meters and kilometers are counted differently! Often, for 100 meters of the road, for a hillock/hill, a ravine, the enemy would give a lot more to retain those 100 meters, etc.!

Well, well, 1 hectare is 100 by 100 m - it equals 0.01 sq. km so it turns out to be two orders of magnitude more... The poor boy doesn’t know how to count. Either a victim of the Unified State Exam or a Ukrainian.

In war, all miles of fire...
No matter how much someone wants to, they have to go through them with fire and sword!
        In another way.

      It's great.
What about the Ukrainian bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region?

And there already more than 2 battalions were bombed into the mud. More than one and a half mouths are scattered. They are driven into the mud - new ones are brought up. The distance from the coast to Krynki is less than from Krynki to the operational space. But for some reason this distance cannot be overcome. They try to start the equipment, it is immediately destroyed.
By no means do I want to say that it is easy there. Yes, it's hard. The landing force is covered by a powerful electronic warfare system. But... stupidly, the recycling of ukroin is going on. That's all

Oh, well, there are generally little things that are not worthy of your attention: in the Krynok area, the enemy controls a sector with an area of about 5 square meters. km in Krynki and the surrounding area (the operational depth of the enemy’s breakthrough here does not exceed 1 km). In the case of the section “Kudasovo - Peschanovka - Poyma” the situation is much more complicated: a section with an area of 35 - 50 square meters is under the physical control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units. km., while the operational depth of advance varies from 3,5 to 5 km.

author, you decide: the geographical map should have either Ukrainian or Russian names of settlements. After Artyomovsk was liberated, it seemed like they returned their previous name.
