Israeli warplanes struck solar panels and power generators at the Gaza Strip's largest hospital, Al-Shifa.

According to the Iranian news agency Tasnim, a large fire broke out in a medical facility as a result of an Israeli air force strike.

The Israeli army attacked the area adjacent to the Al-Shifa central hospital, located in the administrative center of the Palestinian enclave. In connection with the incident, the World Health Organization called for an immediate ceasefire. The Hamas movement, in turn, blamed the Israeli strikes on obviously civilian targets, in particular on refugee centers in the Gaza Strip, on the US administration and personally on American President Joe Biden, whose support “gave courage to Israel.”
