New Japanese "song" about the South Kurils

205
On the eve, a number of Russian media published the words of the ex-prime minister of the Japanese government, Yoshiro Mori, saying that Japan is going to reconsider its territorial claims against Russia regarding the South Kuriles (in the Japanese manner - the Northern Territories). Mori allowed himself to say that Tokyo could make “unprecedented” concessions with respect to Moscow, which are recognition of Russian jurisdiction over the most populated of the southern islands, Iturup, and Japan plans to take Shikotan, Kunashir and Habomai. With such proposals, the special representative of the current prime minister was supposedly going to go to the Russian capital to convince President Putin of the Japanese opinions.

The words about “unprecedented” concessions from the Land of the Rising Sun with respect to Russia clearly amused the Russian public, if only because the word “concessions” here may not be appropriate at all. Yielding what you do not have is, of course, strong! Purely Japanese invention. Like, we give you, so be it, we give Iturup, and you "return" all the other territorial objects of the South Kuriles to us ...

However, if it was to some extent amused by the Russians, then in Japan such information caused quite different moods. The secretary of the Japanese cabinet, Yoshihido Suga, was forced to take over the case, representing the official position of the new (old) Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who returned to a leading position later on 5 years (and they also say that there are personnel problems in Russia at the highest levels of power). So this Mr. Suga said that former Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori was misunderstood. It turns out that he (Mori) didn’t even intend to somehow divide the Southern Kuriles, but simply expressed his version as one of the possible proposals and assumptions. But the position of the Japanese government on the issue of the islands of the South Kuril ridge remains unchanged: that is, “give us all the 4 objects (Habomai, Kunashir, Iturup and Shikotan). At the same time, the Japanese government had already reminded the hundred millionth time of the treatise of the sample 1855 of the year, according to which the four islands are recognized as Japanese. It seems like they confess ... And again, for one hundred millionth time, representatives of the Japanese cabinet stubbornly forget that 1855 did not have a year yesterday, or even last week, and that Japan suffered a defeat in 1945 in World War II, signing an act of surrender with all consequent territorial consequences for Tokyo. And among these territorial consequences is the fact that the Southern Kuriles are now Russian lands without any reservations and references to treatises, pacts and petitions of memorable times.

Well, does one have to be surprised at the new statements from the Japanese government that someone has to give back to Japan again, give back, donate, give up? Of course, it is not necessary, because Japan is a specific state. So specific that it is one of the few countries in the world that uses doubtful chants as national anthems. For Japan, this is the song “Kimi gyo”, under which the troops of the militarist state seized foreign territories during the Second World War. After this musical work was approved as the official anthem of the country in 1999, many educational workers abandoned the performance of the hymn in schools, after which they were even forced to quit their jobs, giving them “more loyal” and “less memorable” .

But here it is also a strange thing: the anthem of the Second World War in Japan is restored and thus makes you remember the “greatness of the Japanese empire” and its triumphant marches across East Asia in the first half of 40, but about the defeat in this war and the loss of Kuril Islands, Tokyo stubbornly forgets. It seems that there can not do without reminders ...

However, Japan decided, apparently, to speak from a very tough position. Not for this reason, for the first time in more than 10 years, the Land of the Rising Sun decided to increase its military budget, by no less than a billion, by 1,15. Recall that today Japan’s military financial expenditures amount to about 53 billion dollars. And despite the fact that there is a well-known article of the Japanese constitution with the number 9 from 1947 of the year, in which it is written in black and white that Japan cannot have its own army, but can only have “self-defense forces”. Forgive me, not frail self-defense at the cost of more than $ 54 billion. If this is the financing of self-defense forces, then what kind of funding will there be, if Japan suddenly reconsiders its constitution and decides to rebuild the army? ..

By the way, the words about the necessity of abolishing the 9 article were also made by Shinzo Abe when he was once again torn to the premiership. In addition, Abe stubbornly argued that he was able to solve existing territorial issues (obviously, with China and Russia). Based on such pre-election rhetoric of Mr. Abe, it can be assumed that he was put on the old post, proceeding from the aggravated situation in terms of the disputed territories (mainly regarding Senkaku). And since Abe hinted so transparently that he was ready to speak from a position of strength, the Japanese parliamentarians were inspired by these words and gave Shinzo a second chance.

In general, once again in Japan, the rhetoric of the right sense, to which we recently had time to get used, sounds. Now it is worthwhile to wish the Russian government to develop a strong immunity to the Japanese territorial claims and, if possible, to find an alternative reason for retaliatory claims against Tokyo itself. And you can even organize a lot of such claims. For example, the payment of multi-billion dollar reparations with the wording “for the misuse of the resources of Sakhalin Island from 1905 to 1945 and the occupation of the northern part of Sakhalin from 1925 to 1945 years”. So let them comb ...

In the early 90s, EBN was ready to give them two islands, but Japan didn’t like this option. Now they won’t get one either, and as regards the forcible solution of the problem, as a result of this turn of events, Honshu is also part of Russia hi

And you need to have your own technology, not take someone else's. And then our Russia is much larger and richer, so why are we looking at someone else's. There are factories that have brilliantly established statistical quality control methods invented ... by the Americans. And that's all. What is there? Robots? And what can they do, despite the fact that the Japanese have been working on them for almost forty years? Shift on the spot and say "nya". Like ten years ago, like thirty years ago ... After the border conflict, as a result of the beginning of the Sino-Soviet negotiations in the autumn of 1969, an agreement was reached on the cessation of hostile actions and that the troops of the parties would remain in their positions, which at that time meant the actual transfer of the island to China. On May 19, 1991, the parties agreed that the island would finally come under the jurisdiction of the PRC. Therefore, not EBN, but the HMS is responsible for it.

Hokkaido Island is the first on the way to Honshu Island. Between these islands, if I’m not mistaken, only 54 km by water. There is a sea route between the islands and if you look left and right from the side of the ship in the dark, you can see both luminous islands. There are enough fish both in the Japanese and in the Sea of Okhotsk. With the coastline there is mixed up. The shores are rocky. But then the maritime economic zone becomes five miles more.

let the most able-bodied third of Japan move to Russia in the northern territories (Magadan, Kamchatka, Krasnoyarsk Territory), develop industry, build roads, car factories, its technologies on our lands, etc.
And upon graduation, they take Russian citizenship and actively participate in peaceful life.

General MacArthur made a statement at the beginning of the signing ceremony, in which he reaffirmed his firm intention to take all necessary measures to ensure the prompt and full implementation of the surrender conditions.
Japanese Foreign Minister Mamoru Shigemitsu and Chief of the General Staff Yoshiziro Umezu signed an act of surrender from Japan, Douglas MacArthur (USA), Chester Nimitz (USA), Bruce Fraser (Great Britain) and K.N. Derevyanko (USSR) signed their signatures on the Allied Powers.
The signing ceremony lasted 45 minutes and ended with the performances of MacArthur and Nimitz.
The signing of surrender by Japan put the last point in the history of the Second World War, in particular the Soviet-Japanese War and the Pacific War.

In the Kuril Islands there are unique world reserves (about 300 million tons) of titanium-magnetite sand - a valuable raw material for the production (in powder metallurgy) of titanium. The market price of one ton of titanium is 12 thousand USD. All beaches and coastal shallows of the islands consist of this black sand. According to preliminary estimates by geologists, the reserves of titanium-magnetite sand here are estimated at almost 4 trillion USD. These are ~ 3 annual US budgets.

The Japs need to learn from the British. They simply do not approach the topic of the Kuril Islands from the other end .... In order to solve the territorial issue, the answer must be found in this plane precisely DECISIONS. Who can solve the issue of surrendering territories? Who! Who doesn’t need territories in Russia .... Well, or let’s put it this way ... they don’t understand, but why, in fact, does Russia need such a huge territory? In whose heads such a concept as territory, territorial integrity and other nonsense of this kind does not fit? The answer is as if on the surface !!! Among women! Here it is - a solution to this issue for the Japanese !!! It is necessary to find and move to the top managerial position of Russia henpecked !!! Next is a matter of technology. Appropriately processed the same p ... yes Raisa Maksimovna or there for example Naina Iosifovna .... and that’s it! The issue of the northern territories can be considered resolved. The loss of our territories by our country occurred during the time when the classic henpecked ones - Mechny and EBN - were in power. They all consulted, and did not hesitate to talk about it to the whole country, with their wives about making political decisions. As we just did not scold Lenya Brezhnev ... but Victoria Petrovna knew her place and didn’t get into her husband’s affairs. Our country in that era did not give a single millimeter of its territory to anyone! Gorbach came, who actually consisted of a regent with his wife, then immediately was given (for no reason!) The largest water area in the Pacific to the United States! .... Baba and territory, the essence of the matter, the two concepts are completely incompatible.

The pre-election rhetoric of political parties in Japan has always been reduced to chopping off the islands of the Kuril chain from Russia. The chances of a particular party increase as one of them expresses this topic from a sophisticated perspective. Nevertheless, Japanese state men are clearly aware of the fact that Russia is too tough for them. To give at least one island is a crime. Before future generations, plus everything will create a dangerous precedent in my opinion when other states begin to express territorial claims against Russia. Russia has repeatedly been offered Japan joint cooperation on an economic plane, regarding the islands, but the Japanese have refused. My opinion on this issue is unambiguous. Nm span of the earth. And Japan will not conduct direct military operations against Russia because 1) the Japanese army and navy are not so strong as to confront the Russian Navy. 2) If a military conflict begins, then there is the option that China will intervene in it, which is aggressively inclined having forgiven Japan, and itself has territorial claims to the Yap.

At the same time, the authorities betrayed the history of the country, and its traditions, and its world significance. The recognition by the Duma of the Katyn shootings is only one of thousands of those actions that are being committed against the will of the people, against the will of history and the glory of the country. Starting with Gorbachev, traitors have seized control of the country and trade and trade in its interests in favor of their own benefit. For the green card of American citizenship - General Kalugin surrenders the network of our agents developed by his colleagues, for the "encouraging smile" of the US Congress, Vadim Bakatin passed the wiretapping scheme of the American embassy, for the "encouraging pat on the shoulder of the US president" Minister Kozyrev handed over to the Americans the navigation zones in the Bering Strait, for "promise of gratitude" Yeltsin and Kozyrev signed an agreement under which 80% of the nuclear submarine fleet was scrapped ... Putin recently gave China the islands of Bolshoi, Damansky

Guys, well, enough to interpret the liberals, if they wanted, they would figure it out for a long time, if not, then I will help you!
Everything was laid by Gorbaty, and then continued finally by EBN. Putin took the reins, struggled for more than twelve years from the already signed document, where there was only one thing left to move the pegs, but the document is a document and the Chinese people will not miss this, which happened ...

Further, during Yeltsin’s visit to Beijing in December of the same year, 1992, the following document was signed.
JOINT DECLARATION ON THE BASIS OF RELATIONS BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE CHINESE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC. BEIJING. 18.12.1992/XNUMX/XNUMX.
        Article 12.
The parties will continue negotiations on the not yet agreed sections of the border between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China on the basis of agreements on the current Russian-Chinese border in accordance with generally accepted norms of international law, in the spirit of equal consultation, mutual understanding and mutual compliance in order to fairly and rationally resolve the border questions.
Here, Russia once again recognizes that a) two islands are controversial and b) at the border, it is ready to be guided by generally accepted norms of international law. And the generally accepted norms of international law just establish in such cases the main channel as a dividing line.
It can be seen from the documents cited that Gorbachev, a traitor to Russia, laid a mine under Russia's extremely weak position on the disputed territories. This once again indirectly proves my opinion that there is someone over our government, whose will they unquestioningly fulfill. They had never evoked warm feelings in me before, and now even more so. "Mr. President" swore to the Russians to respect the territorial integrity of the state. He wanted to spit on his own promises.

        This is the last paragraph.

Here is a good reference to the history of the Cossacks on the Amur shores.
To rummage there, you can find the Nerchensky treaty of state. borders with China.
After which the representatives of the northern peoples revolted due to the intervention of the French, the British of the Chinese lands, and the Russians got into the bargain. The Chinese are of the "hunghuz" type, I don’t remember what their movement was called now, they slaughtered many Russian Cossack villages.
Under the Nerchensky Treaty, several Chinese settlements were left in Russia with the preservation of the status of autonomies with their administrations. But after the massacre of Russian citizens on legalized territory, Chinese settlements were partially cut out in revenge for the atrocities of the rebels, and partially deported to Chinese territory.
Our Cossacks attacked then the heat.

What does it mean to work in the archive when they raised documents in Katyn?
      Fakes fumbled?
In the Katyn case of 2, an irrefutable fact confirming the shooting of the Poles by the Germans:
      1. The lack of a court decision on the fate of the Poles.
In the USSR, throughout its history, there is not a single fact of mass executions in peacetime, and even more so of merciless ones.
Fools simply can not understand that the USSR and the NKVD did not hide anything from the people, there was no need, the materials of all trials and court sentences were printed in newspapers.
And for the Germans, the facts of mass unbridled executions are an ordinary episode that number in the tens of thousands across Europe.
      2. The Poles were kept as prisoners of war, with the preservation of uniforms and personal belongings, and not as prisoners, and most of them were later organized into the Polish army.
Therefore, the NKVD had absolutely no reason to shoot the Poles, Hitler’s implacable enemies, and for the Germans it was a necessity, the Ost plan provided for the complete extermination or eviction of the population of Poland, declared the territory of the Reich.

All this rhetoric is good, but we just forget that our Far Eastern military district is weak in every way. No air defense (if any, then obsolete), all of our new tanks in the Caucasus and the central region. There is not as much manpower as we would like, even to Moscow they are more likely to be disconnected for elections. I don’t know about the fleet, but it seems like 60% also requires a cap. dry dock repair. But we are sooooo close to Japan .... Airplanes will fly from there instantly. And not one will be shot down.
Second. A friend of mine lives in Vladivostok, he told me how the cars pass customs clearance, i.e. if "uplochino" then nothing. Then I think that day "X" we will find on our territory at all key points of the special forces group that will undermine and cut everything that is required. Japanese superiority will be more than 1 in 20.

You ask, why not beat out ??? Is logical. And by whom? There are no troops there, but it’s difficult to come + for a long time. The main thing is a long time. There will already be such a bridgehead, they will build a line of the mannerheim over the past month and a half.
After it becomes clear that they won’t be knocked out of the way, and the war drastically drags on, Japan’s great friends will join. And the UN puts pressure on us economically. And no matter how we are left, not only without the Ostrava, but without the Far East by half.

And don’t think that I’m proposing to give the skeleton, no, I was extremely happy about the tsunami of that time, the United Nations postponed all this for at least a year.

The Pacific Fleet, although not great, will cope with the Japanese, and the Japs will not climb, they have trouble with Korea and China is far from ally to them.

Not so long ago, the FSB reported that in St. Petersburg they took for ... stsuku, who tried to sell amers and samples and all technical documentation for the enrichment and mining of metals, based on the effect of its accumulation by bacteria. The missionaries handed over the admiral in red, and they themselves rode with the gold to Vladik, from where they took them away by steamers along their own bottom.

Have a seat, respectfully pushes back for him the prime minister of Britain.
Here is the pen, here is the document that you must sign, says the President of France.
Putin looks at the document with Japanese characters and the outline of the Kuril Islands, twists and turns, then asks: Tell me, is this paper with watermarks?
Of course! meets the prime minister of Italy.
    - Very good (continuing to examine the document), tell me, but are these Japanese prints real?
-Of course, the prime minister of Japan is ingratiatingly answering.
Putin took a pen and brought to the place where he should sign it suddenly raises his eyes and in a guilty voice at the leaders of the Group of Eight gathered around the table asks: Excuse me, but how to spell, together or separately, the words are not X .... I?

Our leaders are to blame! First, bald Misha with his fucking mentality began to give away EVERYTHING, then he continued with EBN - b...dztsin. After all, what kind of idiot do you have to be to blurt out in a multinational state with ethno-elites striving for power in their regions - take as much sovereignty as you can swallow! And even after that, the agreements reached with other countries on territorial and economic disputes cannot be considered our victory. Seeing all this, why don’t the Japanese try to get the islands? And, if instability begins in Russia, to which it is being vigorously pushed, then it will have no time for the islands at all.
Even now they can’t get their hands on the Far East; the Chinese are pouring in there and developing it. And the Japanese think - why are we worse? In case of instability in Russia, the Japanese can simply capture the islands by landing there and since Moscow will not have time for the islands, this plan (with the strengthening of the “self-defense” forces) may work.

There is no need to laugh at the Japanese statement. It is very revealing. For the first time in 50 years, the current chicken industry has retreated from the idea of the indivisibility of the Kuril Islands. This is stated as it should be for Japanese politicians. Voiced primarily for Japanese society. They gradually accustom him to thought. The very fact that the Japanese abandoned the four islands entirely is important. This is probably an attempt to find allies in a possible confrontation with China.

The Chinese are getting stronger, which means we need to make friends with the Japanese against them. The Japanese will become stronger, we will be friends with the Chinese.

According to written agreements with the USA and Great Britain (Yalta and Potsdam), the USSR entered the war against Japan subject to the restoration of its sovereignty over South Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands. In 1946, the Allied command excluded the Kuril Islands (Chishima Islands), the Habomai (Habomadze) group of islands, and Shikotan Island from Japan. In 1951, a peace treaty was concluded in San Francisco between Japan and the allies, according to which Japan renounced all rights to the Kuril Islands and South Sakhalin. At the same time, according to the official position of Japan, Iturup, Shikotan, Kunashir and Habomai were not part of the Kuril Islands, and Japan did not abandon them, therefore the USSR, Poland and Czechoslovakia did not sign the agreement. In 1956, the USSR and Japan adopted the Moscow Declaration, which ended the state of war and restored diplomatic relations between the two countries, and also recorded the USSR's consent to the transfer of the islands of Habomai and Shikotan to Japan, but only after the conclusion of a peace treaty. However, later Japan refused to sign a peace treaty under pressure from the United States, which threatened that if Japan withdraws its claims to the islands of Kunashir and Iturup, the island of Okinawa, which was then occupied by the United States, would not be returned to Japan.
For more than 60 years the situation has been practically insoluble. because Neither party will be able to renounce rights to the islands.

All these squabbles with the islands mean that the Japanese leadership sees no other way to keep the population of their country in subjection except by searching for EXTERNAL ENEMIES. Similar situations exist in a number of European countries. This means things are very bad for them, and this in turn means that they are already mentally ready to fight... For Russia this is a very, very bad signal. In fact, the West is about to start the 3rd World War, for which Russia is absolutely not ready, and is unlikely to survive in it...

Given the size of our territories, the damage will be lower. What can we say about this, Yusov’s analysts calculated all this back in the last century and came to the conclusion that it is more expensive to fight with the CCCP! This is then with multiple superiority in carriers!

The Japanese "broad sense" of the disputed territories includes the following (quote):
In the official letter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, “Toki no ugoki” (1968, No. 11, p.22), it was stated that Kunashir, Iturup, Shikotan and Habomai form the Northern Territories in the “narrow sense”, and in the “wide sense” these all other Kuril Islands and southern Sakhalin with adjacent islands.
These include Moneron Island and Tyuleniy Island.
Since that time, Japanese ultranationalists began to include in the "northern territories" such territories of the USSR and Russia as Kamchatka, Primorye, Amur Region and Northern Sakhalin (Sukan Jiji, 1968, No. 51, p. 36).

For campaign propaganda, the Sokurov Islands were awarded the honorary Japanese Order of the Rising Sun with golden rays ...
The director emphasized that Russia has a lot to learn from the Japanese people, and also noted that he had more than once thought about the need for the two countries to “brother.”
“And, probably, you need to give the Japanese people beautiful lands that belonged to them,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

          There are other medals.

The Japanese are probing, - they’ll throw out an idea and see how we react - they’ll keep throwing out the bait for a very long time. Like new elections, we’re waiting for the next joke, well, in the process, - so that the boys don’t fight laughing

By the way, there are about 120 million of them on the islands, and there are 140 million of us, so they seriously want to take a bite there, just like many others... Fuck them, of course, and not the Kurillas, but if you cling to them, then everyone will go to the bottom , there will be room for them))
